Overall it was good, we stayed one night to attend the Open House for Westfield State where my son is attending in September. But I was very disappointed when we went to take showers and there was no hot water!!! Called the front desk at 7am to let them know they said they would have the maintenance man reset the boiler. Waited another half hour no […] call to let us know it was ok and still had to take cold shower. Could not wait for them to come up we would have been late for the Open House. I will make sure if I do stay in this hotel again that I will check the shower. I travel a lot and never had this happen, and disappointed how it was handled and still not fixed. Les mer

The hotel was nice, but the water in the shower did not get hot. I would say it was about body temp- not what you're looking for after coming in from some snow flurries. I let it run for almost ten minutes, thinking it would warm up, but it never did. Also, for a room on the first floor, the heavy drapes to block out the light didn't close- so all that […] was over the window was a sheer. The room and bedding were clean. However, the bathroom while clean has a water leak between shower and toilet. Also, poor quality base tile work in bathroom. Only other comment is rather than 4 small pillows (2 soft/2 hard) on a king size bed, they should have 6 pillows (just add 2 medium) . . . .

Clean quiet comfortable. Great pool, friendly staff. Reasonable rates. Only the views of industrial storage & truck parking detract from this great hotel.

The Hotel is fairly new and very clean. It does, however, reside in a lot with small factories around it so it not scenic by any means. Breakfast was basic ( mostly microwaved) If your looking for a quick bite in the AM, then it's fine. It's not a full buffet like some other hotels. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Walls seem paper thin as you can hear everyone's TV on either side of you which is a bummer given that the hotel is a few years old. Simply a clean and comfortable place to stay. Coffee and breakfast were good and the cinnamon buns were great. no problems whatsoever.

Although the room was clean and the location was convenient, the breakfast was awful. Powdered eggs I think. Chintzy paper plates and plastic ware , weak coffee and the milk in cream were in the containers not even put in creamers. The included break fast was why we chose this hotel for convenience.

Overall we were very comfortable. The hotel was in very good condition and the room was nicely appointed and very comfortable for our family of four. Minor criticisms - shower was clean but curtain had a slight mildew smell. Staff was ok - checkin was fast but not particularly friendly. The property is in a rather run down block, but it is fine. Room was clean and comfortable, staff cool but efficient, no pets policy was incontinent for us.

Very nice property but they run a loose ship. Bad experience with breakfast. Service was late one morning. Front desk person lied about why to cover for the breakfast person. No cinnamon rolls one morning. No OJ 3 days out of four. Pancake machine broken all 4 days. Pool water was perfect but the room was way too cold. Very uncomfortable when wet. Found […] hair on our beds from housekeeping. Maintenance man frightened my daughter when working across the hall on a door lock. He was not in uniform so she did not know who he was. Breakfast person not in uniform either. Wireless internet slow. Great room & beds. Its probably the best property in the Greater Springfield area. First day when we came back to the room late in rthe evening 11:00 Pm the room had not been serviced. Got towels from the front desk. Second day room was serviced but no in room coffee, no cups or plastic glasses , no shampoo etc.

The hotel is nice and clean, and the staff was all very friendly. Our 2 bed suite was large - it had 2 queens, a sofa bed pullout, a desk/chair and another lounge chair. Also a mini-fridge and a microwave. The sleeper was not very comfortable, but the beds were nice. The pool was really nice - the kids were in it for a couple of hours. I only have […] 2 complaints. First, we started in room 322 and found out after our own A/C fan kicked off that the beds in the room were up against an outside wall. On the other side of that wall were 2 large HVAC compressor units and that side of the room was actually vibrating and really noisy. The front desk was very accommodating and we moved. I don't know how they could ever rent that room. Second, it was a pretty busy weekend and the young lady setting out food for the buffet breakfast could not keep up, much less clean off the tables in between guests. That being said, it's a shame people don't clean up a bit after themselves. The buffet was good: cereal, cinnamon buns, bacon/sausage, muffins/bagels, yogurt and drinks. Overall, it was a good stay, but nothing spectacular considering the price. We'll stay there again, but there aren't many other choices in Westfield. Les mer

This room had everything I needed, As with all these discount hotels, there is little extra service (no food service other than the breakfast buffet; no amenities other than a pool) on the property but the basics were of good quality. There were several national chain fast food/family restaurants inthe immediate vicinity which was in a light business […] area on the outskirts.The personnel were friendly and my room was very attractive, modern and well appointed. The hotel was easy to get to and the staff at the front desk was very nice. We had a few issues with room. There were cobwebs in the bathroom and the light would not stop flickering. Other than that, we were satisfied.

The check-in was quick. Their complimentary breakfast is perfect to eat and be on your way. It's very clean. We always stay here when we head to Boston where our son goes to school. It's an hour out of Boston and a lot cheaper so we stay there and continue on to visit or pick him up in the morning.

I went to the hotel to visit my daughter in college and have stayed there before. Nice hotel but they jack the prices up during the fall so too pricey when moving kids into school. The staff however is amazing. My car died about a mile down the street, the front desk could not be more helpful. One of the women who worked in the laundry actually took […] me to walmart where I bought jumper cables and she helped me get the car back to the hotel where it would be safe til I could get it fixed. Stayed while visiting BBall hall of Fame. The place was like new. Room was quiet and breakfast had bacon and eggs added to continnental. Pool was warm no jacuzzi. Surroundings are industrial off the main road. would stay there again

only one complaint in the book in each room re hotel's services ....the times for ending of the complimentary breakfast was listed at 1000 am or 1030 am for weekends ... they changed that to earlier times so going to breakfast ,we were too late to eat.....management needs to correct the in room info......

All good except for thin walls and ceilings. Seriously. We could hear every foot step above us like someone was hitting their floor with a ball bat. I think I could even hear the coffee maker next door, and TVs and showers were the same way. Visually a nice stay, but it sounded like we had people in the room with us.

I travel regulary, and stay in lots of hotels. When I checked in the girl checked me into the wrong room. Then I brought my dry cleaning to the front desk and the same girl told me that they dont do dry cleaning. I can just call and the dry cleaners will come and get it from me. She had NO IDEA!!! The next morning, I checked to make sure that my dry […] cleaning was going out and the guy at the desk still had no idea how it works. Although the area was marginal (somewhat industrial, lacking nice views, etc.), the hotel itself was modern and the staff was great. Additionally, my children loved the complimentary breakfast and enjoyed the array of food options. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Hotels seem to all provide comforters now instead of blankets. I'm sure there's a cleanliness reason - but comforters are HOT! Too hot for sleeping! THere's got to be a better solution.

I was in Westfield to visit family, and it was nice to be able to get a decent hotel so close, everything else in Westfield is crappy motels or very shady hotels. This hotel is very new, and it feels like it. The room was very clean, there were no bugs, must, or mildew anywhere. You can tell they cheaped out a little bit compared to what they were […] originally planning for the hotel, because of little things like there were robe hooks installed in the bathroom but no robes supplied, just a lot of small things like that. Hotel encourages using towels more than once. However, no towel bars in bathroom. Had a problem with steam iron and requested a replacement. Same problem occurred with replacement (constant leaking). Many things missing at breakfast -- several people had to ask for items to be replenished. Long wait for service at the desk as no one was around.

This was a break we needed after a very hectic week. The room was neat & clean with a very comfortable bed. We felt right at home. The breakfast was generous & satisfying. Nice pool too! We will stay here again.

Great Hotel, had a problem in the bathroom and it was handled quickly and proffesionally. The location is good for franchise food joints and easy access to the highway, Walmart, Target or other non fast food establishments were 10 minutes or so away...overall will stay there again....10 minutes from Southwick Motocross track!

The woman at the check in was rude and uninterested in customers- her computer work however wa obviously VERY important as she ignored us for 4 minutes as we stood waiting to be checked into out rooms.....
