Disappointment from the moment I arrived here, they could not find my booking, asked me to pay for it again which i refused to do and demanded the hotel manager. then they asked us if we were married-this is the first time i hear of such a thing and finally-beteen 2 five star sheraton hotels, they lost my notebbok and no one really cares-im shocked […] and made a complaint as i hold the sheraton hotels responsible for the loss of my computer and all my work that went with it-NEVER will I use Sheraton again in all of my travels, frightening to say the least for 5 star rated hotels !!! Great service. Couldn't do enough for us and all trips to various sights arranged through the front desk with no problem. Read some reviews about service not being so good, but didn't see that at all. Rooms not huge, but clean and big balcony wwith views of pyramids. Location is a good 45 - 60 mins out of Cairo but that was a good thing for us! Happy […] to escape the madness and filth for some peace at hotel. Theme park across next door was good for cheap food and a fun day. I would go back if visiting the pyramids again. Les mer

This hotel is poorly managed, we booked a club room for 3 nights and a new years dinner. For the dinner we got prices from various staff ranging from 60 USD to 150 USD per person. When I got the bill the details indicated that the price was 120 per person but the final number was 150 per person. I made a fuzz about it but after arguing with the management […] for hours they could not admit that the price they gave was not correct. So in the end I paid 150 per person even tough they could not explain in any good way how they got that number. I got many different numbers and explanations but none was convincing. The food at this party was also very bad for the price apart from the starters. The rooms are badly maintained and one day they did not clean at all until we got back after 11 in the night and asked them to do so. I can go on like this but in general they have problems at this hotel specially with managing. Individual staff members are doing good job for instance the front desk and the staff in the club lounge. Les mer

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel in less than 6 month and the staff are so friendly and helpful, i stayed at the club floor amazing service, defenetly i would come back again

June 2010 I have just returned from Cairo, where I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Although it is only 15-20 mins from the Pyramids, it is about an hour from Cairo centre. The worst thing is that you cannot get a taxi from there, so you have no choice but to take the hotel taxi. Hotel staff refused to call me taxi. It will cost you about $US35 to […] go one way to most destinations (believe me this adds up). You can get a taxi back to the hotel for about $US12. If you want to go to Cairo and lounge about by the pool and do very little else, then go for it, but if you're on the go be prepared to fork out about $US100 / day (based on two trips / day which we were doing). Au milieu de nulle part à Giza. Nécessite d’être en groupe organisé ou d'avoir une voiture. Pratique si besoin de travailler à Smart Village. Restaurant très moyen. Personnel sympathique. Pas de wifi dans les chambres. Sentiment de sécurité car l'hôtel est loin de tout.
