Hotellet virket helt nytt i en ny del av byen Reims. 10 minutters gange via jernbanestasjonen til sentrum av Reims med gågater, restauranter og shopping. Jernbanestasjon rett ved hotellet, under 5 minutters gange og med TGV tar det 45 minutter til Gare l'Est i Paris. "Novotel suitehotel - romslig og bra - på feil side"
Hotelrommet er stort og velutstyrt med microbølgeovn og kjøleskap. God plass til 3! Separat bad/WC med plasitkk-gulv og sanitærutstyr hardplast... Hotellet ligger i et rolig, moderne område med kontorbygg. Man må gå under jernbanen for å komme til sentrum. Ikke så langt, men ikke optimalt.
With friendly staff and a clean and modern room, this hotel was exellent. The room had separate bathroom and toilet, whis was fine since we were three. At the web site, the hotel offered free parking place, and that was the main reason why we chose the hotel.When we came, it turned out that the hotel's parking place was full (and really small), so we […] had to park in the streets instead. "Ok standard in a new hotel"
We staid for three nightsin this almost new hotel. Since it's not very old the standard is good. The location is a bit off and you need to walk thru the railroad station to get to the city centre. The car park, which was important to us, was very small., so the free parking is only for a hand full of guests. This place is very modern. It has all the modern conveniences you might be used to. Reception is friendly and they speak English very well, if that is important to you. We were traveling by train and were very happy with the short distance to walk from the train station to the hotel. They have 24 hour reception and their gourmet snack bar is always […] open. "Nice hotel but not in a nice area"
The hotel was modern, nice and comfortable. However, the decor of the room was a bit like an Ibis hotel with a mini kitchenette. And it was not noisy (even though it's close to the main train station) The onsite car park is small and it needs booking in advance. However, there is a public car park next door with a 2m height clearance. The area by […] the hotel was not that great. It appeared to be in the middle of regeneration though. Great new design to the rooms, no resturaunt so be prepared. They have a bistro with heat them up meals but they are costly and not tasty. Parking is next door, but the neighborhood looks run down.

Fab! As we always arrive late it is great as it has a microwave and I can take food to heat up.... but they also have an area where you can purchase food too to eat in your room - it looks good. Room is spacious and clean and welcoming. Funky design. Would have liked parking but there is a car park next door which you have to pay for and it is closed […] for security at night. I would seek out the Novotel brand when travelling; you get a good and friendly hotel experience with no fuss. Location was good although I would describe it as a 4 star hotel in a 3 star area. Would definately revisit this hotel.

The hotel was clean and the hotel staff was friendly. When we were checking out the front desk thought we were responsible for taxes. I had our confirmation which stated taxes were included.

"Suite Novotel Reims - excellent option"
An excellent option for a short-term/ overnight stay in Reims. Room was a very comfortable size for 2 adults and a toddler as an overnight stay, and given the room divider it would easily accommodate a family with 1 or 2 older children. Room facilities were excellent, and the microwave and mini fridge mean it is easy to self-cater if you want to. The […] hotel is very easy to find when driving into the city, and very close to the train station - so easy to get to regardless of transport method. We would definitely recommend this hotel, and would be happy to stay here again - especially if a special rate was available. Les mer

Good chain hotel right next to the train station and not too far from the center of town / Cathedral. Clean, free wifi, predictable in a good way. The only disappointment is their parking lot which is way too small. The nearby (next block) train station parking lot, while very secure, is not free.

Our room was very comfortable for our 3-night stay, and having a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and large table to sit at allowed us to save on our euros by dining in. We could easily walk to some great little food markets and bakeries for all we needed for dinner, as well as to the Cathedral and other attractions. Hotel next to the train station which would be ideal for someone to take a quick trip from another city. Quite a long distance to the cathedral but this is a very nice hotel. The room was clean, large and plenty of ammenities (snacks, coffee, hot chocolate, ...etc). I would definitely recommend this place again.

The room was actually very spacious, modern and well appointed, close enough to the city cente but quieter at night by being a few minutes walk. It was only let down by the quality of the bed. We both had back ache after two nights. Too hard and firm. A big plus was the an excellent choice of "On demand" free films, just the ticket if you want to go […] back to the room to retire early. The only niggle in this excellent free service was that a few of the English / American films were only available as French dubbed versions Surely the original version could be offered too. We had an excellent stop over stay here on our way from Switzerland to Calais. The staff on reception were excellent and cheerfully endured our very poor french as well as speaking excellent English. We arrived at night and coudln't park in the car park next door but found a paid space on the street easily enough which, in fact, didn't need paying […] for until 09:00. We opted not to buy any of the ready to warm meals in reception. The staff directed us to a corner shop around the corner, walking on further down the road we found a dominos pizza outlet and a supermarket where we bought breakfast for the next day (this is also supplied in the hotel for 13 EURO per adult, children free). The room was very comfortable, large and separated the wc from the bathroom. It had the ability to partition it in half with sliding screens too. The only thing missing was an extra couple of chairs for our family of 4 to eat our meal at the desk/table but maybe we probably could have asked for these. Les mer

"Perfect stopover hotel"
We stayed for one night with 2 12yr children en route to Alps. Very clean and comfortable room, with partition for privacy. Staff excellent and welcoming, small hotel car park but good on street parking and carpark nearby. Would recommend for one night or mini break. On the down side, the breakfast is too pricey and one sachet of coffee and one tea […] bag in the room is a little ungenerous! Les mer

Loved the room, enjoyed the bright decor of the hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Didn't use the microwave but think its a great idea to be able to buy food to heat up in your room.

The hotel is a comfortable and enjoyable 15 min walk from the actual city centre. Nice beds and pillows Easy parking in secure plot right next to Hotel - no stress. Hotels location next to train station (no noise) makes it ideal for people seeking an early connection. We would stay here again - no problem at all

"Modern hotel"
Excellent modern well thought out design. Clean rooms and overall. Friendly staff. Did not have breakfast and seemed pricy, however complementary beverage and breakfast cake thingy in room to get going on in the morning. Close to station but triple glazing and never heard a thing. Good air conditioning to.

Was functional, different with Free movies in room. Internet wifi connection poor in room, Parking was full when. We arrived at 5pm even though it said private parking, but there was a parking house next door at 10 euro per day, next day we snuck car in early. All other was good I think and we were happy enough!

Room was clean cumfortable and spacious, however one tea bag and one milk in the room for two persons and when requested more milk they only had one more small carton! Having just travelled for nine hours would have appreciated a better stock of drink within the room

The Suite concept worked well for us (3 adults) for space and convenience. A short walk to the centre ~ 7 mins for restuarants etc. Limited secured carpark space but we parked in the street alongside the hotel with no problem pay after 9.00 am but not expensive. Friendly and helpful staff, good facilties. Would stay here again.

My 2 sisters and I very much enjoyed our stay in Reims and were very pleased with our room, the service of the staff, and the cleanliness of the hotel. We especially appreciated the "bath and a half" since there were 3 girls !! The hotel was within walking distance of the train station, and not far from the center of the city. "Suite Novatel Reims - The perfect stopover"
Suite Novatel was the perfect overnight stopover after driving back from the Alps. The room was large, comfortable, modern and clean. I even took in a good film on the TV before going to sleep in the very comfortable bed. I would stay there again.

It also has a chill cabinet where you can purchase food items,reasonably priced, to take back and eat or even heat, in the microwave supplied in each room. The location is just up from the railway station-in fact you can go through it to get to the centre of Reims-about a 10-15 minute walk to the Tourist Information building near the cathedral It is rated as a 3 star hotel and it certainly deserves this rating.. "Great Facilities"
Everything you could need at a reasonable price - especially the free choice of movies. Location is not the best but does mean an interesting walk through the station to reach the main part of town a few minutes away.

Stayed at Reims Novotel on our first night after landing at CDG airport from O'seas. Very clean, tidy and convenient. Also returned to stay for a night a couple of weeks later on our way back. Would recommend for value , cleanliness, and convenience. Only negative is lack of character, that is what you expect with a new, "plastic fit-out" of a concrete […] building.
