Find accommodations. I just wish they had two elevators since the layout of the hotel is so long. But that is a small point. The stay was fine. I'd go there again.

It was our last stop on our way home and was a nice way to end our trip. Clean, large, comfortable room and friendly helpful staff. I would look forward to going back.

Room was very spacious and staff was very friendly. In the morning we had great breakfast (kids loved it). We went for dinner at the near by TG Friday and got extra 15% discount with our hotel card key. Cannot beat this hotel :)

We really enjoyed our stay. The desk staff were all very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was good...yogurt, fruit, eggs, juice and bread items. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very large....always nice to have a comfy chair and footstool. We didn't have time to use the pool or workout equipment. We were very pleased with our 4 day stay. The breakfast was superb - hot food and an excellent variety. The decor is warm and welcoming. Room very comfortable with a nice selection of pillows. Staff was friendly. Location for us was excellent - restaurants very close by. As is the mall. Only complaint was the loud guests who were rude when they come […] in late at night, but the hotel can't help that. Indoor Pool: size quite small and VERY cold. "Highly recommended"
First let me say, we are very picky! I had pre-shipped some LL Bean purchases to the hotel, and they were waiting for me on check-in, completely safe and secure. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Patrick was very understanding and accomodating when we asked to change rooms. My friend is a light sleeper and our original room was next to th elevator. […] Overall a very pleasant environment. Well designed/constructed building, with great use of natural materials. Immaculately maintained hotel. Spacious room that had all the necessary bells and whistles, including fridge and microwave. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Excellent ventilation. Quiet and peaceful sleep. Exceeded our expectations in every way. Even the breakfast was better than most "breakfast included" hotels. A nice touch to put a decorative holder on each table and place just the right number of candy canes in this, as new guests joined for breakfast and selected a table. Indicitive of the many personal touches this property offers. Oh, and we forgot our personal pillow. When we drove back to see if it had been found, it was waiting for us behind the front desk and was handed over with a smile. Of course it was! This place made no mistakes with us! Les mer

"Great Surprise"
Normally not a fan of Best Westerns, this hotel was awesome! It was beautiful in both the lobby and the room. The room was huge and featured two big queen beds. Everything in the room was top notch, complete with a microwave and fridge. Great hotel - if you are questioning your stay because it's a Best Western, think again - this place is gorgeous! "Convenient to Performing Arts Center"
This hotel is a good place to stay for those attending a concert at the performing arts center in Canandaigua. About 20 minutes away from Canandaigua and easy to get to. Convenient location near restaurants, grocery store, shops, etc. Rooms and common areas were very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Hotel has convenient location. Staff very helpful.Walls could use extra soundproofing - next door TV very loud late at night. Night staff did not respond to airport driver dropping off lost baggage even tho we alerted staff earlier. Bags were almost returned to airport until we went down to lobby at 2:00 AM Otherwise, all good.

My friends and I stayed one night as we were passing through the area. The staff was very friendly. Everything looked nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. Great breakfast.

Found it hard to locate, the sign by the road was not real big and with heavy traffic was difficult to see. Also, walls were a little thin - or could be just the door between the two rooms to make it an adjoining room. Could hear the whole conversation people were having in the next room. We loved this hotel! Bed is comfy and close to the mall! The only thing that was negative was that the people in the room next to us were talking and I could hear them plain as day! We have children so we were in bed by 10pm and were woken up at 11pm! Next time I will ask to be next to a room with parents and children....that way I know they will be […] sleeping at that time! Only problem as we were leaing some people found they had an ant problem. We didn't have that problem in ourroom.

In town for a couple of days on business. The hotel was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was great! The service at the desk was very pleasant and I would stay there again.

The hotel appears to be new, is clean, breakfast is very decent too. My only gripe is that hot tub was not working- would have been nice after a day of skiing.

We stayed 5 nights and everything was really great and up until our 3rd night, we were very impressed with this Best Western. On the 3rd night we realized how thin the walls are. Our neighbors were VERY loud after midnight. We called them and knocked on their door and had the front desk call them. They did quiet down after they had a good laugh about […] it. Hotel was fantantic! Extremely quiet and spotless. Breakfast was the best, Scrambled eggs, sauage, toast, bagels, cereal etc...... Definitly will be going back. Only problem we had was the entrance. Should have better lighting at night to get into it.
