Overall it was a great hotel. I did find hair in the towels, and wash rags, other than that it was clean. I also heard a great deal of noise from upstairs from me. It sounded like it was the laundry room, so if you want a quiete night avoid room 212.

Great hotel! The car parked next to ours overnight was broken into. Back window smashed in. That was disconcerting.

After a 6 hour drive, we arrived shortly before midnight,exhausted. Unfortunately we forgot to make sure our rooms were next to our friends and the hotel couldn't accommodate us. Every room was full! We soon found out why. The beds were sooooo comfortable( the bedspreads are washed every day too) and there's no need to go anywhere else for breakfast. […] All the food was good except the eggs. Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. While there was a baseball tourney with a few hundred kids and families, there was no noise. Slept well for both night there.

We booked this hotel using Expedia. We arrived for a late check in (after calling the front desk to inform them of our late check in) and everything was settled. We had three members of our parry and the double Queen-bed suite was awesome. The front desk staff were very agreeable and the hotel was very easy to find even in the dark. The room was clean, […] the beds were comfy and somewhat new, and restrooms were fantastic. The only issue I had was the AC unit in the room was somewhat lacking. great except the room doors next door made a very loud slamming sound in addition to dumpster pick up before 6 am sleep in the wee hrs was tough.

Quiet and convenient location in North Phoenix. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean facility...we observed the staff cleaning/maintaining the common areas everyday of our stay. Good breakfast options and the area was well stocked each morning.

The hotel was very difficult to find due to internet maps directing you to a different location near by, or missing some roads. Once there, the hotel was very nice and clean. Breakfast had a good variety.

We were in Phoenix because of a death in the famiily. Everyone was so thoughtful and very helpful! I would highly recommend this motel and did. I recommended it to several friends and family who came in for the funeral. We all stayed there and we're very satisfied.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel location was near a variety of restaurants and shopping, easy access to freeway. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast area was very clean and the food was of good quality. Overall upkeep of all areas of hotel was very good.

I was very impressed with the staff at the hotel. They were very friendly & went out of their way. We plan on staying here again later this month & in July . I was very pleased with the Hampton Inn.

Stayed at the Hampton Inn near Happy Valley for one week during a business trip to Phoenix. Perfect quiet and convenient location when visiting north Phoenix. Great breakfast. Excellent service. Lots of stores and nice restaurants within walking distance. Highly Recomended.

I was staying here on a stop over from flying into Phoenix and driving up to northern Arizona. I just wanted a place to sleep for the night. It ended up being much nicer than I expected. The rooms are large and comfortable and include a nice love seat and flat screen television. The bathrooms are clean and functional. The entire place looks fairly new […] and well appointed. I would recommend staying here if you have reason to be in the area or need a place to sleep while driving through. It is near a kind of shopping area as well including some fast food, a nice pizza place called Mellow Mushroom which we ate at, Old Navy, etc. Les mer

Hotel staff was nice. Did not have a suite so we did not have a microwave and fridge. We have stayed in hotels that every room had them in and it makes it more convient for the patrons. Also I wish there would have had benches to set out side on.

We were in Phoenix for our Daughters Soccer Tournament. We were allowed to check in early, and because of our Soccer Schedule we were also allowed to stay later than the normal check out, very accommodating professional staff. The Hotel & Rooms were very well kept and clean, my wife especially loved the comfortable King Sized Bed. We utilized the work […] out area every day, we also utilized the business center: checked email, looked up locations on the web and even printed all our boarding passes in short order. The location has every thing you need, dinning, shopping, movie theater, all within walking distance. However we used our rental car. The Free Breakfast is a great value as well: clean, fresh, fast, great variety of food. You cannot go wrong staying here. We will stay here again guaranteed. Les mer

I drove around for 1-1/2 hr looking for this hotel. It was so new my GPS couldn't find it. I finally phoned them for directions. I only stayed there 2 nights and the maid did not clean my room after my first night's stay. I was able to use the fitness room on Sunday prior to checking out. Second time staying at this hotel within the year. Chose to stay the second time based on great service and ease of location during first stay. Directly near major chain restaurants, utilized Walmart for groceries. Many times were the only ones at the pool. Clean and spacious suites. Would definately stay again.

Stayed here for one night on my arrival to Phoenix. Would not recommend if you wish to be in the centre of Phoenix, but well worth a stopover if you are heading north. We were tired, but the receptionist had a problem with his computer which took a while, but he gave us a free drink whilst we waited, which was really welcome. We were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were roomy, clean, and so comfortable. And the complimentary breakfast was an added plus!

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was very nice and we had tons of space. There was even a sitting area with a fold-out couch. I just wish we had booked more than just one night. There was even a port for my iPod on the radio. Definitely worth the money; very reasonably priced.

We just needed one night in the Phoenix area but unfortunately it was during spring break week plus peak season for MLB training camp, etc. None of our usual places were available so we booked Hampton as a last-minute stay and we were impressed. The staff was professional and courteous. The property was well cared for. The room was very clean and comfortable. […] Even though there were many young people there, a wedding party and athletes for tournaments, our sleep was undisturbed. Wow! Our only concern was the heat/cooling system operation. We actually had to read the instructions in the welcome book to get it right, which really was an insignificant issue once we did it right. The breakfast area was busy but well-stocked with the usual things. We only had coffee and fruit so really can't speak to the quality of the food. The location is highway-close but so quiet you'd never know it. Nearby shops/theater/restaurants. Again, the best part was how quiet the lodgings were. Ahhhh...... Les mer
