Homewood Suites Cincinnati Airport - Firenze

I stay in hotels a lot with my two young boys, so it is hard to surprise us with service we have not already received, but the people working here went out of their way to accommodate my boys and me. I had a slight problem not hearing my guest at my door, and they waited for hours for me, so the hotel took it up and made sure they were safe people and […] no danger was near! This made me feel great because I felt safe! That is a hard feeling to get as a single mother at a hotel! We will be staying here again! 10+ Les mer

We went to Perfect North and had a blast! Watch the UofL and UofK game together with our family in the comfort of one of the large 2 room suites! On top of all that the kids got to swim!

This hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a fully equipped kitchen and living room, very nice. Only thing that went wrong was we could hear kids running around constantly above us but that would be our only complaint.

Yes, you will find entire family reunions taking place here, as the accommodations lend themselves, and there'll be tons of kids in the pool, but if it's space for family you're looking for, this is the place! The rooms are Hilton--impeccable, well appointed. Exceeded my expectations for a suite-style hotel. The hotel is also removed from highway traffic. […] I found the sound proofing between rooms better than other hotels, and a super WalMart within walking distance lets you buy all your eating supplies, plus a breakfast buffet is included? The hotel was great. Very clean and pleasant. All the amenities you could want. The only issue we had with this hotel was that it was located very near an airport which meant you could hear the planes flying over you and a few rumbled the room. Additionally, you could hear kids screaming in the halls and from other rooms and kids running in the halls […] on the floor above. Not much they can do to stop that though. Les mer

This is listed as a 3 star but should clearly be at least a 4 star hotel. Absolutely Beautiful hotel. We stayed in a 2 bedroom king suite with a king in one and 2 queens in the other. The rooms are HUGE, the bathrooms HUGE, and the living room HUGE. Wonderful kitchen besides. Immaculately clean! I imagine the 1 bedroom king suites are just as nice. […] Huge flat screen tvs in EACH room. ABSOLUTELY YUMMY free breakfast!!! I will find another reason to go to Cincinnati JUST to stay in this hotel again! Les mer

Our king bed suite had a fully equipped kitchen area including microwave and 2-burner stovetop and full size refrigerator and was nicely appointed. The halls and rooms were quiet and fresh. The indoor pool area was still lively with kids when we arrived at 10 PM and again when we went to the very nice completementary hot breakfast the following morning […] at 7:15 am. Did not use the fitness room but it had plenty of equipment and space, very nice looking. The only complaint was that there was some trash remaining in wastebaskets from the prior occupant including food in the fridge. The front desk person seemed genuinely shocked when I told her. She explained that management had eliminated wastebasket liners (with a kitchenette? really?) so that 'wastebaskets would be cleaned every day'...hmm, maybe they should rethink that decision. Also the directions on the hotel website instructed turning 'south' (rather than left or right) and in the disorienting curve of the off ramp from the interstate and the darkness we turned the wrong way and had to backtrack. But these are small quibbles in an overall very comfortable stay. Would stay there again without hesitation. Les mer

This was my first time with these suites and they were wonderful. There was a lot of spacious room, we had two babies with pack and plays and there was still a lot of room in the bedroom. It is very clean and comfortable and I will stay with them again. It was very good having a living room and a seperate bedroom. The hotel people were very nice and […] courteous. the hotel is in a awesome location near shopping and restaurants. good full breakfast menu that comes with the room fee. indoor pool and happy hour with food and booze monday thru thursday.

My husband and I were going for a little getaway to Cincinnati. Although the hotel wasn't right in Cincy, it was well worth the small drive! When we checked in they didn't have the room type available and gave us a complimentary upgrade. The room was more then we could have asked for. The pool area was very nice, and it was nice to have a real beach […] towel to dry off with instead of a little hand towel most hotels offer by their pools. There was plenty to choose from for breakfast. We will definately look for the Homewood Suites name when we book future trips!! Les mer

Nice, clean, friendly and great stay. Highly recomend!!!

Very Quiet would go back again.

A nice hotel, close to restaurants and supermarkets The staff is friendly, however they need to invest in their IT department. The internet - both wired and wireless - was so slow that it was unusable. The printer on the business center was not working either. Breakfast and evening meals were good.

Hotel was brand new when we stayed there (July 2009). Super clean, spacious suites. Pool is indoors and small, but clean. Breakfast is included and complete with hot food (eggs, bacon, sausage), cereals, bagels and breads/pastries. Coffee is American (no espresso). They have a small convenience store at reception with snacks, ice cream and sundries. […] Free high speed internet - wired connection in living/kitchen area and also at desk in bedroom. 10 minute shuttle ride (free) from CVG, located 100 yards from WalMart in Florence, KY. Easy on/off highway. Les mer
