Helt ålreit leilighet, men ingen vask eller rydding på fire netter. Var helt greit, og hadde vaskemaskin i leiligheten hvis man ville vaske noe. Veldig lytt og litt bråkete på nettene. Helt greit for unge folk som vil bo sentralt for en billig penge!

Ok, leilighet, kun 5 min fra Liverpool One. Minus: kun 1 nøkkel, ingen lufting på soveromene, trenger litt vedlikehold. INGEN merking av resepson som ligger 200 meter unna på andre siden av gaten. Fikk veileding fra andre gjester som gikk ut.

Det ligger rett ned i gata fra Liverpool one som er perfekt. Det er ganske lytt og det er en del festing da det er en del leiligheter i det området som leies ut

Rommet var generelt sett bra, men doen lekker og noe tull me dusjen. Det som gjorde oppholdet der mindre hyggeleg var mangelen på rengjøring. Var der i 4netter og.ikke en dag kom det noen og vasket eller spurte om det skulle vaskes. I mn bestilling stod det "daglig rengjøring". Det andre som ikke var særlig bra var bråket fra andre som bodde der, det […] hang kamera ut i korridorene som forklart på et skilt skulle forhindre bråk o.l. Hver natt spilte noen enten fotball, skrek, trampet og genrelt bare lagde bråk. Dette var svært ubehagelig og hindret nattesøvnen alle nettene. Flott leilighet, men det må jo være mulig å sette opp ett skilt på døra hvor det står hvor man skal sjekke inn og få utlevert nøkkel! Vi brukte over 2 timer om natta med å spørre forbipasserende og naboer etter en resepsjon.

Dette hotellet bodde man meget sentralt til alle servrdighetene i Liverpool. Det tar kun 5 minutter å gå til sentrum.Det som skulle vært bedre var at resepsjonen skulle hver merket bedre og det var meget lytt på rommene.

kom på fredag til leiligheten i duke street,men måtte gå over på andre siden av veien der leilighetene var. det var en skuffelse for de leiligheten som var over der vi sjekket inn var mye bedre enn de vi bodde i. Greit for en guttegjeng som fester stort sett hver dag,men for partur eller foretningsreise er det ikke å anbefale. veldig lytt i gangene. […] Vi bodde der i 3 netter og 5 personer og fikk kun 4 håndkler som vi skulle bruke på de dagene, det samme med dasspapir. 2 ruller,5 personer og 3 netter. det gikk selvfølgelig ikke :) Les mer

Veldig lytt mellom rommene, så anbefales ikke i helgene hvis en vil ha ro. Ingen rengjøring da dette var Self-service.

Good location easy to reach parts of Liverpool for shopping or sight seeing. Great bed I slept like a log but that might of been because I was out parting until 5am lol

The apartments were nice and clean in Liverpool and the central location was great. However they were very noisy and there were lots of parties going on in the building. Also the bathroom smelt like blocked toilets. I was also not told about the £250 deposit that I had to put down when checking in and 3 days later I'm still waiting for it to be returned […] to my bank account. Good location for everything. Nandos close by is a good option. 1 bed apt was comfortable for3 adults but would have been snug for 4.

Check in was quick and easy, staff were polite and happy to help on the front desk. Our apartment was 2 bedroom ground floor, it was very clean and well kept. The only downsides to our stay was the upstairs guests were extremely noisy shouting obscenities at each other all of the first night and my boyfriend had to resort to earplugs just to sleep! […] As the signs state that they monitor noise I think a bit more could have been done to keep it at a minimum to be honest. Also our plug in our bath got stuck so we reported to reception around mid day on our 2nd day, the lady at front desk assured us that it would be sorted out straight away as there was a handy man "already over there" , we arrived back to the apartment at 1am so that's 13 hours later and the plug was still stuck in the bath! We had to resort to taking the bin bag out of the bin and use the bin to scoop out the water so we could shower the next day! This really let the apartments down. Les mer

Dirty floors as we arrived kind of set the scene for the stay. The living room heater cable had been cut in two possibly disconnected but who knows? The bathroom towell rail was also disconnected and that meant that the only way to heat the bathroom was with a portable heater. When we unfolded the sofa bed we found a very old and very worn and skagged […] mattress protector which we felt uncomfortable with using, so we didn't. There were no pillows for the sofa bed but they delivered some when asked. We also asked that the flat be inspected but no feedback has so far been received. The noise from the other apartrment users coming in and screaming at all hours of the night meant that we actually had very little sleep during our stay. The living room bed was no better as there are nightclubs outside and across the road so our daughter didn't sleep either. The final straw is that automatic lights flood the bedrooms whenever anybody is anywhere on the landings. Les mer

Perfect for a girly weekend away. Right in the city centre close to the shops and the clubs. Got a free upgrade to the penthouse so was even better. Fit apartment!!!

the apartments are noisy, the sensor lights come on when people enter the building lighting up the bedroom when you are trying to sleep. the apartments seem to have been converted from a warehouse as they are stud walls with a tin roof which dramatically increases the noise level. if you want to sleep don't stay here. people were coming in all times […] of night singing and dancing this went on until after 5am! when I advised reception the next morning she really didn't care. the manager actually told our friends that these apartments were noisy when there was a mix up with their room and they were moved to another apartment. so for reception to ignore my concerns when they even know the issues was even more frustrating. the only negative was party noise coming from we dont know where, we were told from the building opposite, fortunatly did not spoil our stay.

Check-in was simple, although a large (albeit refundable) deposit was required which we weren't expecting. The room was conveniently located close to the centre of Liverpool, although the street it was on contained many abandoned buildings. Despite this, we were delighted with it's location and felt safe walking to and from the room. This was supported […] by the keypad entry system. The apartment itself more than big enough for the five of us, and could have actually slept 8 if mates don't mind sharing doubles! If you're planning on self-catering, take some pots though. Advertised as an apartment for 5, it only had three mugs for a much needed cup of coffee the morning after the night before!! Les mer

the apartments were spotless,with good supply of towels.Door handle was broken but was swiftly dealt with,by professional and polite staff..stayed in two bedroom apartment and couldnt fault it, security on at night which is comforting as any problems were dealt with quickly and made the stay feel more secure..close to all the shopping areas and had […] well stocked kitchen. I was worried about staying in the Spectrum apartments due to previous reviews, however our stay overall was enjoyable. The entrance to the apartments is very tired, and reminded us of a students hall of residence, but it was reasonably clean and, at nights, there was a security guard at the door, which was very reassuring. The apartment itself was […] reasonably clean. The beds and seating area were comfortable, although our TV remote had no batteries and so was useless! One of the seats had a couple of tears in it, and the bath panel was cracked, but apart from that it was fine. It's a shame they could be great apartments but unfortunately they are a complete dump & filthy dirty , staff unfriendly but location good . Ok for stag nights but do not visit with a family like myself .

Good location (close to Liverpool One shopping center and Albert Dock, unfortunately, also close to the university and some "genteleman's clubs". The apartments were serviceable, but a VERY important check-in note was not included. You cannot check in at the address for the apartment since there is no manned reception area or check in desk. You have […] to check in at an UNMARKED address down the street (Lever Court Apartments). But there are no signs indicating this, luckily some renters were leaving the apratment when we arrived and told us. There was no other way we could have known. Also there was no daily housekeeping, we had to locate the maid when she was servicing another room to ask for toilet paper. That being said, the kitchen and dining room was very nice to have on our 8 day stay. If you bring earplugs and a sleepmask, the noise and lights are manageable for sleep. Les mer

Well we arrived to find we had 2 single beds instead of a double. No toilet roll all the cutlery and utensils were filthy so we had to clean them before we ate!!!! Will not be staying here again VERY DISSAPOINTED :-( . I have stayed in many appartments in liverpool and this was the worst by far .

The accommodation was spotless. Two of us stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious. We booked on the internet on the morning of our arrival so it was all very last minute. When we arrived it was a bit of a faff to find out where to get the key. You have to go to another apartment across the road, then go around the block to park the […] car before returning to the apartment. We had never been to Liverpool before and was surprised at how lovely the buildings are in the city centre. The apartments are about two minutes away from the centre and shops. There was a little noise at night as people returned to the apartments but it soon died away. I would definitely recommend these apartments. Les mer

These apartments are designed for stag/ hen nights and were ideal for the occasion. Room was comfortable and it's very close to the centre of town. There was a couple of things wrong with the room which the manageress corrected very quickly.will use again, my only critasism is that the reception isn't very clear! Although checking in was a bit difficult because it is in a different location that hotels.com does not tell you about and there was no sign on the building, this apartment was clean and very convenient to walk to sites in Liverpool. We never actually stayed at Spectrum, we got moved to Mount Plesants apartments with 5 mins notice before check-in! (terrible customer service). Told that the car park spaces we pre-booked were now un-available. The rooms were very basic, badly maintained, would not recomend! Dont book to stay with this company!

We booked this hotel when we turned up at Liverpool. tooke us half an hour to book in, then we had to drive up the road to our appartment and search down a lil backstreet for the underground parking, then i had run round the front of the building to let us into the car park. then when we finially gotinto the apartment there was a lamp with nowhere to […] plug it in, 4 dining chairs but no table it was cold and had to use the oven and hobs to warm the place up. it has a bed and a shower so if u want to doss somewhere for the night it will do but will be trying elsewhere next time first. we stayed over night in one of these apartments on the 23rd december 2011 and were pleasantly surprised with the service we had and how beautiful the apartment was for a such a small fee. It was within only a few minutes walk of the main town centre and nightlife. we felt entirely safe as there were security guards and 24 hour reception staff not that […] the security guards where entirely necessary as we had absolutely no issues. an added bonus for us was that we were upgraded for free to one of the luxury 4* apartments and could not have asked for a better night. everything was spotless and clean and the beds were ridiculously comfy. we would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone wanting to stay right in the heart of the beautiful city. I would not think twice about booking to stay here again in the future..well worth the money and staff were amazing and couldnt do enough for us!! Les mer

This serviced appartment served our purpose perfectly - a cheap overnight stay while attending an event at the Liverpool Echo Arena. It's close to the city centre and nicely placed for the bars and nightlife. However, don't go expecting a sound night's sleep! We requested a double room but were given a twin room. Access to the flats is via a central […] forum and the bedrooms are on the inside meaning that if anyone goes in and out of their flats, it's very loud in the bedrooms and you can hear doors slamming and people walking about as it's very echoey.
