"ENJOYABLE STAY"
this is our second stay at blackstone, and it didnt let us down yet. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful and had a fantastic view of the mountains. We all agreed we could just live here out of this little condo. It had everything we needed. It was also spotless. The hot tub area and bbq area are an extra bonus. The one bedroom suite was a nice size for two and very functional. TV in the living room was really small. The king bed was super comfortable. Not too far from the main street (walking distance about 15 minutes). Overall a great stay.

Room was very enjoyable to stay in. Top of the line furniture etc throughout. A few things were not working such as the filtered water on the fridge or the cordless phone but those are minor issues when staying in such an amazing place. Definitely would recommend as it is a nice hotel/condo set up in a great location.

We booked for 3 nights and barely survived the one. This hotel is adjacent to the highway and I specifically requested a room on the top floor and in the back of the hotel where it would be quieter. We had a 3rd floor room ( walkers all night above) plus highway noise from the trucks that are slowing down for speed limit change. YIKES ! The place was really nice great view nice size place everything was there that you needed from cups to dishwashers the only down fall I found was there was no pub or restuarant in the lodge but they were only a $6 cab ride into town which was nice.The one room came with a full bathroom and shower and bathtub but the other room didnt which left one of […] the couples to use the other bathroom which had a very small shower but aside from that Id recommend this lodge was a good overall experience Les mer

Totally awesome room!!! The suite had all appliances needed for a comfortable stay and all pots and pans for anyone willing to cook a meal away from home. Plenty of room in the suite. Very clean and modern room made the stay that much enjoyable. I have no problem recommending this room to others!

Our only complaint about this hotel is that they clearly do not have enough front desk staff-- the poor worker was run absolutely ragged! The hotel actually lost our hotels.com reservation for a one bedroom suite, but quickly rebooked us into a two bedroom suite, so I can't really complain! It was an amazing suite-- quiet, great furnishings, comfortable […] beds and robes, everything you could possibly need. Great stay. Loved the place. Only negative is they need another staff member handling customers, had to wait 10 minutes to get a key while the one receptionist served another customer. But other than that, it was amazing.

We had a two bedroom suite very nice will stay there again and would recommend to others.
We had a 1 bedroom ground floor unit .Overall had a great experience,however would recommend you get a room on the higher floors for better views. One other minor inconvenience was that they suddenly decided to paint our patio floors without any prior notice to us.We were unable to access our patio sit out for 2 days out of a 4 day stay,which was a […] real bummer! "Black Stone Mountain Lodge"
This hotel is great for families with the full kitchen, separate bedroom, and washer and dryer. The rooms are really nicely appointed. The pool is a bit on the small size and is a salt water pool. However, the gorgeous scenery was fantastic and we loved our stay there. We have put it on our list of places we will make a point of stopping at.

It was good... our balcony door handle wasn't really connected tp the door and a couple other small things were slightly out of place....like our box of kleenex only having one sheet left...and salt and pepper shakers where the pepper was completely empty. The hotel suite was wonderful, very clean, well equipped. But the weather was warm and we wanted to sleep with the window open. impossible!!! the noise from traffic on the highway never stopped, the only way to sleep was to close the window, which caused a bad sleep. Booked two suites for our two families with young kids. We were very surprised at the quality of the suites and the ample room. Well appointed and everything supplied with dishes, cups, cutlery and ever soap for the dishwasher. My only criticism is the shower heads were a bit weak on the water pressure. "Excellent place at the right price"
Loved the hotel, their staff, and our room. It could only be nicer if there were restaurants or even a small food mart within closer walking distance of the hotel.

I loved this place simply because they were so pet friendly. Scott, the manager, was most accommodating to us as well as to our family pet! Big points for that. Room was clean, well-equipped with modern appliances, tv/dvd player in both rooms. Nice stay, we'll be back!
