Store rene og flotte rom med god temperatur. Døgnåpen informasjonensdesk med veldig god service. God beliggenhet med gåavstand, samt taxi tilgjengelig til enhver tid. Lekker frokostbuffet! Spesielt godt fornøyd med lobby og barområdet hvor vi kunne samles et par timer på kvelden før vi gikk til hvert vårt rom!:):)

Hotellet lå svært sentralt, bare 150 meter fra Sheaperds Bush stasjonen, som ligger på Central line (den røde undergrunnen). Ved stasjonen ligger også Westfield, et stort, nytt handlesenter. Jeg hadde bestillt rom med to enkelsenger og da de ikke hadde det, fikk jeg oppgradering til et rom med kingsize seng. Rommet var stort og flott, nydelige badehåndklær og badekåper.

Veldig hyggelig lite hotell med god service. Veldig behjelpelige med bestillnger til restauranter. Deilig frokost.

"Perfect spot for exploring London"
Excellent place for making day trips to London. Beautiful location on the River Thames away from the hustle and bustle of London City Centre. Frequent train service from Staines to London Waterloo. You can buy cheaper group train tickets which also entitle you to 2-for-1 discounts in many attractions. Excellent English breakfast served in a room overlooking […] the Thames. Les mer

The hotel is very close to the town centre, and by the river. I booked the classic double room. It looks quite clean and comfortable. And it has 2 shower heads, hair dryer, towel heater, iron board, huge mirror, mini fridge, hot air blower (smells bad). However, there are NO windows but a door window facing directly to the road (and it is locked due […] to security reason). Yet I cannot find the air conditioner. No exhaust fan in the bathroom either. Les mer

"Neighborhood"
There is nothing there, no shop; no restaurant; and 15 minutes walk to tube. But the hotel service people were nice and helpful.
HAVE TO SAY THIS HOTEL IS LOCATED IN AN EXELENT LOCATION SO CLOSE TO ALL THE SHOPS

It was a good choice, after 4 days boating in the Thames with my boyfriend and 2 of his friends, we needed sometime for ourselves. We enjoyed our one night of peace and quiet. We had dinner at a lovely resturant nearby and long walk by the river. Overall was a great place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpfull.We would like to stay there […] again. Les mer

we stayed here because it was near to lego windsor and also not far from chesington. Car park is small but we got parked without a problem. We had my son with us so had the sofabed as a bed which was made up on arrival and the TV had some kids channels which many dont. the hotel was warm, but we could open the windows and there was a fan in the room […] if we had needed it. the room had everything you needed including iron,kettle, air dryer and fridge. The staff at the hotel were all friendly and approachable. We atee in the reastuarnt 2 nights, they do a kids 3 course menu for £7, the adult menu is ok and the foos fine. It was even better for us as they take the TASTE card so all half price. There was a range of hot and cold food for breakfast, but the staff did let it down as they were not attentive to things running out. Overall we found it a good place to saty and I would use it again. Les mer

This hotel was great, clean room with good furnishings. Breakfast in the riverside dining room was excellent. Only real critcisms would be the long walk to the room through a bit of a maze of corridors and the hot water wasn't great. Would definitely stay there again.

contrary to other reviews, my stay here was very pleasant. The hotel was clean, good rooms with all the basic amenities and the breakfast was extremely nice with lovely staff. The walk to the room may have been long but that wasnt a major problem for just one night.

"Hot-Hell"
We arrived; it was a nice entrance fake flowers in the vase though. Our room was about half a mile away. And then it was hot smelt like someone had left a poo in it and there was some left overs in the fridge and the traffic noise was too loud. We went back the half a mile to reception complained they said they had no more rooms then said there was […] one and they took us to the room and it turned out to be the room next door also hot! Didn’t smell of poo and had no ones left overs but it was intense heat. Then they took us to a room just up from reception. It was nicer but everything was dirty in the hotel it looked unkept. It was still really hot and noisy but we stayed there as the nearest hotel of its kind was 20 miles away. They didn’t offer to help move our bags to the other room. (Half a mile away, you think I’m joking don’t you) the food on the other hand was fantastic. We brought beers with us on our trip and went to put them in the mouldy fridge. Turns out the fridge was mouldy because it was off. They couldn’t fix it or give us another one so we got offered 2 drinks! Beer or wine it turns out but obviously that’s not really enough. So yea don’t stay, save your money and go to a Premier Inn or Travel Lodge, actually I think there is a Holiday Inn really close I’ve heard they are really good! Les mer

A very resonable hotel with a good breakfast selection but potentional customers shuold be warned prior to booking or given a reduced rate if part of the hotel (bar/restaurant/riverside area) will be out of bounds due to weddings/events taking place at the hotel.
Although the Mercure Lodge Is an older hotel and could use upgrades, we found the staff to be very helpful and friendly and the closeness to the shopping area very nice. The hotel does not have a lift so if you have bad knees or are of an age, it is difficult to get around and our room was located inconveniently on the 3rd floor with long winding halls. […] The room service charge of 5 GBP to deliver a pot of coffee was shocking especially as I tipped on top of that, but when I complained, the charge was removed. The beds were comfortable. Les mer

Unfortunately the breakfast was not up to the usual standard of MERCURE hotels, the cooked section was dry, over-cooked and generally dried out. Although pointed out to staff there was no offfer of any fresh items being brought into restaurant.
