Et greit hotell hvis man ikke er opptatt av og bo i gå avstand til stranden. Var der kun en natt og det var veldig greit. Rent og fint og sentralt.Hvis jeg skulle ha bodd i Naples litt lenger ville jeg bodd litt nærmere stranden.

Hotellet var en opplevelse. Stranden utenfor var helt fantastisk for bading og turgåing. Frokosten var enorm og veldig god.

Hotellet ligger greit til for hovedaktivitetene, men ønsker du å se et annet miljø eller å spise et annet sted enn på hotellet, må du kjøre 10-12 minutter. At man må betale 10 dollar om dagen for internettilgang er uhørt og gammeldags; i dag er denne tilgangen en hygienefaktor - den skal rett og slett være der!

Dette hotellet var en positiv opplevelse. I løpet av vår rundreise i Florida, så var dette hotellet det rimeligste. Da vi betalte så lite, forventet vi også litt lavere standard, men standarden var på høyde med de andre hotellene vi bodde på. Leiligheten hadde stue, kjøkken, to soverom og to bad. Kjøkkenet var velutstyrt og hadde til og med litt basic-ting som salt/pepper/kaffe/sukker ol. Veldig greit! Hotellområdet var frodig og fint med kjekt bassengområdet. Ungene var også begeistret for skillpaddene og de andre dyrene i parken. Stranden lå en liten kjøretur unna og hotellet var behjelpelig med å tilby både strandstoler, parasoll og håndklær som vi fikk låne! Veldig greit!! WiFI på rommet inkludert. Hvis vi skulle satt fingeren på noe, så måtte det vært rengjøringen av leiligheten mens vi bodde der. Søppel ble tømt og nye håndklær levert, men senger ble ikke redd og rommet ble ikke vasket.. Mulig dette ikke var inkludert? Ikke noe stort problem, men stusset litt med det. Alt i alt et veldig kjekt, enkelt og rimelig hotell!

The Springhill Suites in Naples wasn't bad, it was average. The room was a tight for a "suite". The bed was comfortable though and the water in the shower hot. Breakfast was on the lower end of what you expect from these places. If you're just looking for a comfortable bed for the night It's fine and you'll feel you'll be satisfied. room was real nice.... it was a little suite.....gal at front desk was extremely helpful...and did check us in early!-we were meeting friends at a resort in Naples (golfers) so checking in early was great!!! breakfast was very good...... the good waffles....and eggs/warm sauage and excellent coffee...... free!!!would stay again

Nice hotel, far away from downtown Naples. I missed the buffet breakfasts (too early for a leisurely vacation), but in the early afternoon there generally was a lack of their advertised, free all day, freshly brewed coffee. With these noted conditions, it is a nice hotel, but not too convenient for a visit to Naples.

I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Naples. The hotel and the rooms were super clean, the staff was extremely friendly and the beds were very comfortable. Overall an extremely nice hotel.

The Hotel looked quite new and had all the usual comfort of a SpringHill Suite Hotel (with Waffles for Breakfast - Dad and Kids love them!). The Matresses were a bit harder than the others we experienced so far!

Everything great. Very clean, good sporting facility and very friendly. Add on the Bar from Holiday Inn which is only 20 meter Away.
i enjoyed my stay though just for 1 night. rooms are great. two bed suite for price is excellent.the location is about 15 to 20min from downtown naples or beach. overall; if your vacationing in naples you may want to be closer to us41,but if just passing through you should consider this location.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was in town for a conference at Marco Island. The staff were very kind and genuine. Wonderful customer service. The facility was very modern and the continental breakfast was good too :-) I highly recommend this hotel.
excellent service and good location while we were looking at properties in the Naples, Marco Island area. this is our second stay at this relatively new location within the last two months. continental breakfast is reasonable but it is just down the road (1/2 mile) from a Cracker Barrel restaurant.

The hotel is nice, rooms are comfortable, and spaceous I was in a room that had microways and a little counter this was helpful specially since we traveled with our little daughter. The staff is nice, the breakfast was good and it was within reasonable hours, the hotel is far from the beach, but driving is not bad. I cant afford the ones that are front […] beach :( Overall I would recommend this hotel for a future stay, the swimming pool is not big deal but is quiet, and clean. Les mer

Very friendly staff and clean inviting rooms. There is nothing to do around this hotel including places to eat for at least 15-20 mins away -- which may not sound like a big deal unless you have been driving all day already and just want to go somewhere quick for a meal. For only that reason, we wouldn't stay here again.

Excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms. The only downside is that the location is a bit away from beaches and downtown Naples/ Marco island but worth the drive. Will definitely be back!

"Good aside from basketball teams staying also"
our hotel room was great, but there were high school or collegiate basketball teams on the same floor as our room. it was noisy ALL NIGHT LONG. we called the front desk a time or two, but the slamming of doors and loud talking in the hallway all night did not cease. everything about the hotel was just fine, and i realise that the hotel cannot always […] control their guests. the management the next day was not very apologetic about it all. we won't stay here again due to this, but we will be asking if there are any sports team in the hotel for any future visit. "Great hotel"
We only stayed one night on our way through southern Florida. I wish that we had more time to enjoy the area and the room! I was extremely impressed with everything at this hotel. The staff were very professional. The room was great! Check in was very smooth as was check out.

From welcome and early check in this place was perfect! The desk help were all friendly and always made time to answer question and be helpful. The suites are new and beautiful with lots of fluffy pillows and everything you need to feel at home. Nice sitting area, two closets, and quiet maid service. Loved it!

We were very unsatisfied and disappointed. It was the first time that we made reservations in a hotel, paid for 2 nights and only stayed the first night. As I said above, the second day, we could not get back into our room. They told us we never checked in. It took about 20 minutes before they reissued the key. They never came and cleaned the room […] and we were told that there was nobody on staff to clean it. We checked out and went home and lost our money for Saturday night. Les mer

The hotel was very nice. We had an issue with the cable but i called the front desk and the clerk came to our room and offered us another room. Although we didn't take it the service tech came the following morning. It was an excellent hotel with great customer service i am definitely staying again!!

The Hotel is outside of Naples next to freeway. If you are on the way to the Everglades it is perfect for a stay in the area of Naples. Very nice and new rooms.
