Park Inn by Radisson Belfast - Belfast

This hotel is in a great location, literally 2 minutes from city hall. The rooms are clean and comfortable,with walk-in showers in the bathroom but no bath for people who like a soak. The sauna and steam room are great as is the huge bar and restaurant .The only problems I had with the Park Inn was the ignorant man who checked us in, he barely looked […] at us and never managed a smile, and the parking. The hotel car park was full so they sent us to an associated car park with whom they had a £7.50 for 24h deal. We parked here and ended up leaving the car for 25hrs. They charged us £15 informing us that if you stay a minute over the 24h your don't just get charged for the next hour but for the next day. I went back to the hotel but they said I had to sort it out with the car park but they weren't interested so I had to pay the full amount. Les mer

Good hotel in central Belfast. Well connected, helpful staff and comfortable rooms. Only slight complaint would be the extra charge to use the wireless internet in the room. Would recommend. I visit Belfast semi-regularly and have stayed in a number of city centre hotels, will stay here again.

as the title says, good quality and in the city centre, did not try the food as there was a great quality wetherspoons pub round the corner whic has all the food and drink you need at reasonable prices. would stay here again, cheap rates, my only complaint would be that the room that i was in haad an adjoining door to another room where you could hear […] everything that was going on AND I MEAN EVERYTHING!!!! . Contemporary rooms, nice though small, but still very comfortable. Large, modern casual bar/restaurant connected to the hotel. In vibrant area of the city. Much within walking distance; easily accessible by bus or train.

The hotel was very conveniently located--walking distance to shopping, restaurants, the Opera House. The room was clean and well appointed. The only small negative was that the bed and pillows were not very comfortable.

This hotel was lovely, it's very convenient to all the shops, the staff were very helpfull, lovely bar and restaurant.... food good and very reasonably priced, I stayed with a group of 9 girls and we all would stay in this hotel again

Excellent hotel ideally located just 2 min walk from City Hall. On arrival the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Incorrect info had been passed to the hotel but they quickly rectified this by adding another bed to our room. They also gave us extra pillows, cup, towels etc without us having to ask. The rooms are spotless clean and the hotel […] itself was very quiet, no noisy neighbours or housekeeping. There is a secure underground carpark which is a huge bonus in Belfast city. my stay in this hotel was very ejoyable, the staff were very helpful and all standards were good. would recommand the hotel to friends and i would stay there again next time im in belfast.

Hotel was good value and as described with no problems with rooms quality of service etc, The location was perfect for Belfast tourist attractions and shops. This was my first time in Belfast and I would recommend as an interesting short break destination.

Clean, modern and lively. Everything we wanted. Had to park down the road which was an inconvenience and pay 7 pound per day.

We had a lovely stay last weekend in the Park Inn Hotel Belfast - the staff were very conscientious and helpful and I would like to make a special reference to Renata and Chris on Saturday evening when I was having problems trying to access the hotel's wireless internet. They could not have been more helpful and Renata went out of her way throughout […] the rest of the weekend to ensure that everything was satisfactory. If there was a quibble, it was that the fixed soap dispensers and fixed shower/shampoo dispensers on the wall were difficult to operate and can't replace the ease of the little bottles usually provided in most hotels, but assume that this is part of the exercise to keep the prices down and apart from that minor inconvenience, we had a really lovely experience. I would advise anyone staying who is driving to book the car park in advance as they have only 31 parking spaces - I was lucky enough to ge the last one - but it was very handy as situated right under the hotel, with a steel gate shutter and cost a reasonable £7 a day, as opposed to on street parking. Lovely hotel with excellent basic amenities. Around the corner from Belfast City Hall, but not on a busy street. That made it convenient and easy to get around without being overwhelmed by traffic. Easy walking distance to major attractions in city center.

Hotel was mainly good, room comfortable and clean, parking underneath was convienent but pricy. We didn't eat breakfast as it was expensive and other places nearby were cheaper and nicer. The bar was very noisy and impossible to have a conversation in. This takes away from the place as there is no other place for residents to have a quiet drink. A pity […] ! Les mer

Very friendly hotel made me feel very welcome. Nice facilities and lovely rooms. Ideal for city centre for shopping and eating etc. Also ideal for the Botanic avenue area. Only about 10 minute taxi ride from Belfast city airport . unfortunately I didnt have time to use the facilites as it was a business trip but I would definitely stay here again.

Very central hotel and convenient for shops and nightlife. Rooms are nice although it can be very noisy as hen and stag parties tend to stay there. Nice restaurant and bar next door.

Hotel was perfectly adequate, with nice decor and standard of cleanliness and pleasant staff. Unfortunately there appears to be no soundproofing at all and when the Hotel's own bar closes, which appears to be at after 1.00am, on a Sat night/Sun morning, the noise from the street outside was absolutely horrendous with men shouting and women screeching. […] If you are staying here on a Saturday night I would have second thoughts. This is a city centre hotel located down a quiet side street. No noise at night, handy for everything during the day... perfect. Hotel is spotless.. There is a bar/grill attached to hotel, great for a quiet drink.. If your looking for a clean, handy hotel with bar and a good cooked buffet breakfast then this is the place....

This small hotel is in a great location 10 mins walk from shops 5 mins walk from dining on great victoria st. just would have 2 problems ,would liked to have had fridge in room and buffet breakfast was cold every thing.

When we arrived at the hotel and tried to check in the receptionist was veri rude and impolite. He was 100% more interested in poeple having party outside the hotel than us and when we enquired him about the payments he rudely just pointed out with his finer that everything is written on the form we were filling. I was very unimpressed and dissapointed. […] The next day receptionist was very different - very polite and even came to open the door for me. The room itself was very nice and I liked the fact that there was TV with so many channels to choos from.I was very relaxed staying in this hotel. Les mer

Stayed in Park Inn for 2 nights. Centrally located, efficient and friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable beds, easy car parking, nice bar. Two small unsatisfactory items - a dirty towel left in the room (pretty yukky!) and the shower was only luke warm and lacked power. Informed reception of shower and they had maintenance adjust the heat but […] could do nothing for power, but they responded in a very efficient manner. Overall, a pleasant stay - I would return to Park Inn. Les mer

Service was ok at best. The loud colors of the hotel, along with the lowd, rowdy crowd at night (there was a bar below our room) was not a good experience.

We needed one night in the center city before taking the train the next morning. The Park-In was convenient, very clean and surprisingly quiet. We were able to check in early because our room was already available - that was very nice and helpful. Recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great and the hotel was good - not as luxurious as we hoped but we had no complaints. The colour scheme was very garish! The bar and restaurant attached to the hotel was great and the breakfast was very good. Another guest was extremely rude and a bit aggressive to me at breakfast but it's hardly the […] hotel's fault that some people are total bullies. It did put a slight dampener on an otherwise great stay. I would certainly recommend the hotel. Les mer

Geat location, Great price, Friendly staff, Very clean hotel

Excellent location, nicely decorated and spacious rooms, and very clean. Highly recommneded. Only drawbacks were no pool, staff were not impressive,and no residents bar. Apart from that a big thumbs up.

We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the Odyssey Theatre. The Hotel its self was perfect for the brief stay that we had planned, well maintained, friendly staff etc. The difficulty was locating the hotel while centrally located it is on a side street with no obvious signage. When we did eventually locate it we mentioned the difficulty we […] had finding the hotel to the frienly receptionist and her reply was to the effect that this is a common occurance. The only other gripe is that there is an additional cost for car parking (£7 per day) which we were not aware of this added to the fact that you have to check-in before you can access the car park probably makes other Belfast City hotels more attractive. Having said that I would go back now that I know where it is. Les mer

Stephen, the young man who checked us in, was very enthusiastic. He gave us helpful information about the hotel, touring, and the surrounding area. The entire hotel appears to have undergone a complete refurbishment recently. The room was very modern, clean and comfortable. The room was better than many of the 4* and 5* rooms we have stayed in.

Great people and the ideal location for walking in Belfast. Nice city experience and so close to everything, easy to do without a car. The hotel exceeds expectations. Great deal for a great price.

Enjoyed my stay in this hotel!! New hotel so it was very clean, with a very modern feel to it. Room was kept very clean across my 3 day stay. Staff at reception were very helpful, and able to point us in the right direction when we wanted to do some sightseeing. The hotel bar/restaurant was very nice,and the staff were friendly. stayed here for 2 night and enjoyed it. great location and great hotel. service in the resaurant left a bit to be desired but at least they did it with a smile :) you have to pay for the internet and parking which wasnt said on the site....but hey, i would still stay again :)

Lage ist super, alles zu Fuss zu erreichen. Garage im Hotel, kostenpflichtig, WLAN leider auch kostenpflichtig. Ansonsten alles absolut tadellos, grosse Zimmer, sehr grosses Bad. Sauberkeit exzellent. Sehr freundliches Personal. Absolut weiterzuempfehlen. In der Nacht etwas lärmig...

Das Hotel macht einen modernen und neuen Eindruck. Die Zimmer sind neu und sehr schön eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und das Frühstück bietet auch für Nicht-Englisch-Frühstücker eine sehr gute Auswahl. In 5 Min ist man im Zentrum. Trotz der Zentrumnähe ist es auch bei geöffneten Fenstern nicht laut. Hier komme ich gerne wieder.

L'hotel est en plein coeur de Belfast, les chambres sont grandes, propres et très belles. Le staff est incroyablement sympathique et il nous abeaucoup aidé. Allez-y sans hesiter!
