Hotel has great location, the people working at front desk and restaurant were very nice. The rooms are filled with all needed upgrades with the exception of being old and in need of complete renovations .....other than that very nice.

We had a great stay. The first night, the disco across the street was noisy, the next night, not a sound. Early reviews (2006) say that the hotel needs up-grades - we think that they have been done - it was very nice, our room was very comfortable! The staff was great, very helpful, and we could walk to everything that we wanted to see.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in the Best Western. We would highly recommend it to everybody wanting to go to Zacatecas.

Stayed in interior room open to hall ways in other floors.Any noise anywhere inside the halls echoed in the room I satyed in. Could not close bathroom window leading to the hall. Room was very clean but dated and small.

This hotel has a great location, near to everything. Me and my husband stood here for the Mexican September holidays and had a great vacation weekend. We left our car in the valet parking and forgot about it until we left. The only complaint is that we found a little mark on the door when we got it back; apparently someone hit the door of the car aside. […] You can go on foot to almost all the main touristic locations and museums in the city. The front desk service was excellent, but the people in the restaurant area were not that friendly. I thought the other reviewers were exaggerating about the mattress, but it was really uncomfortable. Don’t come here if you’re looking for a luxurious hotel, but it’s just ok for a weekend trip. O hotel é bem localizado, com camas confortáveis, limpo e pessoal simpático e prestativo. O único inconveniente é que alguns quartos (o meu nos primeiros dois dias) tinha janela voltada para o corredor.

El hotel en general está muy bien, pero esta noche tenían problemas con el estacionamiento y la adminitración, pedimos una habitación con una sola cama y nos asignaron una con dos camas, además de que la llave no estaba activada, después llegó una pareja a quién le habían asignado la misma habitación.

Buena ubicacion para conocer la ciudad a un modico precio. El equipo de computo e impresion disponible para el cliente no esta pensado para su beneficio, ya que no puede imprimir tus pases de abordar y a nadie parece interesarle resolver esa situacion del cliente

Muy buen servicio tanto en recepción como en el restaurant. La habitación muy cómoda. Lo único que no me gustó fue que los sonidos del exterior en los pasillos se escuchan muy fuerte dentro de la habitación.

por lo regular no califico mal a los hoteles porque siempre viajo con espiritu aventurero y me ajusto a diversas situaciones, en este caso, Zacatecas es una hermosa cd colonial, y las minas son un atractivo turistico, por lo tanto me imagine que me habia hospedado en el interior de una mina, asi que la habitacion que me toco estar no tenia ventana al […] exterior, solo una pequeña ventana al pasillo, y muy poca intimidad, ya que se escuchaban todos los ruidos del "exterior" me imagine que estaba en una mina, y podia escuchar los carritos llenos de mineral (toallas y sabanas) circulando por el pasillo con rueditas muy ruidosas,y me asome a ver si las camareras traian el tipico casco minero con linternitas en la cabeza,, pero no, ,,, , ademas de tanto ruido como martillos y cinceles escarbando la piedra o mas bien huespedes que llegaban o salian, incluso me toco darme cuenta la hora que un bebe lloraba por su comida, como a las 4 am, espero que los ruidos solo se escucharan de afuera hacia adentro porque lo que yo hacia en la habitacion fue muy intimo ,,, bueno ya ni modo,,,, , hasta alli toda una buena aventura, lo malo fue que el sabado no hubo agua fria, solo agua caliente casi hirviendo, posiblemente de "algun venero de agua volcanica", por lo tanto fue imposible tomar el baño, lo malo fue que no me ofrecieron cambiarme de habitación ni nada por el estilo, asi que es toda una aventura hospedarse en este hotel de todos modos volveria, ,, Les mer

La estancia en el hotel fue buena, pero tenía sus defectos como que la cafetera no servía y la televisión se veía fatal, y aun cuando lo reportamos no lo corrigieron, además la habitación que nos toco dá a la calle de atras del hotel y todas las noches hubo demasiada música, gritos y ruído que nos impidieron descansar como es debido. En cuanto al hotel […] en sí el servicio es bueno, muy limpio y con buen servicio de comedor y servicio al cuarto inmejorables. Lo recomiendo sólo pidan una habitación que no dé a la calle de atras y todo listo. Feliz estancia. Les mer

Excelente lugar,en el centro del centro historico, casi frente catedral. El Desayuno es riquisimo y su personal muy atento. Super recomedable, te quedan ganas de volver.

Magnífica ubicación en pleno centro de Zacatecas y acceso a gran parte de los atractivos de la ciudad. El hotel es cómodo y la atención del personal es muy buena. El desayuno buffet podría mejorar si ofrecieran una mayor variedad de platillos.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, en la Avenida principal, y cerca de todo, puedes llegar andando a todas las atracciones turísticas de Zacatecas. Buen servicio y buena comida, sin duda, lo recomiendo!

LA UBICACION DEL HOTEL ES EXCELENTE, ESTABAMOS A MEDIA CUADRA DE LA CATEDRAL Y NUESTRA HABITACION TENIA BALCON Y LA VISTA ERA ESPECTACULAR, HACIA LA CATEDRAL Y EL CERRO DE LA BUFA. NO TOCO EL GRITO DE INDEPENDENCIA Y PUDIMOS VER LOS FUEGOS ARTIFICIALES DESDE EL BALCON, EVITANDO ASI ESTAR EN LA AGLOMERACION. LO MALO FUE QUE COMO DABA A LA CALLE LA HABITACION […] HABIA MUCHISIMO RUIDO, PERO PUES LO COMPENSO LA VISTA, PERO SI RECOMENDARIA A LAS PERSONAS QUE SOLICITEN CUARTO CON BALCON UNOS TAPONES PARA LOS OIDOS. El hotel es bonito y está en una calle bonita.Si se viene en coche hay un estacionamiento en cada piso del hotel. Es muy practico pero, de las habitaciones se oye el ruido de los coches.El desayuno continental se compone de cafe té o leche y de pan tostados que fueron siempre fríos o que parecían haber sido tostados el día de antes .Tambien un jugo […] de frutas y pocas mermeladas.Eramos 5 personas en 2 habitaciones pero solo tuvimos 4 desayunos !Ademas, era un bufete entonces había los que tenían suerte porque tenían un desayuno americano y los como nosotros que nos moríamos de hambre con el desayuno continetal...
