Greit motell nær flyplass med shuttlebuss til Sky Harbour airport i Phoenix. Stort rom, god seng, standard bad, ikke føner. Enkel frokost bestående av muffins, bagels, papptallerkner og plastikkbestikk.

Flott hotell som fortjener fire og ikke bare tre stjerner men det burde hatt direktetelefon fra flyplassen slik at de lett kunne gis beskjed om at gjester vil bli hentet der. Restauranten er overpriset,så spis heller på flyplassen bare noen minutter unna. Anbefales!

Vi var veldig fornøyd med dette hotellet, både av hensyn til beliggenhet, rommet og anlegget totalt. Minuset var, bortsett fra mangel på frokost annet enn via romservice, at vi ble vekket kl 7.30 av kammerpiken på dagen vi skulle sjekke ut (!) med spørsmål om vi ønsket at rommet skulle rengjøres akkurat da. Vi hadde en veldig lang reise tilbake til Norge foran oss den dagen og hadde trengt å sove lengre. Folket i resepsjonen beklaget hendelsen på det dyppeste da vi nevnte den ved utsjekking derimot. Konklusjon: husk å bruke "do not disturb" skiltet!

Ganske fornøyd med hotell og beliggenhet. Satte pris på kjøleskap på rommet, da det var veldig varmt i Phoenix, ca. 38 grader. Kort vei til spisesteder, som kunne spaseres til.

Det var ikke så lett å få øye på der det lå inne på campasområdet ,men da fant detå fikk sjekket inn viste det seg å være helt flott, og servicen var forbilledlig

Mesa er et populært utested. Lokalbefolkningen går gjerne ut for å spise og drikke i Fiesta Mall-området, inkludert Alma School, Baseline, Dobson og Southern. Great location, close to fabulous restaurants and shopping at Riverview or Tempe Marketplace, close to freeway access (although no freeway noise at all), nice pool, good breakfast... the whole family was extremely happy!!

"Decent Stay"
We enjoyed staying at the Hyatt Place, but the mattress was so soft it was extremely uncomfortable. The only other comment was we made sure to hang our towels up since we don't mind reusing them for such a short stay, but even though our towels were hung as directed we got new towels, so we just put our do not disturb sign out. The motel is not centrally located but it is affordable and has very nice ammenities.

We arrived about 11:00 p.m. for check-in. The computers were down and we had to wait about 30 minutes before getting a room. We were on the same floor as a basketball team so there was some noise. Even though we had paid for 7 nights, the hotel allowed us to move to another hotel with no penalty. "Great Staff"
The hotel staff were great. Always smiling and ready to take care of whatever you desire. I had a little trouble with the phones. First, I could not call out, but, the desk made the call for me. I would suggest an automated system because no one answered on Christmas morning when my daughter tried to call me. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. It's well-maintained and comfortable. There are convenient tv/s located in every corner of the lobby, the rooms come with a small living area and fridge. The staff is very friendly and helpful...bountiful continental breakfast and yummy cookies at the 24 hour cafe. Luv this place!!!

"A good place to stay"
Wonderful bargain for the money. Great staff, friendly, and accommodating. Hard to find in the precise location, but worth the effort. The number of shops and restaurants are more than sufficient to satisfy the most picky guests. The only small drawback is that there is no airport transport arrangement.

I frequent this place monthly, and I never have any issues. Definitely worth every penny! Smells really good when you walk in too...
Very nice hotel, beautiful pool. Wish we had been staying longer. Complimentary breakfast was good, but nothing special. There was also the capability to order a quick full breakfast, same time/same place, ordered at a "fast-food type" window, prepared while you were having your cereal/bagels/yogurt/coffee buffet. Most convenient.

Our entire stay was so pleasant. The desk clerks were very helpful with directions. The free breakfast was good and you could order any item you wanted which wasn't offered on the free spread. "Hyatt in Dobson Riverwiew"
As soon as I got there, I was greeted by the front desk and thy were so helpful. They gave me a tour of the hotel and informed me of amenities that I hadn't read of. The rooms were so nice and the dining services were amazing. I will most definitely use this service again.

Awesome room. Second time we stayed. Queen sofa sleeper I think, so we had six in the room comfortably. Great breakfast. The pool had a little too much chlorine and one daughter reacted to it. Other than that, it was a really great experience.

I chose this hotel because of the 4.9 (highest is 5.0) customer review ratings on Hotels.com. The service, amenities, and cleanliness were all that the rating stands for which is VERY SATISFIED. I was super-impressed and will stay there every time I am in the area!!
It was the best and friendliest staff service we have had in a long time. The facility was top notch. Only concern was that in record setting heat the room thermostats had locked controls to prohibit freedom of adjusting settings, would have liked it a little cooler than 73 degrees at times. But really nice otherwise.

After 5 nights and 3 different hotels this was probably the best. For the price and its location nothing could beat it. If I had to complain about anything the liquor was a bit pricey but you would probably pay the same amount at a club. Granted my brother and I went to the Walmart down the street and picked up a 6-pack, which your not suppose to take […] to your rooms, but oh well they never caught me. We stayed here when we were attending a concert nearby. The hotel didn't have 24 hour room service. However they were nice enough to shuttle us over to an Ihop at 1 am after the concert. The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed. Was a little surprised with the under window mounted ac unit. For a new hotel I would expect a better ac system. This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in recently. Not only was it clean and well maintained, we found the desk staff to be friendly, helpful and professional.
AC was a little noisy, but not a deal-breaker. Room was clean, food was good. Only regret was not having time to get in the pool--it looked fantastic! Good hotel for the price.

This hotel was highly rated and we were not disappointed. While checking in, we were offered a tour of the property instead of just a map with our room circled. The hotel design was very attractive with some nice amenities. The room was larger than we expected and also had all the amenities we expect.
