Santuit Inn - Mashpee

although the website shows newly renovated rooms, I was unhappy when we booked a king bed and was told on arrival that they were not available. Also the rooms were musty. I would not stay here again.

Walls are thin (can hear everything next door), Heater/Airconditioner even on the low setting is quite loud, otherwise a nice place.

A clean friendly low cost motel near Falmouth and Barnstable. We stayed in the cottage, aka the penthouse, a two bedroom, living room, kitchen, bath unit upstairs from the other rooms. Very helpful staff, comfortable beds, clean. Not a resort, not real near any tourist attractions but very convenient.

Everyone there were very nice. they anwsered all of our quistions . The room was very comfortable and clean. We found Peter a very nice gentleman and very easy to talk to.The outside of the build was very well kept and beaiutiful. The only I didn't like was the air condisner -heating unit was noisy.

Nicely renovated. No ice machine, but desk accommodated very nicely. No hair dryer. Must have one at the desk. Bath is small but serviceable. WiFi worked well. Bed was on the soft, slightly bumpy side. Good TV. Noise from the road - lots of traffic. Good location. Very good for price.

It wasn't wonderful, but it was reasonably good value for the money. Suggestions: (1) Be sure that enough toilet paper is out and easily seen.(2) Provide a comfortable chair with a lamp for people who (a) hate TV and (b) like to read. This was a typical cape type motel except for all new furniture and bedding. Room was small but very comfortable and very clean. Staff extremely helpful I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Very clean quaint rooms. No frills but comfortable and clean and extremely nice & helpful desk person. Great location- easy to find. We stayed for a weekend wedding and enjoyed it.

The Inn was perfect for us. We stayed for 2 nights to attend a family wedding. The room was recently updated with nice, quality wood furniture. The bathroom had been remodeled except for the shower. The grounds were nicely landscaped with lovely flowers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They suggested a great seafood restaurant (Cooke's) which […] was very close by. The other reviewers must have stayed at the Santuit Inn prior to the renovations because we found it to be quiet the opposite of all the negative reviews. We would absolutely stay here again. If you are looking for a five star hotel then don't kid yourself, but if you're looking for a clean and affordable layover then this is your place!

On arrival we were asked to leave a 200.00 security deposit. We had paid in full in advance to Hotel.com for our stay. We had to give them a copy of out credit card and a photo id. Room had no darking blinds so the room was like day lite from the parking lot lights

For a quick in and out visit with relatives to attend a Birthday party the Santuit Inn was a good choice. We needed sleeping time only, no perks needed, other than the bucket of ice we used in the evening. Walking to the little grocery next door for snack and drink items was perfect.

While located conveniently, location is the motel's best feature. Basic is the word to describe Santuit Inn. Traffic horrible and noise goes with it..take your pick, noise from street or fan in room. No closet, no tub (if you have kids) no cover for the toilet seat, NO ICE, no frig, lousy mattress. Enough said, would not recommend.

This is a nice motel not a Inn. The rooms are very clean, towels and linens are newer. The staff is friendly,helpful, know the area and speak english. I appreciated being able to control my Heat and A/C. The units look new and so did the Samsung HDTV (A pleasant surprise!) I am always on the Cape for business and found this motel is clearly the best […] deal in the area and one of the cleaner rooms on the Cape. This is classic motel fare, although we were pleasantly surprised with an obvious attempt to overhaul the furnishings, TV and linen. A nice finish on something that was otherwise felt a bit tired. Each room has a heating/ac unit, and we visited at a time that heat was needed. The unit is quite loud in a small room and took some getting used to.

I was surprised to find that this was a "boutique" motel, whatever that means. We had no phone, and Internet was too weak a signal to use. Great place for a beach vacation, but we weren't expecting this. It was impeccably clean, and the manager was very courteous and helpful. The room had been recently remodeled, but it wasn't user-friendly. No shelves […] for anything in the tiny bathroom, and a lot of wasted space. Very nice for the money... My husband and son went to an event in the area, and needed a place just to sleep. There is no restaurant or pool on the property, but we did not need that for this trip. We wanted someplace nice and clean but not too expensive. This motel was a good find.

The room itself was neat and clean. However, the usual amenities were missing. No telephone, no ice bucket or glasses, no hair dryer, no coffee maker, very small bathroom, very small shower, no dressing/vanity area, etc. Not sure if our room was the standard or sub-standard, it certainly was not the delux.
