The Royal Suites Punta Mita by Palladium All Inclusive - Punta Mita

We enjoyed being the only guest in our area. They did not have the room that we requested upon arrival. Went for the all-inclusive package and found that we didm;t need it as we were not there long enough to enjoy it.

The room had a lot of issues: the tub was broke, the safe didn't work, the blanket had holes and was dirty. The hotel had an ordor, to hide the smoke smell. The room was not what I expected based on the pictures on the their website. The manager didn't speak English which caused an communication barrier. We went for total relaxation and the hotel completely provided it. You could do nothing and sit by the pool everyday, surf all day, venture outside the hotel although most activities are 30 minutes away. Overall experience was great, we have stayed in a lot better rooms as they are very outdated, bathroom amenities below par, rooms have absolutely no […] view unless you upgrade upon arrival to 1 of the 4 suites at the beach side of the hotel. If you spend a lot of time in your room I would not recommend this hotel. It was perfect for us as we spent 90% of our time at the pool area. Food overall is great for dinner and there was a new menu each of our 7 nights. (Lobster every night as a side or main meal; order two for yourself if you want) It was disappointing that the Royal side of the hotel closed the bar at 11pm and we were forced to go to the sister hotel if we wanted more drinks of which is very loud and annoying compared to the Royal side. (The group we met there we played cards each night and wanted to stay poolside with service later than 11pm without having to go next door for drinks) Pool side music was pretty bad remixes and never seemed to change. Overall good mix of couples, a lot of great Canadians, and not many locals for the weekends. Stocking of bars was not well planned by the hotel as each day they ran out of beers offered in cans, mint for mojitos, and hard alcohol. Pool was clean, but no outdoor hot tub. Les mer

It was ok. But I expected a little more efficiency.Everybody very kind, but not very efficient.The meals very limited except the breakfast. My room looked old without any maintenace. because the shower tube was falling. My son¨s room had problems with the shower, they had no water most of the times. the pillows smell very bad (humidity)

A good choice if one is looking to relax and get away. The pool was soothing, the drinks cold and the staff friendly. No concerns with the Royal Suites at all. Nice connection to the Palladium Family side so that one could go to all the restaurants, pools and bars while also having a space away from the children. Food was nice but not spectacular. There wasn't anything I would add to the experience of staying at the Royal Suites!! This was a very hot and humid time of year and the A/C in the room was a little behind. :-) Other than that - the food was amazing, the service was unmatched! I will return.

Although a bit of a drive from the Puerto Vallarta Airport, the Palladium is well worth it. MANY pools, restaurants, beaches, shopping from local vendors... and a lovely expansive room. Staff was delightful, courteous and accommodating. We would most definitely stay here again!

Feces on bathroom wall. Trash containers beyond filthy. No lights in shower. Air conditioner noisy and ceiling fan loose and wobbly. Food mediocre at best. Concierge, Ismael likes to argue about everything. Needs classes on customer satisfaction. Waiters and hotel staff friendly and fun. The hotel should refect them.

We spent a week at the Royal Suites and were pampered with luxury and service. The staff was wonderful, always available and attentive to our needs. The bar staff by the pool would always check and see if we needed refills or snacks. Everything was comfortable, clean and friendly. We will definitely be going back to Royal Suites.

We stayed on the Royal Suites side and it has changed my opinion of what a vacation should be. We were treated like royalty! On arrival we went to the wrong lobby to check in and were personally escorted to the correct lobby, greeted with a drink, and explained everything we would need to know. Eddie the bellboy is very sweet and takes your bags to […] the room and you are brought to meet your butler. Both butlers are amazing and would do anything they could for you. Hilda is amazing and even made it possible for me to meet the baby monkey. The bartenders Manuel and Giovanni are just as amazing and make a pool day just that more enjoyable. The palladium side was extremely busy, but you couldn't even tell on the adult side. It was very relaxed and quiet. I especially enjoyed the poolside service. The hotel is out of PV a ways, so if you want to be close to town this isn't the hotel for you. I liked that it was secluded. I like the zoo, but I feel bad for the angry ostrich who doesn't seem to have any grass to eat. The food is good and is a la carte (on the adult side), I believe you can eat on the other side whenever you want, we went to the oriental restaurant and they had the best egg rolls I have ever had. I will go back to this hotel again. I don't think I would like the palladium side, there were alot of people there and I know that heaven is on the other side of the walkway! Les mer

09/23-09/27. First the Pros - the staff is extremely nice - never felt like we upsetting anyone with any requests. Presentation of the food was very nice. Adults only area was peaceful as it was off season and the pool provided a beautiful view of the ocean and surrounding mountains. Also, our room was spacious and kept clean. Cons - the A/C never could […] make it down to what we set it at. The fridge in the room got the drinks cool at best, never cold. The food was the worst in the 6 visits to Mexican resorts - everything either tasted terrible (the last night we both got sick) or it was coated in globs of cheese. The resort claims to be only 4 yrs old, but maybe they bought it 4 yrs ago - the floors and walls in the exterior areas & pool all look visibly much older than 4 years. The adult side does not have it's own beach as the beach is completely rock and the tide washes up to within 10 ft of the retaining wall so you can't sit in peace on the non-family side. Lastly, they should not state they have a 'zoo'. it's a area for animals that can't be returned to the wild, but for 1 of the 3 enclosures that houses peacocks, rabbits, and a hawk type bird, there is NO way the animals can get out of the rain & mud. they just have to sit there and get soaked. Worse thing, is I guess they let nature keep the rabbit population down, as we walked by as one of the birds was killing a baby bunny rabbit - we heard it screaming, horrible. My wife and I recently stayed a week at the Royal Suites for our honeymoon and it surpassed both of our expectations. We were greeted at check-in with an amazing drink, and given a nice little tour of the property before heading to our rooms. The bartenders Manuel and Giovanni are both first class people at the pool bar, and the atmoshpere around the […] pool was both relaxing and beautiful. The butlers at the Royal Suites are fantstic and help you with anything that you can possibly need. The spa service is fantastic and very affordable. The food was good, and at some points great. I would recommend the oriental restaraunt Bambu, the Tempanyaki is amazing! The only times we went to the Palladium side was to eat and swim in the ocean. Make sure you swim in the designated areas however as there are a ton of rocks. Overall, this resort was absolutely perfect for our honeymoon. Quiet, no kids, great service, and an absolutely breathtaking surrounding. We will definetly be back!!! Les mer

Every thing was just amazing. The hotel staff was very friendly. We were greeted with a cocktail. The view was unforgettable. All of the meals were fantastic, except breakfast buffet was just okay. The Royal suites grounds are very well maintained, the service at the restaurant is very good, the food is also good, except they have only one restaurant and it gets a little old., The butlers at the sections of the resort, which are two buildings are amazing, they are very professional and care for your stay and want to make sure everything is to […] your satisfaction. The food at the other side of the resort, which is the Palladium is actually pretty good, but they have other issues. I guess because the rates are fairly low on the palladium side, the guests i may say were messy and the employees had to work extra hard to keep everything clean. They do however do a great job with their nightly shows and for the most part were entertaining. We stayed on the Adult side of the hotel. VERY quiet and relaxing--perfect. Hector and Mario will take great care of you in the private dining area and the bar tenders by the pool are also wonderful. The other restaurants and property is nice, especially the Italian restaurant. Try the "sexy coffee"....another great luxury. Overall, the Adult side […] was perfect for us. la información por internet es falsa ya que las suites junior ninguna tiene vista al mar, vamos ni siquiera agradable, el servicio dentro del hotel y las comidas son de primerísima, eso salva lo demás.

El servicio del hotel no es bueno, muchos "mayordomos" que no ayudaron a satisfacer nuestras necesidades. Sin embargo el área del alberca es muy agradable ya que son pocos huéspedesy puedes aprovechar el descanso al maximo.

En general buena. Es importante hacerle saber al hotel que capaciten mejor a sus empleados, ya que no todos manejan la misma información de horarios, políticas o precios.

Muy recomendado sobretodo las suites Royal las cuales son solo para adultos pero puedes vivir perfectamente las instalaciones del Palladium, los Restaurants con muy buen servicio y comida muy rica. Su Playa muy linda y si te gusta el surf es algo que puedes aprovechar muy bien!! La mayoría de el personal muy amable.

Todos los empleados del hotel se esfuerzan por dar el mejor servicio, es realmente impresionante la calidad en ese aspecto, felicitaciones. cada año, celebramos con un viaje nuestro aniversario de boda (5 may), en 37 años de casados hemos experimentado viajes a europa, EUA o bien cruceros, reconocemos una buena calidad en las instalaciones, los alimentos y la calidez de su personal. Disfrutamos en verdad nuestra estancia, lástima que no tocó habitación con vista al poniente (terreno en […] breña), sin embargo la calidad en sus instalaciones, la privacía, lo adecuado de los alimentos y la calidez de su personal (todo), hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera muy placentera. En cuanto a la localización, salvo el acceso viniendo de riviera Nayarit, que está un tanto escondido (sobre todo en la noche), nos pareció excelente, ya que al estar muy cerca del pueblito de Punta Mita nos dio la oportunidad de conocerlo y disfrutar de una cena de aniversario.
