Overall had a great stay at this hotel, got upgraded to the villa which was amazing however location wise is slightly out the way of the hustle and bustle & the staffs language barrier was a slight issue

in-villa pool was a good size though in-room size was a bit small in comparison. great privacy in pool villa. food options a bit limited though with only 1 restaurant.

The hotel is definitely modern and cozy. A great place for any couples to stay. Nice decoration and staffs are very friendly and attentive. Location abit far from Patong Market but it is very near the airport.

I stayed in Villa 19. It's a Garden Villa. The toilet, shower and bathtub are all located outdoors. If you're afraid of lizards, then this resort is not for you. Every night, we would have at least 6 of them watching us shower. Huge beetles, mozzies and other flying insects also shared our villa. The resort is starting to show its age. Very modern spa resort, with excellent dining and spa facilities. Being upgraded to a pool villa was a real bonus, and made our stay. Service was excellent, and pricing was reasonable. The food in the restaurant was excellent, international / Thai cuisine, so did not get bored with the menu. We will certainly go back in the future

Although staff very friendly they really are unorganized and unless you speak thai, communication is difficult as a lot of the people serving you cannot speak english. What can I say - Sala was amazing! We had just spent 2 weeks crazily travelling around Thailand and thought we'd end the trip in luxury. It definitely delivered. Room was lovely - we were upgraded which made it more special. Firm bed, clean pool, I actually loved the outdoor rain shower. Restaurant was so good that you didn't feel like you needed to […] leave the resort. Breakfast was a la carte which made a nice change from the bland buffet breakfasts you usually get in hotels. Best part of all was the service - we'd go out for dinner and come back to the room to find that the mosquito coil had been lit and there was a little bottle of tea left in the room for us to enjoy. This property is probably the best where we've stayed among oversees. Peaceful location, great restaurant, good beach and above all great room---all ingredients of great beach holiday. Initially we thought we will have problems as we were 'Pure Vegetarian'. However people at the restaurant were kind enough to have all the menus prepared for us. They […] even included their main course in Breakfast for us. 'Wi-Fi" Internet had amazing speed. Room and swimming pool were cleaned from time to time. There was 'NO LIMIT' for the water bottles that you can order (otherwise every hotel will put a max cap of 2 bottles per day). Only trade-off for staying in this resort was the fact that we were an hr drive from main patong beach, But we rented the car from NYC and that sorted out our problem. Service during breast fast is very disappointing as both days I have to wait 45-60 mins just for my breast fast!! Mosquito and insect is a big problem in my bedroom at night even after insect repellant is spray on. I am staying in a sala pool room.

Beautiful and very peaceful location on Mai Khao Beach. Ideal location for Honeymooners. Wonderful warm friendly staff. Outstanding food (we are foodies!). We took our two children aged 3 and 18 months and had a ball! We stayed in a Garden Pool Villa. I do have 2 negative things to say and that is when the glossy floor tiles (around the pool, outside […] bathroom & outside villa front steps)get wet, they are extremely dangerous to walk on and we all had a lot of falls! The other negative thing is the remoteness, it gets very pricey not to mention a bit tedious to get to a lot of places from here and walking to the shops is not an option. Sala Phuket is a lovely resort, very private and quiet. This resort is perfect if you are looking for complete isolation but if you are wishing to shop or look around there is nothing close by without paying for the resort to transport you. 是一家规模不大的酒店，所以很清静（当然也很容易爆满导致不能延迟退房）。我们住的是那种两层小楼的楼上那层，房间不大，装修的有点像酒店式公寓。卫生间和沐浴都在客房外的阳台上，阳台用布帘和外界隔开，刮大风的时候要注意走光。酒店还有那种带小游泳吃的院子，适合一家人住。酒店整体风格像和式庭院，树木都不高，没有周边其他酒店种的那些典型热带植物，但挺有风格的。早餐非常简单，除了种类不多的自选，还有一份短短的菜单供客人选择，总之是我唯一不满意的地方。泳池长方形，大概25米吧，不大。有另外供小孩子玩耍的喷泉式泳池。酒店餐厅的菜单是没有图片的，不懂英文的人就比较惨。这家酒店就适合纯放松呆着，三、四天足以，时间长了会闷。附近有家Turtle Villiage小购物中心，可以买些纪念品。

5 sterren en toch relaxed/informeel. Alles klopt. Maar 1 nadeeltje: naast resort is er buurtcafe-tje waar karaoke ( alleen overdag) soms te hard aan staat.

酒店服務員上上下下的態度都非常友好，而且全部都能說流利英文，這在泰國不容易見到。環境優美舒適，房間空間比較大，尤其是床睡得非常舒服。酒店出外比較不便，去每一個地方都要預約的士，而且路程遙遠。

풀빌라자체는 좋아요 개인수영장도다른 풀빌라보다 크구요하지만 비가오니..나무가쓰러지고 무서웟어요ㅠㅠ 아침조식은..다양하지안앗고... 위치가 빠통애서 한시간... 오갈때 픽업택시를 타려하는데 돈이 너무마니들어요. 다른데눈 무료로 버스도잇던데.. 그냥 풀빌라 자체에서 쉬는거면 추천하지만.. 다른이유이면 거리도그렇고 ㅠ 심심하네요.. 담번엔 구냥 세부로 가렵니다ㅠㅠ 푸켓운 별루추천안해요 멀기만합니다 ...

Das Sala Resort & Spa Phuket ist ein Traumhotel, bei welchem das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für ein Luxusresort stimmt. Allgemein waren die Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Einzig im Restaurant merkte man der Bedienung das fehlende Fachwissen und die fehlenden Englischkenntnisse an. Sonst ein Hotel zum Weiterempfehlen.
