tVeldig rangt rom , men det verste seng jeg ha ligget i , vondt i hofte etter å ha ligget opp på fjær fra en madrass som ha vært nedslitt fra folk som ha sittet på sengekanten , det er ikke plass til en stol , osv. En brukbar madrass koster kanskje 100GBP , ser ut som det gjelder å tyner penger ut av folk uten å gi noen tanker for andre.

Ganske kjedelig frokost, så det er ingen vits å kjøpe det alternativet. Frokosten kan man lett ta en annen plass. Personalet virket som de var lei av å drive hotell, og var hovedsaklig sur. Absolutt hele badet var vått når man var ferdig med å dusje, samt slukene i dusjen og vasken var tette. Det eneste positive var beliggenheten. Det var nært til Westfield, […] Sheperds Bush stasjon og ikke minst Holland Park (som er verdt et besøk). Ellers er det mange andre hoteller i området som man heller burde vurdere. Les mer

My main complaint about this hotel is what the staff thought was ok to do with my room. When i checked in i was pleased to see that my room (nr 20) had a patiodoor that opened into a terrace and a little park . WOW! The first morning my joy suddenly stopped when the manager locked himself into my room to get toiletpaper. The hotels storage was in the […] back garden, and my room was the only access!! I complained about this several times, but each day a new girl from roomkeeping said she hadnt heard about this and came in anyway. It ended with me blocking the door with my suitcase. The guy in reception was a angry,irritated man that didnt want to hear about complaints. one night i came to the hotel late ( 0430. I had checked with reception first if i would be let in) . The angryguy just stared at me from the chair he was sleeping in and waved me away. ( i have to note i was not drunk ;) ) After 10-15 minutes he finally got up and let me in. So.. If you DONT get room 20.. and dont talk to the staff. and dont plan on enjoying londons nightlife..Use this hotel. Les mer

Passer for de som bruker hotellet til å sove og ønsker kortere opphold i bra strøk. Veldig nære Kensington Olympia og Kensington High Street. Positive ting: rent, billig og sentralt vest. Negative: lite, dusj var rett ved siden av do uten forheng, slapp service i resepsjonen.

Terrible- no window, bed was a cot, shower would not close, room too small, Would NEVER stay there again and will tell everyone about it.

Room was very small and rather shabby. Seemed to be clean enough at first, but one night we discovered a large cockroach under the bed even though we hadn't opened any of the windows. Blowdryer and safe were broken and there was no microwave and minibar as promised. Cleaning lady was very friendly, but staff at front desk not so much. They charged us […] for leaving our bags with them for a couple of hours after checkout and the lady seemed to be really putout about it. But I guess you get what you pay for. On arrival, I was treated like an irritant- the girl on reception had a sneering attitude that managed to make me feel like a complete imbecile. Likewise, on check out, the man was cold and unfreindly. Considering the quantity of religious iconry at the reception desk, I would have hoped for better... Not ecstatic about paying a deposit of £10 for a TV remote, for which there were two english channels, and half a dozen foreign language channels. On the second day of my stay, the English channels disappeared altogether. The breakfast was frankly, grim, with a girl washing up in the same room and (seemingly) delighting in crashing the clean plates around in the noisiest possible way. Turned up at the booking in time at 1pm to be told the room was not ready until 1.30pm. Waited until then, when given my key entered the room to find half eaten food and drink in the room and personal belongings already in there. It looked like one of the staff were staying in there. I showed up at 1:00pm expecting to check in and the person at the front desk pushed it back till 1:30 even though their policy clearly states a 1:00pm check in. I don't appreciate my schedule being thrown off for no apparent reason. I was assigned a single room and after having trouble with my key and obtaining a new one, I was pretty underwhelmed. […] It was the size of a walk in closet with a twin bed, mini fridge, safe, small TV (no remote) and a bathroom. The bathroom was probably half of the living space size. It is located near the Kensington (Olympia) station which has very limited service during the week and runs 3 times an hour on weekends. However, each time I tried to use it, it skipped out on timed routes and had to wait a while for the next train. I wasn't expecting much getting a room in London for so little, and that was right. The neighborhood is nice, even a bit suburban--reminded me of the outer boroughs of NYC. The hotel is, however, very small. My room was a single, and there was just enough room for a twin bed and my luggage; At 5'-4" tall, I would not have been able to lie down across […] the room. The room I had booked was not ready when I arrived and I had to change rooms after the first night. The first room was hot and there was no light in the bathroom. The second room was cold because of airconditioner was on full blast and I could not adjust it. The breakfast included bread and cerials.

As many of the other reviews state the rooms are fairly small and not as comfortable as many other hotels. Dont let that put you off however. If you want a large bathroom, easy chair, luxurious surroundings and the finest wines available to humanity then stay somewhere else.......... and pay heartily for it! If you are looking for a hotel with 5 star trimmings this is not it , its econo-class hotel its ok for the short term visitor to london not for a month. perfect for the Olympics

I booked this for 4 days, but had to move to another hotel .... filthy, EXTREMELY small rooms, window was not closing ... In a few words: - way to small rooms - fridge was not working - tv was not working - NO REMOTE for tv even if asked. (after 3h they called me and asked 10 pounds for the remote!!!) - extremely expensive WIFI - filthy rooms - personell […] was barely speaking english DO NOT GO !!!! Les mer

Hotel was hard to find as on gps it shows at wrong end of the road. When calling the receptionist she was not very helpful with her directions and was rather rude. I did not feel welcomed when reaching the hotel. Room was ok, bed was a matress thrown on a futon shell. Was comfortable though. I called to request an earlier breakfast but was told that […] I could not have it earlier as no staff would be present to serve. I was only asking for it 10 minutes earlier as I had a coach to catch. When I went down to grab breakfast and rush out the breakfast was not a buffet as listed when booked but cornflakes and toast (of which had been premade in bulk and was cold). I would recommend this hotel if your looking for somewhere cheap and just to sleep. This is the worst experience I've had. When I turned up to check in with my friend, the lady at the reception didn't even smile one bit and was just really rude in general. Our room was right at the bottom floor in end of a corridor, getting through to our room was difficult as we had to open anoter door in front of our actual room door to get in. The […] room was stuffy an didn't smell pleasant at all. Tiniest room I could ever imagine. We later discovered our room door would not look so we went back up to reception to complain. The guy at reception was careless and didn't care. Our safety felt even more secure when we found him to be sat with a large knife at reception. End result for me and my friend was to move the fridge in front of our door with our suitcase. If it wasn't 1am and we knew our way around we definitely would have just left. We didn't have the best sleep and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!! Les mer

I have to say I have been rather happy with the hotels I booked on hotels.com but this one was the worse hotel I ever stayed at. Staff was rude, room smelled of paint, like they just painted the room and turned the heater on to speed up the paint drying. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here!!!!!!!!

The owners are not outgoing, and don't really know how to treat people. I don't know if it's a cultural thing, but my stay at this place was not pleasant at all. I definitely would not recommend this inn to anyone. The single room they gave me was the size of a walk-in closet, and the wireless Internet was ridiculously expensive to pay for. Of course the room and the bed could have been bigger. I expected a lot more of the room (no windows) but considering the price I think it was fair. It was clean and quiet though. There were bus stops right outside and not that far to the tube, to get on the green or the red line.

Had the guy at reception been a tad more on the helpful side this place may have got an overall 2. The heating was so uncomfortable and unbearable, I had to wet a towel and sleep with that on my forehead. I hardly slept and was glad to check out at 06.30. I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and i did not feel it was good value or a nice hotel. Ontop of this for families this is not a hotel for you as im a bloke and i didnt feel safe. We stayed at the hotel one night on a short visit to London. We choose it bcs of its price and convenient location and if it's only for sleeping is not a bad choice. Still, the room was the smallest one I've ever seen and it was almost impossible to squeeze between the two twin beds (which also were pretty small). The hotel is conveniently located nearby the new Westfield shopping centre in East London. The hotel itself is clean and the staff are friendly.

The room was tiny but if you're not thinking of staying in all day it's good enough. Fridge and safe didn't work and i didn't have any hot water. Since I wasn't there for long it didn't really bother me but I guess if you're staying for more than a couple of days that could be a problem. The "breakfast" consisted of corn flakes and toast. The rooms were large enough for a bed with two feet of space on one side. The bathroom was a combination shower, toilet and sink all in one. Kensigton is a very nice location and the location is the hotel is also good, close to tube stations and Kensington High Street. But ...

Simple as that. The staff don't really care about anything. For a cheap price per night it is a perfect doss house if you are out late at night and need to leave early. Dont book this if you are planning on taking a holiday in London.

Not a place to stay over for business trip, no real breakfast, very small room and shower that didn't suck the water. Very noicy room and service that didn't exist.

a clean hotel small rooms but clean & comfortable its not an expensive hotel as prices go in london you get what you pay for a on suite room with everything squeezed in but what more do you need i would recomend it

This is a budget hotel in London, so don't expect any luxury. This is a place to sleep and have breakfast. Room small but adequate, bathroom small and clean. Plenty of hot water. Breakfast was lacking, no eggs, ham, sausage, beans. Breakfast room has a microwave. Note also that the nearby tube station is Olympia, served by a shuttle service from Earls […] Court. The term hotel is a bit misleading. This is more like a hostel. There is no room service, gym, shop, lounge or any other facilities. The rooms are very small and you can tell that they have just shoehorned everything in. The room I had was very small. There was no desk and the electrics didn't work (I had to hold the plug into the wall to boil the […] kettle!). There was no desk, you certainly couldn't spend an evening in the room enjoying TV or catching up on some work. The worst part was the breakfast. The "restaurant" is very small, with about enough space for 6 people. This soon becomes full up as guests fight for the help-yourself food available on the side (white bread, cheese and juice). Resigned to my fate, I left as soon as possible. The staff were OK a bit surly but in that no nonsense business-like way that is popular is Eastern Europe. I wouldn't recommend this. If you are after a hostel then go and stay in a YHA one. If you are after a hotel pay the extra and get a travellodge/holiday inn. Les mer

The hotel looked okay from the outside. The reception area which was more like a corridor was marble and looked nice. The carpets were a little worn. In the room (single) the television did not have a remote. A glass (not sure if it was clean or not) was left on the floor. There was packaging left from a previous guest left in the wardrobe. I couldn't […] use my key because the door needed a new battery - which I was told would be fixed but over the 2 nights I stayed wasn't. Therefore whoever was on duty in reception had to keep letting me into my room. Several other customers also complained during the time I stayed here, and some even threatened to call the police because they were refused a refund. would call it compact and bijou. we arrived a little early so our room was changed for one that was ready, so i guess we will never know what upstairs was like, but we ended up in a tiny room on the ground floor. it was pleasant enough, there was a nice big double glased sash window, so had light and culd get air without too much noise. there was a […] tv, but no remote. tea n coffee. some of the lights didnt work, the bahroom was adequate but with there wasnt even room to walk past anyone in the room. single file only from door past the bathroom and bed to the window. but when you are only sleeping in a place do you need more?? breakfast was served in a basement room and was adequate... just watch the cheese. not far from main bus route past albert hall harrods etc to picadilly and not far from kensington olyimpia station / underground. convienient yes, ok for just a bed for the night, yes, luxurious, spacious and for more than one night... no thanks. we were at an event at olympia so it was just fine, but wouldnt stay there for anything else Les mer

While the location of this hotel was good, the surly staff, awful breakfast facilities (toast, jam and cheese - okay, but there is only space for 8 people in the room) and generally bad room standard (cracks in the walls, loose headboards, tiles falling off in the bathroom) ensures we won't be coming back.

All I wanted was a room to sleep in during my two night stay in London and that's what I got. It wasn't anything special. Word of warning to anyone planning on staying there. I stayed in a single room and it has to be the smallest room I ever stayed in. Even though it had a bathroom there really wasn't much room. For example the sink was right next […] to the shower door so you had to use it at an angle. Another problem with the size was due to it being summer, the small space got hot very quickly making it difficult to sleep. There was a fan and a window to open but both meant additional noise from the fan and nearby road. However the hotel was very clean and looked nice. It was also nice and quiet despite my room being so close to the road. Overall I wasn't expecting much and so never got much. If all you want is a bed for the night for a decent price you could do a lot worse. Les mer

My single room was very small with only 2 coathangers to store my clothes. The bathroom was also very cramped with a wash basin that could only be used at a right angle and there was no cold water in it because the pipe had been broken. No toilet roll holder (broken). Breakf ast was very basic in a very small breakfast room which seemed to be shared […] with several members of staff. OK if you like toast and cornflakes. Hot water urn was broken. Hot water for tea was from a kettle boiled in another room and left on the side. The reception area smelt very heavily of cigarette smoke and often very loud Indian music was to be heard. This hotel is a good bargain if you want a cheap place to stay in a good location. It is a 2 block walk to the Olympia tube stop. However, the schedule can get tough to figure out and there is no direct connection except to High Street Kensington on the District Line or to Shepard's Bush on the Overground Line. The room was very small even by London […] standards. But, it had a small fridge, which was great since temperatures were 28-30 C during my visit. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful, but the front door was almost always open and the desk was not always "manned". There are several shops and pubs within 2-3 blocks. Les mer

It is not really near or convenient to central London or anything interesting except the Exhibition Center; it is not near Hyde Park which they say it is. Cet hotel ne reserve malheureusement aucune bonne surprise; contraint d'y sejourner du fait d'une reservation tardive en periode de pointe, j'ai paye le prix cher pour un sejour de tres mauvaise qualite: chambre en sous-sol, lit bancal, ameublement hors d'age, electricite a refaire, douche dans les toilettes (ou toilettes dans la douche ?). A l'accueil […] le personnel ne prend meme pas la peine d'interrompre sa session internet ou sa discussion sur mobile pour vous servir ou vous renseigner, visiblement les questions ici ne sont pas les bienvenues... Chambre minuscule de 4m carré ne pouvant contenir qu'un lit. Salle de bains de la taille d'un wc. Odeur persistante de tabac alors que c'était en théorie une chambre non fumeur. Bref, nous déconseillons cet hôtel.

El hotel esta cerca estaciones de trenes, metro y paradas de camion, fue facil llegar al centro de londres, el precio fue bueno en comparacion con las opciones, londres es muy caro para hospedarse, asi que vale la pena hacer algunos sacrificios en comodidad con tal de estar bein ubicado. El hotel tiene habitaciones muy pequeñas, menos de 15 mts2, en […] mi habitacion algunos focos estaban fundidos y no los quisieron cambiar, la puerta del baño topaba con el marco y no cerraba, tampoco cerraba el cancel de aluminio de la regadera. El desayuno estaba incluido y estuvo bien, dieron pan tostado, juego y cereal. Este hotel es conveniente para gente que solo necesita ir a dormir y bañarse y el resto del tiempo estar fuera. Les mer

Las habitaciones, como todo el mundo dice, son muy, muy, pequeñas. Deben de hacer unos 6 metros cuadrados como mucho. Tienen baño pero está muy mal ventilado. Eso sí, cambian las toallas y los jabones todos días y la limpieza de la habitación parece correcta, pese a algunos apaños en las paredes. A nosotras nos tocó una habitación interior, que no tenía […] ventanas; tan solo un aparato de aire acondicionado. Tuvimos que suplicar un cambio porque nos ahogábamos allí dentro.
