We always stay in a jacuzzi room the night of the Super Bowl and the Night of the Oscars. It is a real treat for us.

Called when we realized it was going to be late when we arrived to make sure they had received our request for a crib. Was told it was already in the room waiting on us, which has not been our experience with other hotels. Unfortunately, our baby got sick in the car on the way to the hotel and we had quite a mess to clean up, but fortunately for us, […] the hotel has guest laundry which was located on our floor so we were able to disassemble the carseat and wash the cover. The Hotel and Staff were very friendly and professional. We had only a slight problem with Plumbing, but was able to resolve on our own. We enjoyed the full Breakfast and was surprised at all the choices. More than we could possibly eat. The pool and spa was very nice. Plenty of towels and chairs. We enjoyed our stay and will book Comfort Suites again […] in the future. Les mer

We got settled in our room then the toilet would not flush so we had to pack everything back up and move to the floor below.

This is a great hotel for a trip to Oaklawn race track. The track is less than 1 mile away. The hotel was extremely clean, the room was large and comfortable and the pool was awesome.

My wife & I went there for a few days for our honeymoon & had a great time. Rooms were clean, staff was nice & the food was great! This is where we will stay everytime we go to Hotsprings!

Whirlpool was not great, but service was good and the rooms are lovely. The hotel is near 270, lots if restaurants and the mall.

The only unsatisfactory experience was the crowded breakfast room with severely limited available tables. Breakfast itself was the norm for included in price meals.

We had a super time. Just went to Hot Springs for one night to see what it was like. My Mom and sister went with - we'd never been there before. The location was great - the hotel staff were helpful and friendly. There are plenty of restaurants available. We ate at Outback -- there's a home made ice cream shop SCOOPS to the south on highway 7 -- Southeast […] corner one light south. Some restaurants are closed on Sunday which is the day we were there. The hotel has a really nice hot tub which we enjoyed several times. We arrived around 2:30 but it took them almost until 3:20 to get our room ready (only bad party about the stay, but no big deal). Room was perfectly clean, modern building, breakfast was good, great stay overall.

We were very happy with our stay. We brought our 9 yr old grandson and he loved the indoor pool. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful in finding things to do in town. We did not have any noise problems; the elevators were fast and the hot breakfast was great.

The room was very clean and the staff were great but we could not get the room at the right temperature. It was either too hot or too cold.

The bed was more comfortable than my own bed at home. I sleep very well after a dip in the jacquzzi of course. I stay here every time I come to Hot Springs because it's midway between the downtown and the Lake and the pool and and jacquzzi is indoors and it's clean and has breakfast.

This was very nice to stay, barring no biker rally in town. Slamming of doors and partying late, although the staff got right on it. I was very disappointed in the free wireless which was ever available. Location was nice!

The nonsmoking room was just gorgeous! I'm pretty picky about my pillow and I didn't have to stack them to get a supportive feel. The furnishings appeared new and recent without that lived in look. The breakfast was delicious and had many choices for every taste. We have found the Marriot feel without the Marriot price. Thanks!

Everything about our stay was wonderful ! the beds were so comfortable I do believe I didn't move a muscle all night ! the place looked beautiful, from the fresh flowers in the VERY attractive lobby, to the gorgeous comforters on the beds. The hot tub was divine, the breakfast was great, the coffee provided in the rooms was superb ! The lighting in the rooms need to be improved; our room lighting was not good and made it hard to read in the evening in the sitting area. My only complaint.

We recently spent five nights here. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms had comfortable beds and everything was very clean. The only issue that we had was the indoor pool. The chlorine smell was so strong that it burned your eyes and the water was not very clear. Other than that I would suggest this hotel to anyone.

This hotel was easy to get to and convient to 2 major hi-ways, but was a little bit of a drive to the downtown shopping district where my wife loves to walk the streets and go in the small family owned shops.
