Flott hotell med flott beliggenhet. Store flotte rom. Vi spiste middag på hotellet 2 dager, maten var god, men servicen var dårlig til å være et så flott hotell ellers.

Dette hotellet ligger på stranden i Miami beach! Vi hadde rom i 18 etasje, og med en praktfull utsikt over stranden. Rommene er store og med bra standard, særlig hvis du velger å gå opp en kategori på rommet. Det er supert dersom du ønsker å ligge på stranda med kort vei hjem. Greit å ha bil for det ligger et lite stykke fra selve bykjernen.

Vi hadde en fin suite med flott utsikt og var stort sett veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Litt kaos rundt frokosten og det virket som det var for lite bemanning i forhold til antall gjester, men maten var god. Vi har med våre to gutter på 15 og 18 de siste ukene bodd på diverse hoteller i Florida. Vi bestilte suiter med sovesofa til guttene og dette anbefaler […] vi ikke - sovesofaene var som regel både små og altfor korte for våre lange norske gutter, og komforten svært dårlig. Dette gjelder også på Grand Hotel og de burde ikke anbefalt denne løsningen til oss med så store/voksne barn. Flott med direkte tilkomst til fantastisk strand og flott bassengområdet. Bor gjerne på hotellet igjen, men da med en annen løsning for ekstra senger. Les mer

Very nice beach hotel with fine pools and excellent beach. Very good food and service minded staff. Quiet surroundings.

Hotellet var i god stand, flott beliggenhet og nydelige rom. Fikk først rom uten terasse men ba om å bytte. Det ble ordnet uten problem. Terasse er et must på en avslappingsferie. Lydisolasjon i dør til gang var dårlig. Dør til naborom var ikke lyddempet. Jeg kunne høre alt som ble sagt i naborommet. Basengfasiliteter var meget bra men lite tilgjengelig. […] Det burde ikke være lov til å reservere liggestoler med hotellets håndkle uten å bruke liggestolen. vi fant kun ledig plass en dag av 7 selv om det kun lå håndkle på ca halvdelen av liggestolene. Har vert på andre hoteller hvor det ikke er lov å reservere liggestoler. Det er mye ryddigere for alle og alle får mye bedre tilgang til basengfasilitetene. Les mer

Stor, lukseriøs suite til 6. Frokost ikkje inkludert, kostar ein del å kjøpe mat på hotellet . Nydeleg, lite bassengområde med 2 basseng og 2 boblebad med varmt , godt vatn. Stranda var ok, gratis badehåndkle, til fri benyttelse og bytting, men dyre solstolar. Kjempefint og varmt (25) i havet i nov. Dyr " Valet" parkering, men svært god service. Fekk […] gå til strand og basseng 3 timar før innsjekking. Les mer

Beautiful hotel, with very good service!

Dette hotellet stod til de grader til forventingene. Ligger rett på stranden med en fantastisk utsikt. Det er et luksushotell og har alt som skal til for å kalle det et slikt hotell også. God service, rengjøring og rommene som er veldig store gjør dem praktiske å reise med barn, da det praktisk er to soverom i en vanlig suite. Ligger kun 10 min med […] buss fra sentrum av "Beachen" eller 6 dollar med taxi. Kan anbefalles på det sterkeste til alle som vil bo litt utenfor det verste av sentrumslivet, men likevel sentralt. Lekkert hotell rett ved miami beach, mid beach. Raskt med taxi til south beach, ocean drive, art deco området. God mat, flott service!!Flott og delikat rom. Absolutt å anbefale!!!!

Nytt flott hotell på strandet ved Miami Beach. Bra service og bra fasiliteter. 2 toaletter i minisuitene og liten vask og kjøleskap som gjorde at vi kunne lage litt frokost og kvelds der. Uansett rom så var det fin utsikt. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake og anbefaler svært gjerne dette hotellet. Vi reiste med 3 barn og de storkoste seg. Hotellet lå helt ved […] stranden, men hadde og 3 badebasseng og 2 boblebad. Parkeringsanlegg hvor de hentet og parkerte bilen. Dette kostet per 2010 kr 25 doller hver dag og det var ikke mulighet til å parkere i nærheten, så denne kostnaden må medbereknes dersom du har bil. Men litt luksus hører jo med. Les mer

The hotel is really good. Clean and it got a very nice poolare a. The beach is fantastic! Far away from stores and restaurants and the check in took long time.

Excellent Hotel but be aware of additional charges for parking (29 USD) and beach chair (10 USD/person). Availability of Nespresso coffee at the restaurant and bar is a plus

The Grand Beach Hotel just became our new favorite in Miami. Newly built, great appearance, stylish, clean and great service at a decent price. Located just north of the north end of the boardwalk on Miami Beach it's still close enough for a walk down to the South Beach attractions, without being charged the astronomic prices 10 or 20 blocks south. […] Great value. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Staff were attentive and courteous at all times. The location means you're about a $10 can fare north of the main parts of South Beach but the door staff are all too happy to run out to the street and flag down one of the many cabs. Great spot with direct beach frontage and access.

Great Hotel, great views and easy access to beach. Only issue was no shops, grocery stores nearby, need a car or bus to get to them.

We had a two bedroom ocean front suite which was beautiful. The food by the pool, indoor restaurant and room service were all excellent. The hotel was really pretty and has wonderful balconies. The only negative was the valet which was horrible! Twice the front desk said they were tell the valet to get my car the valet was not aware of it. The last […] time the man they sent to get my car could not figure out how to start it so we had to wait a half hour because they said they could not reach the person by phone. When he finally made an appearance the hood was unlatched. It is a nice hotel so why do they have a valet who doesn't know how to start a BMW? In addition, there is a young female valet who is badly in need to customer relations training. It really doesn't take much effort to say hello, ask if they have been helped, look people in the eye, etc. If you can ignore the valet issue, it is a really nice hotel. Les mer

Kudos to human resources dept. at Grand Beach....Staff was superb from front desk to great concierge - George and friendliest room service waiter Jeremy. Grand Beach was perfect place for March get away. Lovely pool areas..yes 2 seperate pool ' areas'... nice clean beach. Rooms were large and comfortable and modern....definitely will go back. Plus: Nice and clean Hotel. Rooms are great. Pools and beach access great. Minus: Very annoying that all prices on extras like parking and breakfast buffet are completely hidden. No information booklet in either lobby or room. Happy hour is only in a certain bar on certain (secret) drinks. Wifi is free but requires constant re-login.

Food was not great.

Great hotel with excellent staff. Bright airy decor and hallways are brightly light. I stayed in a two bedroom oceanfront room which was very spacious with a great view. The lobby bar stays open late and the drinks were great and the bartender was very friendly. The breakfast buffet in the hotel resturant was excellent and well priced. Only one resturant […] and the gift shop is quite small. Great access to the beach, however, the chair and umbrella rentals are a bit pricey. Great pool area with two pools and hot tub. Location is a short ride to South Beach and the cab fare is only $18. The hotel does not have self parking and valet is $29/day which is a bit much. It would have been nice to have more shopping and resturants nearby. This hotel is pricey but well worth it. I would definitely stay here again. Totally loved this hotel. Les mer

new - white- bright - marble - excellent appearance and rooms (suite). young crowd - quite a lot of kids - but an adults only pool and area to get away form the youngsters.

This is a fantastic hotel and good value for money. Nice location on Miami beach with good bus service to South Beach and downtown Miami. Room was massive, nice bar, restaurant and pool. Would definately recommend and will stay again

Had initially booked with Marenas resort - 2 bedroom suite - awful hotel - rooms were not clean, the pool was just a sad excuse for a pool, dirty cushions on pool chairs, etc. Hotels.com was so efficient in switching us to the Grand Beach Hotel which was just amazing. Very family friendly. Only drawback is the menu is somewhat limited but the food is […] reasonably priced. Clean, nice and easy. Great location, helpful concierge service. I loved, loved, loved, loved, loved, loved, loved.... did I mention loved this hotel. not only was the hotel, clean, rooms were huge, my oceanfront view was breathtaking, the elevators had NO long waits..but the customer service was the icing on the cake. I stayed here January 26-30th 2012 and I am not sure if it was just a good time to stay because […] I felt like the hotel catered to our every need. Valet, waited the most 5 minutes even when the line was long, the room service they said an hour but it only took them 40 minutes. One night we returned to the hotel from a night out on Ocean Dr. (where all the hoopla is) it had to be around 3 am and the valet was not in sight, we walked into the hotel and due to the fact the valet was in the back out of sight, manager quickly called the valet and he took our car for us. Though we didnt mind the 1 minute search for the valet, the manager was nice enough to send up some croissants and coca-colas for us waiting at all. TOTALLY unexpected, but much apprecitated. We spent one day at the adult pool on the 7th floor and got a chance to take advantage of the happy hour. The bar tender provided 2 extra shots at no additional cost try the frozen tropical passionfruit it was delicious and only $4 . loved it! If you want to come visit south beach but dont want be in the chaos in the low Collins ( 5th-30th blocks) come to the Grand Beach hotel. It's clean, the service is friendly and the hotel is a beautiul! I really wish there was a Grand brach in Vegas or LA. Please build more. we will definitely be back again. Les mer

Stayed at the Grand Beach Hotel with my dad and his wife and was impressed by the entire facility. The room was quite nice and the service was excellent. Having the adult only pool was a real nice touch. The only slight drawback was having to rent chairs on the beach. They should have these included and build into the room rate.

The hotel is extremely comfortable, staff are most helpful and the views from our room were magnificent. I would recommend to anyone.

This hotel is right on the beach and has a balcony with a beach front or intercoastal view. They are gorgeous and relaxing views. This was my second stay at this hotel. They even have a pool for adults only. It was nice being we wanted to have a relaxing trip with just the 2 of us. The only disappointment was some minor stains on the carpet and couch […] cushions. The rooms are all white so I guess it is a little difficult to keep them spotless. We decided to not complain because the view from the room was perfect. You could see both the intercoastal and the ocean. The staff was very nice and even called to see if everything was okay. I had trouble accessing the wifi however someone came and helped me within a short time of being there. Just beware.......... I am not sure why this happened but after receiving my credit card bill, the hotel charged me for the room and so did hotels.com. Hotels.com fixed the misunderstanding. Just make sure they know at the desk that you have already paid for the room with hotels.com upon checking out. I thought it was clear but apparently it was not. Les mer

Very beautiful room and ocean view

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful. I booked a room with ocean view, which I got, but I was a little disappointed that the view from my balcony, which was on the side of the building, was not as spectacular as shown on the website. If you want to see a complete view of the ocean, I recommend booking an ocean front […] room on a high floor. Otherwise, the hotel was very elegant in all cream color. The lobby had a bar and a coffee bar for guests, which was very convenient. Plus, the hotel was right on the beach! I would definitely go back to this hotel for my next visit. Les mer

Very nice hotel. FYI, they charge $29 a night to park your car which is very reasonable for Miami Beach. The hotel and staff was great. 2 pools with the one on the 7th floor for adults only. I wish I had spent more nights. Best value for a vacation I took recently. I did not get a read on the dining, but the area has plenty of places. This is not a […] place to go if you want to walk to south beach area and the neighborhood is a quieter than Lumas Park. Cabs are easy to come by if you want to venture out at night. Les mer

This was the end of our 3 week US holiday before returning to SA. We had a great stay. The beach is 1 minute away and we had a fantastic time. The rooms were clean, the service was fantastic. The mattress on the sleeper coach was in a terrible condition and the kids complained that they could actually feel the springs - for the price this is disapp […] ointing. Les mer
