"Fairly decent in an excellent location"
This was not a bad choice for a hotel in the heart of BsAs. 1.5 blocks from Florida and close to pretty much everything in the downtown area. Front desk staff were pleasant. Restaurant staff were very friendly. THERE IS NO WI-FI IN THE BEDROOMS!!! The hotel advertises that there is complimentary Wi-Fi in the hotel. On this website it mentions that […] is it a Room Feature. This is not the case. There is free internet in the room but not wi-fi. The front desk will give you a cable if you need one, but Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby....and it can be a little spotty. In today's smart phone age it was a little frustrating to power up the laptop to check emails etc. The room was comfortable and clean. Previous comments re Ikea style furniture were pretty accurate. I loved the blackout blinds and while it seemed fancy that they were controlled by a switch on the wall, that grew a little tedious having to wait for them to open and close anytime I wanted to open a window or use the balcony. Seeing as I was there for business, I would have appreciated an actual chair to sit at when working at the desk in the room. It wasn't very comfortable sitting on a stool. When I was there is was very hot and humid. We had regular storms in the evening times. This brought a HUGE number of bugs into the room. For the most part, if I kept the blackout blinds shut once it got dark, they stayed away, but they were getting in through the vents or something because the room was covered in them some of the nights. It wasn't very pleasant, but I will go with the assumption that it was caused by the weather. I took pictures and mentioned it to the front desk, but they weren't able to do anything about it. Not a bad place, but there are a couple of things worth keeping in mind when booking a room here. Les mer
"Really Nice"
We enjoyed our stay in a avante-garde but lovely suite on the ninth floor with a balcony overlooking a busy city street. We were centrally located and the staff was most helpful--particularly Alfredo P. who went out of his way to help us. Great buffet breakfast. Look forward to retuning some day.

The hotel is centrally located and convenient although not the greatest area at night. In Buenos Aires safe areas at night do not exist. The hotel is modern and clean located two blocks from Gallerias Pacifico and one block from the main shopping drag in the city. Theatres and main attractions are close. I would not hesitate to return.

The worst hotel I have stayed in. The internet in the room had broken plugs and the shower would not work. After 3 days we left without using the shower and used the slowest internet in the lobby. "Great overall"
location was pretty central--close to Florida shopping, quick walk to puerto madero and other main attractions. The staff were great! Knowledgeable, booked tours and cars easily for us, and saved me from buying a voltage adapter when I realized mine didn't fit their outlets. Breakfast was good and I recommend the room service salmon--great sized portions […] of real salmon and they served a variety of vegetables (not just potatoes) for a great price! rooms were clean and secure. A few negatives: (a) no wifi access in rooms, even though this was listed on their online room descriptions; (b) tried contacting reception at 11pm one night and no one responded---had to go downstairs to track someone down; (c) there's no way to indicate that you do not want your room cleaned WHILE YOU ARE OUT--the "no molestar" button on the door works only if your keycard is inserted. I really didn't need to have my room cleaned everyday--too much a waste of resources. All in all, if rooms had wifi access, I would definitely stay there again without hesitation :) Les mer

Eh a segunda vez que fico neste hotel. Mas dessa vez nos colocaram num quarto, que eh tao minimo, que a cama quase encosta na parede, sem condicoes de passar para deitar e sem a mesa nesse canto. Café da manhã excelente! Variedade e fartura, pães, queijos,frios, croissant, bolos, iogurtes, sucos,... Quem fala que café da manhã na argentina é ruim não ficou nesse hotel! O hotel tem tudo para ser bom, porém os funcionarios sao pouco cordiais. Não há segurança no controle de entrada da pessoas. O quarto é bom, cama otima. O banheiro é pessimo, pequeno, com uma banheira super perigosa, um obeso , uma criança e ou um idoso jamais deveriam pensar nesse hotel. Quando vc toma banho, alaga o banheiro. O Hotel é ótimo. Moderno e uma equipe altamente atenciosa. Para quem está acostumado com os hoteis velhos e Buenos Aires - esqueça!!! Este é MUITO bom. O quarto é mio High-Tech. wat een heerlijk hotel, ik ben hier in korte tijd twee keer geweest met gescheurde enkelbanden en men ontving mij beide keren met alle egards en vooral hulp. El hotel es muy moderno, pero las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear, nosotros tomamos una habitacións EXECUTIVE, por lo cual se supone que tiene que ser un poco mejor que el resto, pero no, el baño, muy chico. La pieza no contaba con un escritorio o zona de trabajo, el televisor esta en el techo y es muy chico por lo lejo que esta de la cama. El resto […] todo ok, un hotel nuevo, moderno, pero que deja de lado algunas comodidades para el viajero de trabajo. El hotel de cuatro estrellas solo tiene el desayuno, de resto no es como lo proometen en Internet. Comenzando porque demasiado ruido en la calle, el internet nunca funciono, poca amabilidad del personal. definitivamente NO LO RECOMIENDO, por ese precio se encuentran mejores opciones

Hotel bem localizado. Proximo às principais atrações centrais de Buenos Aires. Renovado para os padrões da cidade. Quarto amplo, assim como o banheiro. Tivemos um incidente com a disponibilização de quarto de fumantes, que foi prontamente substituído para não fumantes. Café da manhã excelente. Altamente recomendado.

O hotel é limpo, moderno, bem localizado. Gostamos do sistema de blecaute das janelas(bem amplas) operado mecanicamente. A cama de casal ,embora grande, era baixa e desconfortável. O banheiro, muito pequeno,não comportaria o bidê,e sim uma ducha higiênica. O café da manhã é sempre o mesmo...

Foi tudo muito bom, e certamente recomendo! 2 quadras da Florida e 5 de Puerto Madero, melhor localização não há para quem quer ir às compras e finalizar o dia com um belo jantar. Fomos muito bem atendidos pelo staff do hotel que foi muito prestativo inclusive com dicas bacanas sobre a cidade (fale com Alfredo). Se puderem escolher, fiquem nos quartos […] com sacada, no 9º e 10º andar. O hotel não é requintado, mas atende muito bem, inclusive quanto ao café da manhã. O lixo do centro da cidade à noite assusta, mas parece seguro, e esse é o sistema de coleta de Buenos Aires. Pela manhã, tudo limpo! Les mer

Hotel com visual moderno e agradável. Muito bem localizado. Fica no centro, em local com grande movimento de pessoas até por volta das 23 horas, inclusive nos finais de semana. Não senti nenhuma insegurança ao andar a pé pelas ruas da região.Próximo dos principais pontos turísticos e de um comércio bastante diversificado. O ambiente do hotel é moderno […] e bastante agradável. Só não gostei do fato de ter reservado quarto com cama de casal e ter ficado em quarto com duas camas de solteiro. Prometeram tentar uma troca, mas, segundo os funcionários, o hotel estava muito cheio e não foi possível. O tratamento acústico do ambiente também não é bom.
