Svært fornøyd med oppholdet på hotellet , meget serviceminded personell , god frokost , mulig litt støy i spisesalen , men helt grei mat. Svært hyggelige og imøtekommende personell , både i skranken , og butikken eller han som satte vekk bagasjen. Lett å få tidlig innsjekking og sen utsjekking . Alt i alt , meget bra. Savnet minibar på rommet eller i alle fall et kjøleskap , men ellers var det ismaskin i gangen. Selv i New York var det mulig å få et stille rom.

Familie med to tenåringsdøtre. Fantastisk beliggenhet, flott service og komfortable rom. Suite Prestige med to dobble senger. Vi anbefaler dette hotellet sterkt om noen vil bo sentralt og vi er ikke i tvil om hvor vi skal bo neste gang. Det koster noen penger, men i forhold til beliggenhet og det du har igjen så er det ok.

Rene rom og god service - men veldig små rom. Måtte ha den ene kofferten på badet for å få plass. Men renholdet er viktigere enn størrelsen. Veldig bra beliggenhet og gåavstand til mange av hovedgatene på Manhatten.

Perfekt beliggenhet i forhold til å utforske Manhattan. Helt greie rom med fin størrelse, rent og pent, god og behjelpelig service. Kun èn gate skiller hotellet fra å ligge i SOHO med shopping og restauranter, og få minutter unna Chinatown og Little Italy. Subway rett utenfor døren som er superlett å ta for å dra up-town. Vil absolutt anbefale å bo i dette området og heller oppsøke steder som Time Square/Ground Zero etc fremfor å bo i "asfaltjungelen" hele tiden.

TIl den prisen var plasseringen av hotellet helt topp. 5 minutter fra Time Square. Eneste minuset var at de bare ordner romet én gang i uka. For vår del som var der i åtte dager betydde det at de kom med tilbud om å skifte på sengene kvelden før vi skulle reise. Men på den andre siden, hvem bytter på sengene hjemme flere ganger i uka?
"Helt Topp"
Dette hotellet var kjempe bra til en gunstig pris. 5min gange til Times square. Det var ikke rengjøring på rommet, og for å få nye håndkler osv. så måtte man kontakte resepsjonen. Liten seng visst man er 2 på rommet. Uansett så vil jeg bo her neste gang jeg er i NY

Well-situated close to Broadway/Times Square. The room I got was like a normal sized hotel room but with an additional small kitchen - not really like a suite, but a big room at New York-standard (or Lodnon...) I guess. There is a small kiosk 24-hours in the reception-area where they have whatever you need, free laundryroom and training facilities in […] the basement. This is not a place to live if you want your room cleaned every day, they clean it once a week - for me that is OK. Living in the 23rd floor was OK - the only thing that annoyed me a bit was that they only have two elevators - and some time it took quit a long time to go up or down since a lot of people take it, including hotel staff. If you do not prefer a view into some other buildings you could just as well live as low as possible - so you can take the stairs. I had a room facing the backyard, I guess it might be some traffic noise on the other side. Nice breakfast-possibilites just around the corner, about 5-10 mins to closest subway, friendly and helpful staff. Les mer
"Sentralt hotell midt i New York"
Meget bra hotell, hyggelig betjening. Egen liten kjøkkenkrok fullt utstyrt, men med et kjøleskap som bråkte som eneste minus.Håndklær og sengetøy ble ikke skiftet før etter en uke, men man kunne når som helst be om nytt i resepsjonen. Gratis nettilgang på rommet og to pc`er til lån i resepsjonen der man også kunne forsyne seg med kaffe. Et hotell jeg […] gjerne drar tilbake til og som kan anbefales! Les mer

Fint Hotell med sentral beliggenhet. Rent og pent, store rom med kjøleskap, komfyr, oppvaskmaskin og aircon(litt bråkete). Hyggelig betjening.

We had a great time, & we enjoyed the hotel, as it was very handy to everything we wanted to do & see. The facilites in the hotel were excellent, everything we wanted was there. It was a bit like being at home. Staff were very helpful, obliging, & always greeted us whenever we met them. Thanks very much.

Location is excellent, Just a nice 10'' stroll and your in the middle of Times Square and 42nd St Subway where you can go anywhere in New York, Service from hotel staff great. We were informed on arrival that the room would not be serviced for the duration of our stay however if we required clean towels to contact reception! HOWEVER be aware that on […] arrival you receive a ''Complimentary Coffee and Tea in your room!'' and thats for the duration of your stay ( Ours was 4 nights and there were NO tea bags on arrival ) When requesting more Tea bags and Coffee satchels was informed that we would have to PURCHASE them!!!! With the money we paid surely this should be complimentary for the entire visit. Les mer
"Great location!"
Very clean, comfortable stay for 2 who were on the go constantly. About a 5-8 min walk from TIme Square and Theater District. Street was a little less traveled due to surrounding businesses but we never felt scared, cops were almost always on the corners after hours. Would definitely stay there again!

great hotel for the $.....my only complaint is the parking fee...they charge $55 a night...you can park it yourself in a garage around the corner for $25 a night. I wanted to pay in cash for the parking but they charged my card before I checked out....if you pay then -- they will refund the $ on your card...but it takes 10 days....NOT COOL

Rooms look exactly like the online pics. Rooms are very clean. Staff is very friendly. Location was great...less than a mile from Times Square
The kitchenette and table gives plenty of extra space to live, which seems to be a luxury in NYC hotels. The bed was big and very comfortable. We got a room at the 24th floor with a nice view and no outside noise (despite the fridge starting up at night from time to time). My boyfriend and I got bit by something there. Spiders? Bedbugs ? We don't know but woke up itching with bites on our ankles legs arms. Gross.

Great price, great room (with Kitchen) and great location. Staff were friendly and always happy to help. Rooms are only cleaned once per week however clean towels or bedding is available upon request. All in all a very cheap and clean place to stay!

really enjoyed the hotel. close to time square, 5th ave., subway, etc. would recommend! the only issue i had was that the rooms aren't made up everyday. otherwise, fantastic place to stay!

Very friendly staff. Heating system very noisy and blew a lot of cool air when I was trying to heat up the room. If I left it on while I wasn't there, then it was okay. Very helpful to have kitchenette in the room.

This was the best hotel that I have ever stayed in when visiting NYC. The front desk staff was always accommodating and friendly. Our flight came in at 7:30am and upon arrival of the hotel at 8:30am our room was ready and no one gave us any problems for checking in early. We were very warmly welcomed. I have never stayed in a room for the price that […] we were able to have a fridge, stove, microwave, and a dishwasher. The location was close to Times Square in the Fashion District. The walk in the winter to get to Times Square was a little chilly, but I am sure Spring/Summer would be a lot better. The neighboring Aloof Cafe was one of our favorie night time snack spots...get the chocolate pastry it is the best. Overall awesome hotel! Les mer

We were so happy with our recent stay. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and rooms were comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. I would highly recommend it.

This was a good hotel. It was a couple of blocks from the subway and Time Square. Room was clean and it worked out well for the two nights we were there.

"Great Deal Close to Times Square!"
This little suite has a queen sized bed, a full-sized refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, and microwave with a package of microwave popcorn already in it! The people were SOOOO nice, they have a DVD lending library if you just get exhausted sightseeing, and so many great little small quaint places to eat, so close! I would definitely go there again! If […] my husband came with me next time, I would have to find somewhere else if my daughter wanted to come and stay. A little tight for 3 of us. But PERFECT for me (and my duaghter)! And the price was better than another hotel I stayed in 4 years ago!!! And SOOO much cleaner and close to everything!!! Les mer

"Great Value"
From the front desk staff to maintenance, our stay was great. We had a "slow" drain in our tub and it was fixed immediately. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Will definitely stay here again!
"QUIETEST Hotel I ever stayed in"
Usually I am accustomed to door slammings, thumping noises, loud talking/tv throughout the night when I stay in hotels. While not perfectly quiet (as I don't believe any hotel can be), this was absolutely the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. Room was spacious, clean, and I had a nice view of the city. Will definitely stay here again.

Very reasonably priced, well-kept, with friendly staff, and a 15-20 minute walk to theaters, Times Square. Just beware that as an extended-stay facility, housekeeping is done only weekly -- but you can get fresh linens/towels at the front desk any time.

Everything was O.K. freindly staffs. very clean room. Very close to Times Square. I strongly recommend to those who stay longer as this hotel has full kitchen systems and a big refregirator in the room.

Just slightly off of the main path, I highly recommend this hotel for any type of stay; both long and short-term. The prices are extremely reasonable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the room quality is as advertised. Definitely would stay here again!

"Extremely Pleased"
The Candlewood Suites is convenient to both the Port Authority and Penn Station. The hotel staff were the best I've ever had. The room was beautiful -- it's nice having a kitchenette too. We would definitely go back! The bed was very comfortable also. I could go on and on!

My Daughter and I stayed here to celebrate her birthday. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel room was clean. They even had balloons and cupcakes (additional fee) in the room when we arrived. We were close to (3blocks) from TimeSquare. Had a great time. We will definitely stay here again!
The Customer service was excellent! The location was close enough to everything. I would recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel. Able to check in early, customer service was great. Very happy and helpful front desk personnel and bellhop. Suite was very clean and very well appointed. Convenient location to Times Square, Fashion & Theatre District. Would recommend parking in the lot across the street as opposed to the $55.00 valet parking. If you go over the 24 […] hours for valet, its an automatic $55.00 no matter if its an hour or another 24 hours. Les mer

The street it's on is dirty, but safe & quiet. I didn't hear a vehicle outside my window the whole night or morning.
