Noen anmerkninger: 1) Savnet kjøleskap på rommet. 2) Små krakeleringer/sprekker i servant. 3) Vannkran på bad vanskelig å stenge, dårlige pakninger? Ellers et hyggelig og bra opphold med god service.

Nydelige rom, hyggelig betjening og herlig SPA avdeling.

Velding rent og pent, sentralt og bra servise. Reiser gjerne tilbake.

Booking a night away with the wife for her birthday, we opted for the platinum room. The room was very clean and comfortable, the decor was modern and the overall it was very spacious. The spa offer a good range of treatment and are well priced. The gym was a nice addition and has a good range of equipment and is well laid out. Now the bad point the […] food, in the restaurant in the evening it was mediocre one dish was good the other not so. Breakfast was the main problem, it was a buffet that was served under lights, not heater lamps, or at least not adequate lamps, everything was either lukewarm or cold, the beans could have been served straight from the tin. It is a pity that our final memory is of a completely disappointing breakfast, which is a first for a Hilton property. However a room only option would be the way to go. Les mer

Comfortable room, clean with a new carpet. However, no hairdryer. Hot cookies lovely on arrival. Room at the end of a corridor, beside stairwell. Noisy +++ overnight, with people coming in from night out. Fed up with people trying our door on way past etc.

Welcome was warm, room was fine but had a musty/old smoky? smell and not pristine/fresh. Breakfast was usual good Hilton breakfast. Price was good though so no complaints.

The hotel was in a great location for us. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. TV cords were like bird's nest, on show so that would be a H&S concern. The shower/bath didn't work properly and we informed them on departure, another couple were departing and said that they had the same problem. Staff were friendly, obliging and helpful however didn't […] seem to show any initiative for serving without requests. Overall, it was ok. I thought it was a bit expensive for what we actually got. I would stay there again for the location though as it is close to beach and activities for kids. Les mer

Overall our stay here was fine but Double Tree did not live up to expectations. It advertises 4* but we found it old, somewhat neglected and in need of general refurbishment and repairs. I believe that some of the hotel has been made over but the room we had was obviously an old one although prices appear to have been the same regardless. It was more […] 3° standard . Our experience was definitely not what one would expect for a 4° Hilton owned hotel. Breakfast was just average and we felt quite rushed by the staff although I will admit that we were eating toward the end of the breakfast period. Our room was not too spacious and the bathroom somewhat shabby, particularly the very old style shower hose over the bath. Staff in general were friendly and helpful and the location is really good, being right on the sea front and just 10mins walk from Union st and shopping. It is also quiet at night and we did sleep well. Free and plentiful parking is a bonus. I would stay here again but will wait for some upgrading to be done first. Les mer

We were quite happy with everything. The room was nice however I felt the en-suite was very basic what you would expect in an ordinary room not a premier one. Service was excellant and food was quite good.

A very warm welcome is experienced when you enter the foyer of Double Tree in Aberdeen. First impressions are excellent, spacious, clean, bright and friendly. Premier rooms are first class, sea view and decorated very tastily. Bay window and couch and table made your stay more homely and relaxed. The hotel lobby was nice,that was about it! Rooms were tiny,bathroom falling apart,old fashioned shower running off the bath which wouldn't turn off,had to call for a hotel manager to fix it- no one came! Would not stay here again

Room decor shabby and in need of a major upgrade - cracked tiles and tile in tub had mildew. Shower below standard - left over from the 1970's - taps leaked so bad we could not turn them off. We were given the rooms next to the elevator - difficult to sleep with people talking and elevators clattering into the early hours! We did call to complain about […] the noise and at midnight were told that the hotel was not full and would we like to move rooms. We wonder why we got put in this room in the first place - perhaps they save the good rooms for customers who pay the full rate? Les mer

Very short walk to the ocean, nice area for family since there amusements and restaurants nearby. The hotel was clean and modern and a 20 minute walk to the center of Aberdeen.

When we arrived the hotel staff were having to cope with computer problems but they were still very cheery and helpful. Location is good and only a short walk or taxi ride (expensive) from the centre of town. Leisure facilities were good too

accueil correct mais la propreté des lieux et surtout de la chambre et de la salle de bains laisse beaucoup à désirer . La chambre était triste et sentait mauvais. Le petit déjeuner était moyen en qualité.
