Store rene og flotte rom med god temperatur. Døgnåpen informasjonensdesk med veldig god service. God beliggenhet med gåavstand, samt taxi tilgjengelig til enhver tid. Lekker frokostbuffet! Spesielt godt fornøyd med lobby og barområdet hvor vi kunne samles et par timer på kvelden før vi gikk til hvert vårt rom!:):)

Hotellet lå svært sentralt, bare 150 meter fra Sheaperds Bush stasjonen, som ligger på Central line (den røde undergrunnen). Ved stasjonen ligger også Westfield, et stort, nytt handlesenter. Jeg hadde bestillt rom med to enkelsenger og da de ikke hadde det, fikk jeg oppgradering til et rom med kingsize seng. Rommet var stort og flott, nydelige badehåndklær og badekåper.

Veldig hyggelig lite hotell med god service. Veldig behjelpelige med bestillnger til restauranter. Deilig frokost.

"Koseleg hotell - men fråverande rømningsveg"
Veldig koseleg hotell, med veldig grei - gangavstand til Victoria station. Alt var ok - men naudutgangen (vår) leidde inn i eit kott - og rømingsvegen ut var langt oppe på veggen - utan at det følgjde med eitt eller anna ein kunne stå på slik at ein kunne nå opp. Ikkje bra...Denne mangelen MÅ hotellet få ordna opp i snarast! "Quality rooms in a discrete house, not a "hotel""
Rooms were high quality basics, no frills but no faults, so for a great location it is very good value. No hotel facilities (no reception rooms, bars etc), but rooms are good and modern, quiet, comfortable, good bathroom.

Walking distance to many of the major sites (Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, political square, Chelsea, National Gallery, National Theatre, etc) and a short walk to Victoria Station to get anywhere outside of easy walking distance (Portobello Rd Market, Kensington Palace, etc), this hotel is very conveniently positioned. It is also charming, albeit […] a bit on the small size (rooms, breakfast area) but still clean, comfortable and serviceable to use as a place to sleep and breakfast at, then spend most of the time out and about in London. WiFi was a little slow and some sites restricted (e.g.: FaceBook - which is a nuisance if that's your mode of communication with family), and there was a little confusion about me checking out at 3am - perhaps not passed on from the day check out staff to the overnight staff, otherwise all was very good. Price conversion from GBP to AUS$ made it a little on the expensive side. Les mer

The hotel is in a really good position and it is quite renovated, but it is not a 4* hotel, not more then 2/3*. Rooms really noisy and Reception kind, but service like an hostel, breakfast as well.

Stayed here for one night in March 2012, small but clean room and very comfortable bed. Quiet street away from the London traffic. I was able to sleep with the window open! Good restaurants and cafes nearby. Helpful service.

Good value, very nice room, free overnight street parking, okay continental breakfast, no other facilities. Very close to Victoria station, outside congestion zone, pretty quiet even with windows open on street side, air conditioning. Minor downside, narrow stairs.

"Astors Boutique Hotel - a surprising find"
The hotel is in convenient location within easy walking distance of Victoria Station from where literally all of London is easy to reach. Recently nicely refurbished it is small but spotlessly clean especially the big bathroom. It's a bed and breakfast style hotel, so don't expect an English breakfast. The night receptionist was perfectly nice and correct […] but the morning one went out of her way to be helpful and the information provided was accurate to the dot of the i. "Nice Budget Hotel. Great Location"
Small clean rooms. No lift and request a room with minimal noise. Great location only 5 minutes walk from Victoria station. Expect a good 3 star experience at a good price. Do not miss the phenomenal Ebury restaurant directly across the road. Wife and I had their offer of a stunning 3 course meal with a glass of champagne for GBP 22 ! "Clean and comfy hotel"
Room was clean and comfortable and employees were kind. Victoria bus station was really close and also Victoria train station is close. Buckingham palace and Westminster Abby are in waking distance. A great place to stay. The only downside was that I stayed in the top floor which is 4th floor (in US way starting from 1) or 3rd floor (in UK way starting […] from 0), but the hotel does not have a elevator (or, a lift). "Astors Hotel - swings and roundabouts!"
The hotel is in a great location close to Victoria station. Doesn't match the four star rating. the room was clean but small. The bathroom needed over hauling and the shower door was broken. The reception is in the hostel style canteen. All in all not bad for the price but don't expect 4* luxury!

"Right where I needed to be"
The room was clean...and quaint. It is situated within walking distance of Victoria Station and Buckingham Palace. I quickly found a tour bus to take me around London. There is a small pharmacy, many coffe shops and several restaurants in the couple blocks surrounding the hotel. The only problem was the staff spoke very little English. The Astors Hotel is very handy to all facilities, eg. Buckingham Palace, Victoria Station, Victoria Coach Station. The service was very good, and although I had a Deluxe Double Room on the ground floor, I can't imagine how two people would get on in it. The was very little room around the bed, and not much cupboard space. No phone or clock in the room […] was not very convenient. But, it is very clean, well maintained and the breakfast was very nice. I would go back again, because the customer service was excellent. A bit overpriced I think. Les mer

The hotel staff was very nice. The rooms were clean and it was a great location. If you want to sleep do not stay in room 105. It is next to the street and you can hear everything. We stayed four nights, one in that room, and did not sleep one minute that night. The hotel was nice enough to move us to another room that was great and quiet. A good spot in a side road close to Victoria station. Stayed here on business. Hotel was small but welcoming and most importantly clean. Perfect for a brief one/two night stop-over.

Hotellet var rent och prydligt. Läget bra om än inte idealiskt. Frukosten var usel, trångt, tråkigt, illasmakande kaffe..bättre att äta frukost på mysiga bagerier/kaféer runt hörnet. Fick ett rum i källaren som förvisso var rent och snyggt men källare är ändå källare och trappan att bära tunga väskor upp och ner för var en utmaning! "Die Lage ist optimal,die Strasse ist kaum befahren"
Wir hatten ein Kellerzimmer für 2,5 Personen, extrem klein, Betten sauber und ok, Teppichboden sehr versifft, Bad einigermassen sauber. Es lag immer ein komischer Nagellackgeruch im Zimmer vor. Die Kellertreppe ist nur für körperlich nicht zu große und schwere Menschen, mit wenig Gepäck geeignet. Der Frühstückraum ist ein Witz - ebenso wie das Frühstücksangebot.
