Great Location, friendly and helpful staff...Only issue taxis had difficult to find, if staff calls for you, charged more for call out...Apart from taxis location is great as opposite mall and metro is close by.....

Great space in our two room suite. Helpful staff and an excellent breakfast buffet each dayThe not so good was the rather small pool and buidling works going on between the hotel and the creek.

Nice apartment, staff are very helpful. Even though its not in the centre of Dubai taxis are very cheap and the metro is close. Room service was great.

flora Creek is greatley located with good views of creek. Apartments are of good size and service is good. Reception staff is friendly but Be aware of catch with complimentary free internet with the package - only email access.

This hotel is definently not a five star hotel but rather a three star. It's facilities are substandered. It is situated in a run down area where there are no local shops. It's prices nevertheless were still very expensive. We were made to wait 2hrs in the lobby before we were alowed to go to our room. Booked and paid for two night but stayed only one night. The lacation is great, right oposite city Center mall. The view from the huge balcony was excellent: overlooks the creek, Burj Khalifa and most of the towers of new dubai can be seen in the background, and Dubai Ceek golf course can be seen next to the creek. I booked a studio but was upgraded […] to a one bedroom. driving to the hotel was always tricky as there is no direct way to get there from any of the main roads. There is ample parking once you find the hotel. The room was was large and decor was good. There was however one problem: a strond odour, seemed tgo be chemical in nature which pervaded the room. The bed was also uncomfortable. The carpets in the corridors were also dirty. I decided not to sleep there the second night because of that strong chemical smell in the room, even though they were not going to refund my payment. I would still recommend this hotel. Maybe not all the rooms have that smell. Les mer

This hotel is very nice. The rooms are very nice, and the staff is very friendly. I see this as more of a family friendly hotel, or perhaps a good place for older patrons. There is not a bar, so it is very quiet (boring). Also, I was on holiday with my wife and they "upgraded" us to a room with twin beds (not really what a couple on holiday needs). The hotel is situated in a developing area peripheral to the main 'must see' sights. It is surrounded by much new development but the hotel is well insulated from traffic noise and is very quiet.The hotel presents itself well and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We used the hotel for a few days as a stopover and visited all the tourist sights […] easily thanks to a very good and inexpensive taxi service. The only downside was that breakfast is fairly expensive as the hotel does not differentiate between a continental breakfast and a fully cooked one. Room is good size with full kitchen. Housekeeping is attentive. Metro station is just around the corner. And across the street is a huge shopping mall, Deira City Centre. Also at the mall is a hop-on hop-off bus terminal - a very good way for a quick sightseeing.

Had one Night i Dubai before jetting off. Mé my wifi and 2 kids had an apparment. Vers Big Nice and comfy. Grelt viet of The Dubai skyline. Good reception and frikendt personel. World without a doubt recommend it.

We travelled to Dubai as a stopover from Europe for our 25th Wedding anniversary, the hotel was in a good location and close by to shopping mall. We were travelling with our 21yr old son so we were looking for apartment style accommodation. Great apartment hotel with friendly staff. This hotel is walking distance from the Metro and Deira City Centre which makes it easy to travel to all places in Dubai. Its only a 5 to 10 mins Journey from or to the airport. I stayed in one of the Studio Apartment with creek views, the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.Breakfast is fantastic […] and very tasty... If i ever do come back to Dubai i will stay at this hotel again. Metro station is 2/3mins walk and is called Deira City Centre Station. The Mall is metres away from the station and has many restuarants and shops, including a super market, Pharmacy etc Les mer

We stayed for only 2 nights but found the hotel very comfortable and very convenient, only 10 mins. from the airport and easy walking distance from the metro, Deira City Centre Mall and the start of the Big Bus City Tour. We had a creek view apartment with a twin bed room, en suite, separate cloakroom, living room kitchen, washing machine, everything […] needed for a longer stay. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice of food available. Would definitely recommend and would go again if visiting Dubai. Les mer

We changed from old hotel to Flora for 2 nights. We were two adults and 12 doughter and 1 year old boy. Service was really good and friendly, they let us do the late checkout at 1:45 pm and there was also airport shuttle just for us form the hotel. We had one bedroom apartment and we really liked it. There was also wash machine with dryer which was […] really nice at the end of the trip. If there is something "bad" to say, it was that our women had to buy swimming cap to spa aream men did not and the swimming pool is inside ground floor Overall, really nice place with good location, if you just use metro, which is 50 meters from hotel. Even that taxi is not expensive, you can avoid traffic jams with metro. Les mer

We had two short stop-overs in Dubai and this came up because of proximity to the airport, hotel rating and rates. the first was a single night stay and we were upgraded to a two-roomed suite that stank of cigarette smoke. On our return, the request for a non-smoking room had us in a standard suite with creek views. It's ok but only had the basics for […] a 4-ish star rating. Internet worked well, room service was ok, the restaurant very average. Staff were mostly friendly and worked hard for tips (how do you get a porter out of your room??). We'd be looking for an alternative IF doing a stop-over in Dubai again... Les mer

Great hotel - few stops on metro from Airport. Less than ten dollars in a taxi. Good gym. Next door to Deira Shopping Centre.

The hotel is a few minutes walk to the metro station and Dubai City Centre Mall. The rooms are spacious and the staff are friendly and helpful beyond what is expected . Have stayed before many times and will continue to do so.

Thanks Hotels.com. You did yourself proud this time. This was a good one. My flight was late. I arrived at the hotel after midnight and the staff was as friendly and chipper as a morning crew. The door man met me at the taxi, secured my luggage and ushered me to the check in desk. The front desk person was all smiles and very efficient. I was checked […] in less than 2 minutes. I got up to the room and was shocked. (Pleasantly). The room was spacious, well appointed and simply great. The refrigerator was stocked and snacks were in the pantry, however room service was also available. It did take a couple of questions to figure out the phone system but again the front desk staff was very helpful. I got my administrative chores handled and was off for a very comfortable nights rest. The place has everything, even a washer and dryer in the room. The next morning a complimentary breakfast was waiting in the restaurant. (Wonderful I might add). All in all, I can’t wait to travel through Dubai again. The Flora Creek Hotel will be my spot. They had thought of everything. Large sitting room. Separate bedroom with ensuite. Extra powder room with toilet and basin. Broom cupboard. Large, fully equipped kitchen. A real home from home. Only one tiny criticism. We had already stayed at Flora Creek on our way to the UK and were so looking forward to another 2 night stop over. We were not disappointed, our flight arrived early and our room was not ready, we were quickly upgraded to a one bedroom apartment, this was so welcome as we had not had much sleep on our flight from the UK. I cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful, supportive assistance given by the staff when I thought I had lost my husband's Passport. We loved Flora Creek!!! The apartment was huge for the 2 of us, but we loved it! We actually had space to spread out and didn’t feel like we were constantly in each other’s way. The 2 bathrooms was especially nice for us, saved time getting ready in the morning! :) The location was great. A short walk to Diera City Center Mall and metro. Taxis were […] easy too. My only recommendation is to bring a map of the hotel with you just in case as some of the taxi drivers didn't know it right away. Breakfast was good. The pool was nice. The staff was wonderful! I guess the only negative comment I have is that we filled out the room service card for breakfast delivery and it was never picked up. We hung it on the door twice! Anyway, didn't ruin our vacation. I travel often through Dubai, and have not stayed at Flora Creek until this trip. I have stayed at other hotels in the area, but I have not been as impressed as I was by your hotel on this trip. Very spacious apartment. Has most amenities that one would need while on a business trip. Conveniently located for Deira and Bur Dubai, near a metro station and walking distance from City Centre Mall. The breakfast was of a very poor standard and that stopped me from experimenting any further with their food service!

As the studio room was not ready, as we had an early arrival, we were upgraded to a one bedroom suite which was in excellent condition. The only drawback was the water for showering - the temperature of the water was so hot that it almost burnt you even though one had the coldest setting. The 2 Bedroom apartment was bigger then we saw on the Net. Great views of the Buildings of Dubai. The Breakfast was the best in our around the world trip. With the Shopping Centre next door was easy to go to. Staff were helpful but didn't knoe when the Gold Solk was closing, the taxi driver helped us put. Wir hatten ein Apartement für drei Nächte ohne Frühstück gebucht. Das Apartement war sehr groß (Zimmer mit zwei Betten und extra Sofa, eine Küche und Badezimmer). Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer sehr sauber. Es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Hotelrückseite und Internet war for free (für ein Gerät). Insgesamt waren wir recht zufrieden.

Ett bra hotell nära tunnelbanan och flygplatsen i den trevliga stadsdelen Deira. Fin utsikt mot alla skyskrapor och "Creeken". Ett bra köpcenter alldeles nära och dessutom inte långt till dom mycket trevliga marknaderna. Mycket hotell för pengarna och bra läge, 20 min med tunnelbanan till Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall men även mycket sevärt i själva Deira […] som egentligen är mer som en "riktig stad" än själva Downtown. ２泊予約していました。到着が深夜遅い時間にもかかわらず、事前にメールで空港ピックアップを頼んでおいたので助かりました。部屋はとても広くてしばらく住みたいぐらいでした。 帰りも深夜遅い便だったので、レイトチェックアウトをしようとしたところ、夜１９時以降のチェックアウトは１泊分かかるといわれ、迷った挙句に延泊する形を選びました。 スパも利用しましたが、日本で受けるよりも安く、サービスもよかったと思います。 会員制フィットネスクラブとして使えるようになっているためか、プールの利用にはキャップ着用とのことで、買ってまでは・・・と思い利用しませんでした。 歩いて３分ほどでメトロの駅とデイラシティセンターというショッピングモールがあります。 とても大きいカルフール(スーパー)やいろいろな専門店もあり、 […] 便利です。ジュメイラ地区やスークのあたりに行くにはタクシーかメトロを利用しなければいけません。 ホテルのスタッフは親切でした。 朝食も種類はそこまで多くなかったものの、満足でした。 Les mer

Das Hotel liegt im alten Stadteil von Dubai (Deira), somit kein Strandhotel - jedoch eine Super Unterkunft für einen Urlaub in Dubai. In der Nähe liegt ein großes Einkaufszentrum welches einem alles für den täglichen Bedarf bietet. Zudem sind die Zimmer mit eigener Küche ausgestattet was einem hier jeglichen Freiraum bietet. Der Ausblick auf den Burj […] Khalifa und die Skyline ist Traumhaft, vor allem Nact'S vom Balkon! ;-) Das Personal ist sehr freundlich! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig, es werden 1A Omletts direkt für einen frisch nach eigenen Wünschen zubereitet! ;-)) Wir würden jederzeit wieder das Hotel buchen. Les mer

Die 2-Bettzimmer sing mehr als nur geräumig und bieten eine gute Ausstattung. Die Ränder in den 4 Badezimmern sollten gründlicher geputzt werden. Ansonsten alles Top. Selbst die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattt was man braucht. Geschirrspüler, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und eine große Ausstattung an dekorativem Geschirr. Hier lässt […] es sich sehr gut auch länger aushalten. Das Hotel ist strategisch sehr gut gelegen. Fußläufig zum City Center und zur Metro. Ich war begeistert. Sehr guter Shuttle-Service. Verkehrsgünstig in Flughafennähe und Metro-Station Deira-City gelegen! Große funktionelle und sehr gut ausgestattete Zimmer, allerdings ohne Luxusanspruch. Sehr guter Service. Großes Frühstücksbüffet.
