"Paper Thin Walls- Ringing Door Bell"
Let me start by saying that the reviews on here really fooled me. Please be aware that you are paying for a premium room, beef-up to look like quality, but low-value. Do yourself a favor and save your money. I stayed in this hotel, and was very dissatisfied. At check-in I was placed in a hearing impaired room, which I did not request for- and my trip […] begin to go downhill from here. Needless to say I booked a Leisure Room in advance and still did not get what I requested. Throughout my stay other guests on the floor continued to ring the bell to my hearing impaired room. At first, I thought maybe it was a harmless mistake, but after being repeated woke up throughout the night and day this became annoying. When I called to report this to the front desk, they told me they could not disable the bell and merely sent someone to put a piece of paper over the doorbell in attempt to prevent others from ringing it. This concluded to be a joke to those ringing the bell because they continued. To make matters worse, the walls of this hotel were extremely thin and I was constantly hearing footsteps on the floor above my room and on the same hallway. Needless to say my neighbors were extremely loud and kids were horse playing the entire stay. Do not bother going to the free breakfast, do yourself the favor and go to the nearby Denny’s. You will only get a comfortable bed- if you can sleep, and nice people to greet you at this hotel. Les mer

Our stay was nice at this Holiday Inn. The first room we were in had red spots on the carpet and the bed linen and the television didn't work. After notifying the front desk personnel we were immediately moved to a nicer room. She was very pleasant and accommodating during the room change. The breakfast was pretty good. Stayed at the hotel for only one night, but our stay here was very nice. Beautiful room and very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. The pool was also nice. Wish we could have checked in before 3pm but overall a very nice hotel!!

Hotel is located right off the interstate. Easy to get to and close to coast casinos, events, resturants,.... appealing facility, nice rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Problems were - upon arrival at 5 PM no one was at desk to check in - after waiting a while - called the hotel number to find the only attendant was assisting a guest in one of […] the rooms - had to wait forher returm - seems to creat an unsafe and inappropriate welcome. "Get Away Weekend"
Had a great time at the hotel. Sevice was very good, rooms very clean. Parking not too good and the elavator is very slow as reviewed by previous patrons. Over all a good experince, shopping and casinos are not far away.

A friend and I stayed here because we had tickets to see Sinbad at the hard rock casino. It was only about ten min away. The hotel seemed new so everything was great. Just wish there were other activities in the area besides the beach and casino.

I was disappointed to find that this hotel was 15 miles past Gulfport. It's in a relatively secluded, almost rural area of MS. The hotel was clean. The pool was extremely small. Our room faced an open field with a view of Interstate-10 (less than pleasurable, of course). All in all, it was okay. But I doubt I'll return. There are too many nice rooms […] closer to the coast at comparable (maybe even better) rates. Les mer

"Passing through Mississippi"
We just passed through and needed a quick place to pull off I-10 for some sleep and this location fit our needs. Everything was great and we had no issues.

Much nicer than I expected. Only problem was that they never got around to cleaning our room on Saturday. Had to call to get towels but all in all not a big deal to me.

"Over night in Ocean Springs"
nice hotel right off the freeway. Staff was very nice. The room and lobby were clean and beautiful. The breakfast was good also. We felt at home there.

"Ocean Springs Holiday Inn Express"
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Mississippi to the Beaches of Biloxi or nearby. The hotel was close to interstate 10 and the beaches. The facility was clean and the service was polite and quick. Would stop here again when traveling.

We stayed for the weekend in August for a family celebration and loved this hotel. It was super clean, and I'm really picky. All of the staff were so nice and helpful with each encounter. The entire hotel is non-smoking and I love this too. The breakfast buffet was awesome. There was all kinds of goodies and they even encourage you to pack a "To go" […] bag of their special cinnamon rolls. The location gives you easy access to the interstate also. I have a large extended family in the Gulfport/Biloxi area and this hotel will be my new "home base" when attending all future family functions. There are less expensive hotels around this exit but you get what you pay for. Life is short. Pay a few extra dollars and relax in a clean, luxurious setting. Everything about the hotel was as expected. It seemed to have been newly renovated and was clean and quiet. My only comment is that the smoking area is at the front door and that is a little off-putting.

It took no time at all to find, it is right off the highway next to a Waffle House or something like it. Major thoroughfare, easy to locate. Manager was curt at check-in, but everything was as expected upon arrival. Our room was nice; there was a stain on the carpet and dampness around A/C unit, but it was clean other than that. Beds were comfortable […] enough, bathroom was big and clean. Walls and floors were very thin; we were lucky no one was above us, because we could feel how much noise we were making just by walking around. We also could hear doors closing around us, but it wasn't busy enough to bother us. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast buffet the next morning: Peggy greeted us and had eggs, bacon, cinnamon rolls, and other food ready for guests from 5:30-9:30 am. Cinnamon rolls were amazing; I wish I could find a recipe. Peggy was happy to accommodate us and wish us a good day as we left. Les mer
