Location of the hotel is 10 mins away from Ximending. :) MRT to Taipei Station is only one station away. Staffs being really helpful and nice. Will definitely visit again. Great Hotel!

The hotel is located in a quiet area of town and there is no activity and hardly any shops around. It takes around 8 minutes walk to the nearest underground station, and you need to go to one station further down to switch to the mainline where the attractions/nightlife are.

It is a good hotel, the staff are nice.

The service from the staffs was not excellent. Didn't encounter a smooth check-in. Although when i book the room, it come with free wireless but they provide me only 1 wireless account. After speaking to the staff they provide another wireless account to me but they mention they can only provide 2 account free of charge.... To my understand free wireless […] mean free wireless it should not be limited by the number of devices connected. Location was near Ximending but a fair 8 mins walk away. Surronding got few eatery behind. there is 1 nice coffeeplace at 1 of the back alley call "Milan". 24hours carefour is a short 3 minutes walk away Les mer

The hotel is clean except the carpet in my room. location is good, services are good as well However there is a little bite dispointed in he breakfast, food is fine but the services in the restaurant is not so good.

Servic is excellent. Front desk workers are polite and knowledgeable. Hotel may be a 3 to 4 star level, service of all the workers are 5 star.

The hotel and location are good. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff is very helpful and polite. Transportation is very convienent, MRT stations and bus stops are near. Everything is great except the noise of closing doors is really loud and disturbing in early morning and late at night. The metro train station that is near the hotel do not have escalator so its quite tiring to climb a long flight of stairs after having walk for the whole day. Also, to walk from the hotel to ximending is also quite far although is in walking distance. There is also no free internet access in the hotel. It will costs you TWD50 for 10 minutes. The hotel is not near Ximenting which we were interested in shopping. When we took the cab from the Songshan airport the cab driver dont seems to know the way. The aircon in our room was not working so we requested for change of room but the reception was quite reluctant. Taipei Garden Hotel for attraction is just 5 to 10 mins walk to Xingmending and the nearest MRT Station will be at Xiaonanmen, which is able to allow you to transfer to each different station to the location you wants. Services is acceptable as Taiwanese people are all very friendly and helpful.

I have stay in Taipei Garden Hotel for many times and they have maintain their standard of service. The area is accessible to many basic needs and also short distance to places of interest. Supermarket is just across the road, MRT is ten minutes walk, Hua xi Jie night marketing is twenty minutes away surrounded by many good food stalls. Long Shan […] Shi is just beside Hua Xi Jie night market. Their rooms are comfortable their bathroom is great I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who is willing to pay. Les mer

This hotel is one of the newer hotels in Taipei. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and space-efficient. We were able to exchange currency at the front desk. The hotel is a 10-minute walk away from the MRT station. The only thing I didn't like was the smoke smell in the hallway. Nice hotel itself, but its customer service could be improved a bit. I was cold in the room during the first night and one of the staff members at the front desk couldn't tell me how to make the room warmer. (Tip: leave the A/C at "cold" and "3", and turn the temp above 25c; the "heat" does nothing but actually makes it colder, I was told.) Comfy room […] and bathroom otherwise. Mostly local, small restaurants in the neighborhood; have to travel for more exciting foods (did not eat at the hotel's restaurants, though). About 7-8 minutes from the "Little South Gate" MRT station by foot, so it's quite convenient. There is a bus (#304?) about a block away that takes you straight to the Palace Museum. Definitely take a 10-min walk to see the famed Longshan Temple, which I enjoyed seeing again as a native Taiwanese. Les mer

I've stayed in quite a few hotels travelling in Taiwan on my 10-days trip, the 5-nights stay here was very comfortable in this very new hotel and great location within walking distance to MRT stations. Would definitely highly recommend to friends and will stay here again on my next return trip to Taipei.

The hotel is fairly new and so are half of the staff. The size of the room is on the smaller end comparing to others. There isn't much around within walking distance. This hotel should be rated about 3 & 1/2 Star. For the price paid, it meets the value.

At first i was hesitant to book this hotel due it's location, some reviews claim that mrt stations are far from the hotel, but actually the Xiaonanmen Station is less than 5 mins. away. So it makes travelling around Taipei easy & inexpensive. There are also a lot of small eateries at the back of the hotel, likewise a big supermarket ( Carrefour )across […] the hotel. Although there is no shopping mall around the area. But over all , i had a great stay in this hotel. Hotel staff are helpful & nice. Breaksfast is also quite good. Taipei Garden Hotel is a relatively new hotel, so the it is still quite clean and neat. This hotel is also quite near Xiaonanmen Station (5mins walk) and it is walkable to Ximending (10-15mins). Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall is just 2 train stops away. How convenient! What my friend and I liked most was Carrefour (supermarket) was just diagonally across […] the road! Les mer

Taipei garden Hotel has the best location.It closes to all amenitiies,very convenient and easy to explore all areas and other parts of taiwan as well.Staff are friendly and helpful.

Excellent location and extremely comfort stay. There is a Carrefour next door operating 24 hours every day. Brilliant to pick up anything you can think of. Super friendly staff and surprisingly cheap food (good quality).

The hotel is clean and beautiful, staff extremely helpful. It is located in a relative quiet area but within easy walk to the downtown area. The room is fantistic, I would definitely go back ther again.

酒店地理位置不错，虽然不在信义区，但是靠近西门町，门口坐车2站路，走路十几分钟就到。交通非常方便，打个弯就是地铁小南门站。门口有好几个公车站，四通八达，几乎可以到所有的地方，故宫、动物园、火车站，还有很多景点公车都可以到。 酒店自称是西区唯一的五星级，看房间4星级肯定有的。非常舒服。美中不足的是，我们去机场订了飞狗巴士，看行李的人说我们没有取行李，以为我们还没有到所有巴士已经走了。他们没有在巴士到时在大堂通知客人。哪里有酒店订车服务和行李挂钩的？真是奇事！还好我们预留时间充足，让他们再帮我们叫司机回来接我们。 酒店早餐也还算不错，还有台湾的小吃，虽然不多，但味道不错，其他主要是炒菜和正常西式的早餐。

チェックイン時に部屋のエアコンがONになっていてHEATのボタンもあったので温度設定を上げて暖かくなるものと思ってましたが、夜中に肌寒くなりました。フロントで聞いたら台湾ではヒーターの機能はないとのこと。エアコンはオフにするようにとのことでした。日本人の客にはその旨の説明があったらありがたかったです。なお、以前宿泊した他のホテルには暖房の機能も整っていたので、すべてのホテルに暖房が無い訳ではないと思います。大晦日のちょっと異常な料金（それだけ異常な需要があるのでしょう）を除けば、とてもリーズナブルな料金で比較的清潔で便利なホテルだと思います。従業員も皆さん親切でした。

房間舒適，提供的無線上網服務很快及穩定。酒店外有巴士站，乘車只要3至4分鐘便能到達西門町及捷運站，非常方便。

ホテル内が寂しい。 活気がない。 静かで良いと思う人もいるでしょうね。

3泊4日の台湾旅行に利用させていただきました。 ホール係がエントランスまで迎えに来てタクシー から荷物を素早く運んでくれました、また部屋まで 運んでもらいチップも受け取らず恐縮しました。 チェクインも日本語が通じ安心でした。 深夜に隣室の騒ぎ声がありました、部屋も広く 清潔で気持ちがよっかたです、今回で2度目の 利用ですが又泊まりたいと思います。 ホテルスタッフの方にはお世話になりました。 謝謝ありがとうございます。

this is a smoke free building but I have seen next rooms customers smoke in their room.

听台北的朋友说,这家酒店刚开业,很新,价格也不贵. 临近西门町,离龙山寺也就10多分钟路.到总统府也10多分钟,都很近,非常喜欢它的地理位置,房间很干净,服务也OK,推荐

いつも松山路のホテルに滞在しますが、画一的な雰因気に少し飽きたこともあり、初めて台北市内下町の西門駅近辺に宿泊してみました。ホテルの周辺は学校や官公庁街のため、治安面でとても安心できます。ホテルから龍山寺までは徒歩圏、また華西街夜市もタクシーで100元以内、中正記念堂もMRTで一駅と、観光スポットへは立地的にとても便利です（最寄駅の西門駅・小南門からは徒歩で10分くらいありますが）。ホテル周辺には料理店、パン屋、コーヒーショップが多く点在し、食事には全く不便しませんし、ローカル価格ゆえコストパフォーマンスはとても高かったです。中国語メニューで多少困惑するかもしれませんが「何が出てくるかお楽しみ」というローカルならではの体験ができます。ホテルは部屋もシャワールームも広く、無線LANも無料なので […] 、とても快適でした。朝食ビュッフェはテーブル間隔が広く、味も質もとても良かったです。 Les mer

部屋は清潔で快適でした。この価格帯の台北市内のホテルいくつか泊まりましたが、トップレベルかと。 朝食ビュッフェは標準的。可もなく不可もなく。 離れ（？）にあるバーは、木目をつかったデザインで寛げれてオススメです。

交通方便緊鄰捷運西門町和小南門站步行3至7分鐘,亦可步行龍山寺只需數分鐘路程,酒店客房舒適整潔,員工亦有禮貌,唯一只是晚間wifi功能差和商務中心打印收費貴,要收20台幣一張A4紙!我會推薦朋友訂購此飯店!

日本語の話せるスタッフがフロントに居て、質問すれば親切に答えてくれます。 駅から少し歩くことと、夜遅いと周りに飲食店が何も無くなることが難点ですが、おおむね快適です。
