This hotel was not close to New Orleans where the Conference I was attending was being held. However, it was an easy ride in. The hotel was clean, the staff courteous, and the breakfast bar was good. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone and will stay there again.

My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and decided to go to New Orleans LA.. We chose the Holiday Inn Express in LaPlace LA for the jacuzzi room. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was clean, loved the multiple jet shower. Breakfast was more than what was expected and the associate that was working to keep the food in supply […] was awesome. My only complaint was that the jacuzzi in the room DID NOT work. The one thing that we were searching for when we booked was out of order. The staff did what they could to resolve this issue but there was nothing that they could do. All of the other jacuzzi rooms were filled. I do appreciate their efforts though. Les mer

The stay at the hotel was very good with very curteous and friendly staff which made my stay very enjoyable.

okay, the room was gorgeous - flat screen tv, king bed which was decent (not pillow top), fancy big shower with multiple jets, and we got an in room jacuzzi room which was nice and romantic. HOWEVER, we were on the fourth floor and went to bed around 9 because we had to get up early - about 10 somebody checked into the room directly above us and immediately […] started filling their jacuzzi tub which sounded like it was in our room - then they proceeded to walk around in their room for the next couple of hours - i have NEVER stayed in a hotel with walls this thin - also, when somebody would walk down the hall and shut their door on our floor you could hear it plainly like it was in our own room - i believe had we been on the top floor of this hotel i would have given it much higher marks as it is a new hotel and very clean but i would not stay here again Les mer

Booked for 4 nights. Plans fell through. Stayed 1 night. Checked out before 11:00 next day. No refund for any remaining nights. Read early checkout policy carefully. Hampton Inn next door has much better policy.
"Rooms are good but no proper service and breakfast"
The hotel look and the rooms are all good but who ever is maintaining they don't know how to do stuff. Also beware the morning breakfast make sure you keep asking other wise they don't refill and bring out fresh stuff and by the end of breakfast time they don't refill and its like who ever is first they get all they need and last ones are left with […] left overs. At check in, every experience we had with previous hotels it just takes a max of 5 min as we already paid for the stay and they just swipe your credit card for security purposes. But here actually two receptionists tried but none of them don't know how to setup my credit card for security deposit. They keep on saying that its not allowing me to use my card and they actually tried 5 different card and not successful, even when I kept on saying that it not my cards as I just used them to buy some stuff out side to eat and for even gas. They said that the room is booked with hotels.con credit card, but even then they should know hoe to set up a customer credit card for security deposit. luckily I had cash and was able to pay. other wise I should have gone out to withdraw cash from an ATM. finally it took me 30 min to complete my check in. Also this cost me some time while check out they had to do all this paper work to give my deposit fee back. At this location they should learn how to setup the customers credit card for depot purposes. Les mer
