Not big on amenities (no hair dryer, no housekeeping second day, no decaf coffee available) Staff was very pleasant and accomadating. Take the hotel's direct phone number because it is difficult to locate. Nice TV and kitchenette,

This was my second stay. The hotel is only 12 easy miles from XNA. The hotel staff always friendly and welcoming. Keisha, at the front desk is wonderful! The only changes I would make would be to put 2 coffee packets in the room and do something to make the heater quieter. The quality for the money was well worth it though!

Very good value! Well maintained, clean hotel. A little out of the way, but close enough to everything you need. Will definently stay here again.

HAD A REAL HARD TIME TRYING TO FIND THE PLACE. THE STREET IT IS ON IS NEW AND NOT ON THE BENTONVILLE MAP.MY KEY CARD LOCKED ME OUT OF THE ROOM THREE TIMES.THEY SAID I HAD GONE THROUGH A MAGNETIC FIELD. WHERE WAS THAT? MAYBE I DROVE BY WALMART.

This hotel worked out very well for us. We go visit the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and it was a busy football weekend, so we traveled a few extra miles to stay here. The room was nice with a microwave, stove, sink, fridge, etc. Great way to save a few bucks.

This hotel is tucked away for privacy but convenient for quick access to most anything in the Bentonville-Rogers areas. Was very pleased with courtesy of staff and cleanliness of room. Wish other hotels , during my trip, were as clean and comfortable as this one was! Will return in the Spring!

Good place for long term stay--full size refrigerator in my room. I was only here for 3 nights. Spacious room . Little more noise from the floor above than I'd have expected but as a whole the place seemed quiet. Felt safe in the parking lot.. I'd stay here again.

The location was not where the map indicated ( which was just off of hwy 540 at exit 85) Instead it was off that exit but 2 plus miles to the west and a little difficult to access. There was no continental breakfast as indicated. The handicap accessible tub was difficult for me to use as I have bad knees and had difficulty getting into the tub. A walk […] in shower would be preferable . Other wise it was a clean and comfortable stay. Les mer

I was liked everything in this hotel except for the location, (a) The hotel was difficult to locate at night; and even in the daytime you will not notice the hotel sign unless you are looking for it and know where to look. Make sure you look it up on a map before coming. (b) You cannot walk anywhere from this hotel. You must go by car. ****** Please […] remember that I liked everything else! very nice for the money!!!

This was our 1st. time to stay at an extended stay. For the money I can't complain but want to inform others: Since this is an extended stay motel you should expect to possibly smell TV dinners etc cooking while walking down the hall ways. That was one thing I did not like. I also did not like the fact that the AC would go off instead of continuing […] to circulate the cool air. There may have been a way to set it to stay on but I was not successful in finding that combination and did not bother to call the front desk since it was late.The room was small but clean. For a little more money and if just staying a nite or two I will not stay at an extended stay again but if needing an efficiency type room for several days this would work nice because there is a full kitchen with dishes etc. Les mer

I've stayed in a lot of hotels and believe me this was really a nice surprise. It was clean, the Air conditioner REALLY worked, the staff was friendly and there was even a coffee house and sports bar right across the street. Also, very close to XNA airport. However, there were two small disappointments: (1) there was no breakfast buffet - a small price […] to pay for such a comfortable nights stay. (But there was coffee, micro, fridge, and dishes in the room) (2) I forgot my camera in my room and called them, they found it (and SAVED it!) but won't mail it to me because of liability. I needed to contact a friend to go there to retrieve it. A small hassle - but still a minor inconvenience. Overall it was well worth the price - I'll be sure to stay there next time I'm in Bentonville. Les mer

Very clean hotel, only a year and half old from what I was told by staff, the rooms were nice and the rooms were very well furnished with refrigerator, stove, microwave, wood floors, and saved almost a third of the price by using hotels.com, close to Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport, on-site laundry was also nice

The only thing that I found wrong was walls and ceilings where thin, could hear upstairs neighbors walking around.

This is a clean, quiet, nearly new hotel in a very convenient location in Bentonville. The only downside is the lack of a breakfast buffet.

Staff was very friendly, Hotel was very clean.

The staff is attentive, however if you try to check in after 11 PM you could have issues. The room was clean and comfortable. You don't get maid service daily but i suppose this is typical of extended stay hotels.?? For the money I was well pleased.

Very clean. No smoke odor in halls, room, laundry room. I felt safe late at night. Staff very accommodating, even made several copies for me at no charge. The room was not real spacious, but included all the amenities promised. Other hotels where I have stayed recently at the same price were far shabbier.

best yet staff great on the weekend off the main road 60 days on road wish i could just stay here
