Staybridge Suites Las Vegas - Las Vegas

Everything was great, had a small problem with the toilet, but it was handled in a timely fashion! Check-in took a little longer than any other hotel I've stayed in & I was the ONLY customer there! Other than that the rooms were plush, modern, & comfortable.

We were so surprised at how great the hotel and rooms were. The staff was awesome, the breakfasts in the morning were perfect. We will definately re-book if we should ever return to Vegas.

Were here for NYE 2011 and got a room facing the strip, so we could see the fireworks...that was awesome, they have actual balconies you can go out on. Great location, easy to find...not sure how easy or not to walk to the strip, we didn't. Clean, spacious room. Good breakfast. Overall, I really liked this hotel.

Had a great 2 night stay here in September. The hotel is a short distance away from the strip, but offers hourly free transfers. The rooms are large and beautifully furnished and the staff is helpful

We chose this hotel because it isn't on the strip of LV, but close enough to get to it easily. We had a car and it is located really well in relation to the strip attractions. (Even if we hadn't have had a car, I think it would have been fine as well, because of the complimentary shuttle service.) The staff was extremely courteous and nice. They provided […] free wifi and a "business" station for printing out information (this came in handy!). The complimentary breakfast was excellent. I would recommend this hotel for couples who want a quiet LV experience at your own pace: no downstairs casino, no smoking, no hubbub of the strip. The pool was just what we needed, and as I mentioned before, it's in close proximity to the strip and the activities therein. Les mer

Great room.... would like to stay on strip but they had shuttle to MGM ...wish everyone could stay in a room like this once.

Excellent Hotel, within walking distance of the strip and the Hotel runs a shuttle service every hour during the day and evening.

We stayed at Staybridge Suites 2 days. Overall the stay was comfortable, but there were things which surprised me, the hotel is understaffed. It's not a cheap hotel and I expected a better service: 1. The check in is at 3pm, which is rather late and they wouldn't do it sooner. 2. They didn't prepare the suit for us even with 4 hrs of cleaning time: […] I had to call service at 9 pm to ask for linens and pillows for the kids - that was a first time for me. 3. It was windy those days and many chairs fell in the pool - no one from stuff bothered to get them out until my husband and kids did it. Les mer

I booked in Staybridge because it was close to the airport and the strip without being on the strip itself. there is no casino, and it is really quiet. The room was huge, new and very clean. If you are looking for a hotel in Vegas near the strip but not in the middle of the insanity, this is an excellent choice.

It's a nice hotel, but I booked it because I was expecting a bigger suite, a studio with separate bedroom. It is a room with kitchen, bed and sofa-bed all in the same space. It is uncomfortable if you are sharing the room with co-workers.

Only moments from the strip, but seems like a world away. One of the best rooms I've ever stayed in, and you don't have to wade through a bustling casino at midnight trying to get to your room. Very quiet, quick access to the strip, McCarren Airport, I-15. A little pricey, but if you're staying for a few days, the kitchen comes in handy.

This was a real find for me - a very pleasant large and modern 1-bed apartment removed from all the noise and nonsense of the Strip, but still close to both the Strip (by shuttlebus) and Downtown (by taxi). The Staybridge shuttlebus departed on the hour to the Strip and the half-hour to the Airport. We had booked a 1 bedroom suite at the higher price than a studio. However at check-in we were put in a studio. When I questioned it, he said he was sold out, but then managed to find us a 1 bed suite. The sofa bed wasn't made up for our son - we had to ask him twice. The shuttle is too sporadic, once an hour is not enough. The breakfast ends to early […] during the week in a city that stays awake so late. The hotel is nice because it's new, and the rooms are lovely and spacious. However, if you don't want to rent a car and drive in the city, then this hotel is too far away from the strip. Taxi's are expensive - $15 - $25 a trip. There are no restaurants nearby, so you're stuck with either cooking yourself (but you need a car to get groceries), or taking a cab to the strip. Les mer

When we arrived at the airport nobody seemed to know of this hotel it was the last shuttle on the rank that knew where it was. We thought what have we done it must be in the backblocks. When we saw it we were very happy, the suite was absolutely wonderful with great views of the strip, just accross from the Mandalay resort, great breakfast,pool and […] facilities. It was by far the cheapest Hotel we stayed in over the month in the USA but the BEST we would like to have had the same suite in New York and San Francisco Highly reccomended by us. Les mer

Very nice accommodations. Shuttle to & from strip, but shuttle ends at 10pm. Shuttle back to airport, but no pick-up from airport. Breakfast just ok.

excellent hotel, far exceeded our expectations. even had a washing machine and tumble dryer for free use in our room. had free wi fi, great breakfast. slight downside as a little off the strip but had a regular free bus for pick up and drop off. could not fault this hotel or its staff !!!

Top quality hotel. One of the best rooms/suites I have stayed in. Very modern, big and clean. Service was very good, nice breakfast options and the pool looked great. Only slight gripe was having to wait for the shuttle to the strip. It goes on the hour and takes 10 to 15 mins. It means you are losing up to an hour a day in commuting. This hotel has a friendly knowledgeable staff and their aim is to please. Just let them know your question or need, and they are on it. The rooms are new and fresh with contemporary upscale decor. Our room even had a washer and dryer. The pool area is lovely also. In the evening they have a "Hospitality Hour", they also have a Breakfast Buffet, and […] free shuttle service to MGM Grand where you can connect with the Monorail. Built and equipped as a timeshare, but now operated as a hotel, the Staybridge Suites Las Vegas offers the highest standards, and at the time of writing, the best value-for-money by far in Las Vegas. Friendly and helpful reception staff, general manager and shuttle drivers. Comfortable room with attractive modern decor, separate livingroom and bedroom […] in some rooms. LCD TV in living and bedroo; balcony with table and chairs; well equipped kitchenette; good size bedroom, large bathroom with shower/bath and double basins. Large swimming pool with kiddies pool with waterfall wall connected by steps to one end of the main pool. (I noticed the water quality being checked very early in the morning which is a good sign). Two huge sunken "whirlpool spa" hot-tubs. High quality padded loungers, sunchairs, tables, sunshades, and even cabanas. Toilets beside the pool. Located near the strip (10 mins by taxi or ~$10-15) and Minor quibbles: no separate walk-in shower - a bathroom this size could have accommodated it with better planning, but the shower in the bath work fine; small wardrobe (compensated for in part by a large chest-of-drawers). Breakfast-service only in the hotel restaurant, but there is an onsite shop and a nearby gas-station if you plan to cook, and more restaurants than you'd care to mention on the strip. Les mer

This hotel was really great, Not on the strip a quiet location but the strip 3 mins away in car. Hotel really clean. We usually stay at the mirage but wanted more economical option would most definately stay here in futire.

The Breakfast Buffet was great! Lots of choices and you really have a full kitchens complete with plate utensils pot and pans! I really enjoyed our room and service was pretty nice too. We stayed at the trump for four days after our two day stay at the staybridge and the rooms at the staybridge are just as nice.

I booked this hotel based on other rave reviews, and because I like non-gaming hotels if I have to go to Vegas. Upon check-in half of my party was treated very rudely because their name was not on the reservation (I was on a plane so they checked in first), yet I had called the Gen. Mgr. 3 days before to add this person--and was told it was done. They […] attempted to make it right...but were so rude in the beginning it was hard to get over. On a good note the breakfast staff & housekeeping staff are fantastic, they took great care of us--with big smiles! Breakfast was good and the room was very clean and beautiful. We were very pleased with the overall hotel. The staff were courteous, the room was very well stocked and comfortable and the shuttle service was great, providing a good drop off and pick up location and they picked up right on time. We also liked the pool, it was open until midnight. We would recommend this to others.

the room is nice and big with kitchen, like an apartment, but the overall service was bad. the quality of breakfast was poor, and it is very inconvient. for the 3 nights we were there, there were no housekeeping service, the coke and juice machine were always off (there are no vending machine), front desk staff and the security guard were the worst, […] they make us feel like we don't belong there. we could of use half of the money for any other hotel on the strip and get double of the service and respect. this was the worst vegas stay we ever had! we end up check out early! Fabulous in every way, great outdoor pool and hottubs, comfy beds/pillows, great rooms lovely staff (at all levels), handy shop, good breakfast, free shuttle to strip every hour and to airport when requested. Just off the strip across from Mandalay Bay hotel.

It may have been the luck of the draw. But, the hotel lost power and the a/c never recovered. It was too hot to sleep comfortably and the a/c maintenance would not return until the next day. We didn't know what to expect with this hotel being off the strip. We couldn't believe our eyes when we opened the door to the room. The decor was modern, clean and expensive. The rooms were quiet, clean and in excellent condition. The shuttle was a great addition so we could go to the strip and not have to worry about parking. Best value in Vegas. I have stayed at most of the hotels. I would never stay anywhere else in Vegas again. Ever.

Hotel d'excellent standing situé à moins de cinq minutes en voiture du strip. Suite très spacieuse, confortable, meuble de qualité du meilleur goût. Cuisine complète avec électro-ménager de qualité. Heerlijk hotel. Grote kamer. Erg vriendelijke mensen achter balie. Heerlijk zwembad met wat lawaai van vliegtuigen. Wat ver van de strip, maar shuttle werkt goed vanuit hotel.

We picked this hotel for the suites they offer at reasonable prices and did the reservation online. The location is a just outside the city, like 3 minutes off the Strip across the highway. Except for having to insist on a suite (and not a regular room) at check-in and the very busy (because complimentary) breakfast restaurant there is NOTHING we […] found to complain about! The suites are big and feature a large living/dining area and a pretty good equipped kitchen (which we hardly used) including washing maschine and tumbler. The bedroom is big enough, too, and has a build-in closet. The bathroom again is big, with two sinks and a tub. All furniture looks pretty upmarket and - since the hotel is only open for 1 year - was not worn at all. Nor is the rest of the hotel, all we saw was in very good shape. Staff was helpful and informative, too, also in terms of the sights of the city. Breakfast includes cereal, fruit, toast, choice of bagels and cakes, waffles, burger, omlette, choice of juices and coffees and more - quite a lot to me for a complimentary breakfast. This however led to a lot of people at one time in the restaurant which offers around 10 tables + the bar inside and a few more tables outside. All in all: very recommendable! Les mer

Bellissimo hotel in Las Vegas. Camere pulitissime e spaziose; ricca colazione inclusa; wi-fi gratuito; grande piscina con spazio circostante attrezzato (sdraio, lettini, tavoli, gazebo)+ due più piccole con idromassaggio. A volte, specialmente infrasettimana, organizzano dei piccoli party nel tardo pomeriggio, che sono gratuiti per i clienti e che fungono […] tranquillamente da pasto aggiuntivo. Hotel straconsigliato, soprattutto se disponete di auto, perchè rimane leggermente al di fuori dello strip, e quindi dal caos dei grandi casinò. Se avete la macchina potete comunque recarvici in pochissimi minuti e spostarvi + agevolmente da una zona all'altra, visto che tutti gli hotel-casino hanno un parcheggio gratuito e che a piedi lo strip è infattibile in tempi rapidi!Comunque l'hotel dispone anche di un servizio navetta che parte ogni ora.
