Ibis Bangkok Nana - Bangkok

Det er litt dyrt hotell, rommene er de minste som jeg har bodd på alle de gangene som jeg har vært i Thailand. Det fulgte ikke med frokost, prisen de skulle ha er mye høyere enn de restaurantene som ligger like ved, og som er mye billigere. Vil jeg bo der flere ganger? Neppe.

The location is a 10min walk from Nana station but the hotel provides a shuttle service there. Surrounding area is filled with pubs and bars which may not be good for travellers with children. Overall, good hotel for the price. Would stay again. :)

No ventilation in the bathroom,feel humid.Can hear the voice from outside the room too.The staff are polite and helpful.Hotel is clean but still see mosquito or fly in the lobby area.Example toilet area.

Okay for price and located in the main "Entertainment" section of the city, the hotel offers a place to sleep without the frills of many of the nicer hotels on Sukhumvit. The price makes it affordable and the hotel is clean and tidy, but just don't expect to lounge during the day by a pool or order great food at the restaurant.

With the hotel located near the "famous" Nana Plaza Entertainment area, you are certainly in the mix of things. The hotel itself is reasonable but not loaded with extras. It is a place to sleep, certainly not lounge. As it is popular with tour groups, large bus are seen herding groups in and out which can create a bit of noise. The buffet breakfast […] was basic and offer no variation from day to day. If you don't have the plan as part of your room package, I would avoid it as there are many options on the street (International and Thai) that will fit the void. The hotel offers a shuttle service but I found that their times were not as user friendly as other hotels in the area. Monday - Friday it was 8am - 5pm and 8 - 8pm on the weekend. I feel 5pm is too early since there are still many family oriented attractions available to see at this time. Lastly, I would recommend that people generally stay away from their airport service. I understand that there is a level of convenience to book it and have it done but if you find a taxi (not one of those parked waiting for tourist) in front of the hotel, it should cost you less than half of what they are advertising. Very clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent location for nana nightlife. Rooms are small but still very nice. Many great dining options within walking distance. Short walk to BTS Nana.

Not as clean as it used to be, hand prints all over the walls. Food at buffets has declined in quality & abundance, in fact most of it is cold.Most of the staff are nice but a few are thorny. Very few Americans & lot's of Russians. Still a good value but I doubt I'll stay there again. Seems to be better places for a few dollars more.

One of the best stays i have had so far ..hotels.com made the booking and the price was great..location was also centre and the staff make your stay even more comfortable..next time in bangkok try this place..

It was a total disaster as first of all they cant solve any problem . Secondly there is no service at the reception as if you ask them something they either dont know or they cant help you . it was my worst stay at any 3 star hotel i ever had in 20 years of traveling . The only thing that was exellent was the buffet breakfast that i everyone recommend […] . I dont recommend anyone to book a room at this hotel and rather pay twice as much in a other hotel . Hotel was the best from all Ibis hotels where I have been. Maybe the reason was that hotel was quite new. All things were as I expected. Worth of price.

As enjoyable as all the other nine or ten stays over the last three years. The staff are very friendly and helpful, their restaurant prices are very reasonable, and the hotel is close to Bangkok's very diverse day and night life. . One downer: In an unfortunate effort to save some money, the hotel has decided to not supply its customary small soap bars […] in the bathroom, causing customers to resort to the unsatisfactory liquid gel/shampoo located in the shower stall. Excellent service, friendly staff, and clean rooms. Very reasonably priced restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lots of nearby shops, restaurants and watering-holes. The rooms are clean and serviced daily, but ... the recent decision to save some money by ceasinging the supply of small soap bars, replacing them with gel/shampoo which has to be […] obtained from the shower enclosure?? We were pleasantly welcomed into the Ibis Nana (our usual hotel choice around the world). It is a simple, yet fully equipped hotel that always meets our needs. The breakfast buffet was full of choice (pancakes and french toast were our favorites) though the coffee was a bit harsh. The location, while seedy, was a direct route to downtown shopping and […] many restaurants. We loved it! We found the walk to the Ploenchit BTS Station closer and only 1 or 2 stops from Siam Square where we spent a lot of time shopping in air conditioned malls. Les mer

Everything about the hotel is excellent. The location could not be bettered....near to the night-life, but just far enough away to be quiet at night. All the staff, from the front desk and porterage, through to Housekeeping and bar-staff are all pleasant, polite, and obviously well-trained. The rooms ARE a little small, but more than adequate for sleeping […] and showering, and VERY clean! My only gripe ( and this is nit-picking) was that my mattress gave me a VERY bad back!! ( But I am prone to such, anyway) All-in-all, an excellent hotel and I shall definitely book again when I return to Bangkok, hopefully in October. Les mer

Ibis @ Nana is reasonably alright and it is about 300m away from Nana MRT station. Despite at the end of a clubbing/night club street, the night was peaceful and quiet. Just outside the hotel along the streetwalk in the morning or bight, local food are easily available, no starving mornings or hungry nights to worry, there are pharmacy ~ which came […] in handy as my boy fell sick on the last day due to the humid and hot weather with just my luck, bit of rain. Hotel provide Wifi service and there are 3 terminals for use - FOC! Hotel staffs are friendly and provided advices on area of interest readily and even gave a rough estimates of the cost of transport and operating hours of the location, these are primarily their local knowledge which are readily shared to hotel occupants. The housekeeping can be further improved, as every day after cleaning up, the chambermaid/housekeeper just forget to replace the small soap bars and tissue papers used. Without fail, I have to call to get them replenished at end of each day. What I really like is the firm bed, it provided me 5 nights of good rest. The size of the room is relative acceptable for a small family size, 2 adults and 1 kid. On the overall, at the price paid for, I would rate a close to grade 3.5 out of 5 Les mer

Good location, clean rooms. Toilet is small but sufficient for personal use. But Ibis has got to listen to its customers and provide free wi-fi to its guest so that they can communicate via internet using their smart phones. That is why it does not get a 5 for me and i would probably stay at another location next time round.

As mentioned by others the bathroom is small, however that is not an issue unless you like to spend a lot of time in the bathroom. The room itself is a great size. The in room safe is a fantastic size. The TV has a great selection of channels in a number of languages. Also free bottled water is a nice touch. The location is great handy to BTS train […] service and the hotel has a free bus to take you there. Pablo and his team are excellent, they can offer you good advice on where to go and what to avoid. Would I stay there again? You bet. It ticks all the boxes location, service, cost. And I look forward to my next visit. Les mer

This hotel is new and modern. The rooms and bathrooms are compact but all is new and comfortable. Good mattress and cable TV with a big selection of channels.

Close to the Bts and Sukhumvit Posibility to go to Bts by a street who turn the block to escape the begining of the soi. Many activity and close the must-see sights

Our room is small but clean. Location is not bad. Need to walk around 5 mins to Nana Station. Would recommend this hotel if you prefer a quiet place for a quality sleep after a tiring day of exploring chaostic Bangkok.

Excellant location and close to Bangkok's famous nightlife. reasonable cost and good service. Neat and clean but rooms and bathrooms are very small (rather compact). Great for couples for few days stay.
