Benivieni Hotel - Firenze

Glimrende service og et trygt og godt opphold!!

Would highly recommend this wonderful hotel! Location was just a block away from the duomo and restaurants and stores right outside the hotel. Rooms were very clean and owners made reservations at two outstanding restaurants.

I've stayed at this family-owned, boutique hotel twice now. The staff is very friendly, breakfast and wifi included, and location is excellent - located in the heart of Florence. Walking distance to all the major tourist areas and sites, as well as the San Lorenzo market. Good value and location.

Lovely hotel, in fantastic area just by the Duomo. Shopping and sightseens are reachable by foot in a few minutes, the street itself is full of charming restaurants. The hotel if fully renovated, I sould specifically note very comfortable and big beds. We had three people in the room and room was spacy enough for the comfort. Hotel is close to all must see sights in Florence! Everything is within working distance and there is a grocery shop just less than 2 mins away! Hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. Excellent service and great location. Value for money.

Pleasantly surprised that hotel lived up to pictures. Very clean. Very friendly and warm staff. Location was perfect. Definitely recommend this. Three stars for sure - real Florentine experience!

I was visiting my niece in Florence and she came to meet me at the Duomo to show me where the hotel was located. At the front desk, the gentleman was NOT friendly, he said, "No VISITOR allowed". What? I just landed in Florence and just starting my vacation, man. I selected this hotel based on the reviews from others so I don't know why others indicated […] the people were so "nice and friendly". FYI - You need to request the password for Wireless Internet at the front desk. The toiletry was minimal (soap and liquid body wash). Don't forget that you'll wake up to the sounds of the church bells in the morning. Les mer

Great location, friendly,helpful staff,nice breakfast.

The location of the hotel is wonderful and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the room was very drab and not very comfortable. The two twin beds slid away from each other and there was not one decorative item in the room (nothing on the walls). Breakfast was decent.

We could not have been more pleased with this hotel. The location was ideal...just around the corner from the Duomo and no more than 10 minutes walk to anywhere you would want to go. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. We asked about a reservation for a tour only one day in advance, after the tour company had closed, and when we awoke the […] next morning the gentleman at the front desk had already contacted them and reserved it for us. The hotel itself was lovely. The room was the largest I have ever stayed in during trips to Europe. It was attractively furnished with a king sized bed and an ample armoir. There was a marble bath. Throughout the hotel, everything seemed freshly painted and renewed -- suggesting recent updates. And the price was excellent for a three star hotel in this prime location. Les mer

This hotel could not be in a better posiiton, one street from the Duomo, in an interesting quartier full of restaurants. A 5 minute walk to the Uffizzi, 7 minutes to the Arno and Pote Vecchio. Very pleasant and helpful staff and a good breakfast.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms were modern and clean. The hotel is in a great location. We would definately reccommend this hotel and cant think of any negatives to note.

We recently stayed at Hotel Benivieni and had a wonderful stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable over the 4 days we were there. Location was amazing, close to railway station but most important was in the heart of Florence. Good restaurants and shops and walking distance to all the best sight seeing spots. Staff very helpful regarding tours and […] places of interest. Safe location which was very important to us as we were 3 women travelling together. Excellent breakfast with a good selection everyday. Location is ideal, hotel is clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful in all regards. Great breakfast, probably the best croissants in Florence.

Hotel is small, seems newly refurbished and is clean. Not easy to find, however, and has no amenities such as dining, room service, etc.

We stayed in Florence for a friends wedding and unfortunately the airline lost our luggage. The hotel could not have been more helpful. All the reviews talking about the friendliness of the staff are exactly right. They even arranged to send our luggage in a taxi on to the wedding venue when it arrived from the airport. A perfect location. One block south of the Duomo -- a 2 minute walk. This is a great find. Good European breakfast, good bed, nice bath. All appears to be renovated and very clean. Great staff. Free internet. Many restaurants on the street and nearby.

It was nice that in a small city like Florence, we could drop by from a tour for a break before heading out for the next tour. Awesome.

Excellent location, very close to the Duomo. Some morning noise from street. Breakfast is simple but adequate. Surrounded by good restaurants and Wine Bars and very good ice cream and hot chocolate parlours. Highly recommended.

Our experience at the Hotel Benevieri was spectacular. Ines and her family went out of their way to make our stay both comforting and memorable. Terrific breakfast, quiet rooms, and the location is within 15 minutes walking distance from the Uffizi, Academia, and most of the popular piazzas. Highly recommended!

A truly wonderful little family run hotel, tucked right behind the piazza so you just can't beat the location. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, the room was large and clean (we had three in the room and had plenty of space). The breakfast was delicious everyday. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence.

Being one block away from the Duomo, the Benivieni is centrally located. The family owned/operated hotel offers very nice rooms at a great price. The family operators are all very nice and speak good English.

The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful, really welcoming. The room was clean spacious and very comfortable. Location was perfect, a lovely little side street off the very busy square.

観光地区の中心のドゥオモが至近でとても便利。 ブランドショップも近いので、増えた手荷物を部屋に 置いたりするのも簡単。 近くに人気のジェラート屋やワインバーもあったりして、 あまり遠くに行かなくても楽しめるスポットが多い。 豪華さは無いが、適度に行き届いたサービスと、 フレンドリーなスタッフ（女将さん！）のおかげで、 アットホームに寛げて、楽しい滞在だった。

ヨーロッパのプチホテルは、建物が古くても清潔感があり、アットホームな感じを期待していたのですが、このホテルは、バスルームはカビだらけで、下水の臭いが部屋まで充満し、本当に辛かったです。寝る時だけ部屋に戻るようにして、寝るときはマスク、シャワー時はタオルを口に当ててました。

＋）大聖堂の一本裏側なのに静かなこと ＋）有名なジェラート屋ショップもすぐ近くです。 ー）朝食は普通

Hotel perfecto, pequeñito, pero con staff muy atento, cerca del núcleo turístico de la ciudad. Muy recomendable.

Peit hotel très bien placé dans Florence. Chmabre très simple et propre. Petit déjeuner simple mais corrct Le seul probleme : parking voiture à 35 euros/ par jour..

Alles war perfekt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Familie, die das Hotel betreibt, war supernett! Wir haben es besonders auch deshalb geschätzt, weil wir eine 95-jährige Person dabei hatten, die auch sehr zufrieden war. Einziges Manko war der Fernseher, der nicht optimal funktioniert hat, aber das war uns persönlich nicht so wichtig.

Ett rent och familjärt hotell med rena rum och mycket fräscha badrum. God frukost, omsorgsfull personal och perfekt läge med promenadavstånd till allt du vill se i Florens.

Nous sommes arrivés un peu avant 11h00 et nous avons disposé tout de suite de notre chambre, celle située au rez-de-chaussée à côté de la salle du petit déjeuner : spacieuse, agréable et stylée (plafond haut avec voûtes), petite fenêtre donnant sur une cour intérieure. Cette chambre est montrée sur les photos du site. Seuls petits inconvénients : climatisation […] pas très silencieuse et parfois quelques activités sonores parviennent de la cour. L'hôtel lui-même est très calme et l'accueil vraiment sympathique. Sa situation centrale, dans une petite rue tranquille tout près du Duomo, est vraiment idéale pour visiter Florence à pied.
