"quiet and clean"
The room was very clean and quiet . The staff were very polite and helpful. Although it is located in a semi-industrial location, it is still very close to downtown. Breakfast was acceptable. Good basic place to stay

Rooms look okay but no sound barriers at all. People walking and talking quietly overhead or in the hall could be heard as if in the room.

"Cheap, but very clean"
Although an old hotel, it was very clean and comfortable. Only complaint was that is was not very soundproof. Our neighbours were a bit loud and we could hear them quite clearly - even heard someone using the bathroom!
"ABSOLUTELY DISCUSTING"
I travel alot and stay in numerous hotels. This place was filthy. The room looked like it had not been cleaned at all, The manager could not open his mouth to listen to our concerns. We had a lady manager I think who was nice. Overall it is not worth the money to stay and will not be staying there again., The chairs in the room had big dirty stains […] (room113) and the breakfast area was dirty and messy, the milk container looked like it had not been washed in days. "Very nice hotel"
My boyfriend and I stayed there for 1 night as we were going to Casino Rama for a show...the shuttle was so convenient and it ran until 2 am which was even better. The hotel staff are so very nice and a pleasant to talk too, the rooms are very very clean and very cozy. Overall I give this hotel a 10 and we will be staying here again. "Knights Inn, Orillia"
Contrary to what another guest wrote about this hotel, we are very satisfied with the quality and service of the hotel. All rooms are "non smoking". There is not the slightest indication that there have been smokers in the rooms. Breakfast facilities are simple, but adequate.

The room was on the small side but was very clean and had a small fridge, microwave oven and a new wall mounted TV. The bathroom was newly renovated. The breakfast was spartan but adequate. Would recommend the hotel to friends and family.

impressed with as the great price for a clean and comfortable room. Only needed it for an evening but they were very helpful in what I needed and where I needed to go.
The hotel room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful when we asked him question. The hotel did have a shuttle to the casino. Overall for the price we paid for the night we were pleased and would return.

"Sufficent for 1 night"
We were going to Casino Rama for a show, and did not want to drive back to Toronto, so we looked for the most ecomonical hotel, and Knights Inn was sufficent for a 1 night stay. It wasn't the closet to Rama, but it was not that far. Would choose to stay there again for the price.

Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Room was pleasant and very comfortable.

The hotel room is the smallest we have ever seen. the room seemed clean and very basic.The drapes on the window are too short for the ground rooms we were in and when I went to the car for items I could see right inside the room from the fence not very private when you are undressed.The bottom of the shower curtain was covered in mold from sitting to […] low in the tub.The layout of the room is very poor as the coat rake was behind the sit at table.Wifi to weak to use for buisness person.We will not return to this motel on our next visit to this town. "Clean efficient hotel"
I recently stayed here after a Casino Rama concert. The room was clean and the staff pleasant. Breakfast was also satisfying and the cleaning staff very friendly and helpfull. Will stay again for sure!

"Air condition and helpfullness"
The air condition machine is very noisy. The staff is very helpfull.
The quality of the hotel was poor. The smell in the hallways of east indian food, with all due respect, I found disgusting. I will personally never stay in this hotel again, in orillia or anywhere else.

This hotel was small, the bed was uncomfortable as $#!^ and the service was poor. Furthermore, I accidently left my brand new $100 blue tooth earpiece on the TV stand, but didn't realize it until I was three hours away. The hotel was a very basic hotel/motel type of accomodation. The price was very reasonable. The rooms were small but very clean and had everything we needed. We were basically using just to sleep. The room was very clean and comfortable. The internet system was new and I was unable to connect to my laptop, the first time I have ever experienced such a thing. The milk was sour at the breakfast bar, I wished to report this but my husband was reluctant to do so.

I asked for a smoking room when I booked online but did not receive it upon arrival Desk Clerk said she did not see any comment regarding a request for a smoking room Very disappointed with that!

My 2 sons and myself stayed here for a quick overnight on our way through Orillia. For a brief stopover it was perfectly fine and the price was right. The included breakfast was just toast and toaster waffles and drinks. Not much of a selling feature as the tiny kitchette area was very full and we didn't bother waiting. I was given a smoking room and the room reeked of smoke and by the end of the stay I had a migraine. They were fully booked so there was no other choice. Moreover, there is a garage/auto workship right next door and they were making a lot of noise on a Sunday morning! I will not be staying there ever again.
