Store og fine leiligheter med alt av utstyr som vaskemaskin og oppvaskmaskin. Dårlig internettforbindelse (fungerte kun i ett rom). Leie av barneseng er altfor dyrt, og vi fant ut at det ville vært vesentlig billigere å kjøpe helt ny. Ellers et trivelig og trygt sted med god service. Kort avstand til sentrum med godt utvalg av spisesteder.

Med gode sko kan du også gå til stranden og Naples Pier. Stille om natten selv om det er to store veier tett ved hotellet. Trolley Tour stopper rett utenfor hotellet. Heldigvis er bartenderen, Robert, både serviceminded, underholdende og svarer gjerne på praktiske spørsmål. Hans motpart i resepsjonen, en liten, mutt mann, ville ikke engang bestille taxi til oss. God pris for godt og sentralt hotell, men neste gang vil jeg heller prøve et av de sjarmerende "Inn" midt i området 5th Av./ 3rd St., med litt Key West følelse.

Et greit hotell hvis man ikke er opptatt av og bo i gå avstand til stranden. Var der kun en natt og det var veldig greit. Rent og fint og sentralt.Hvis jeg skulle ha bodd i Naples litt lenger ville jeg bodd litt nærmere stranden.

Hotellet ligger greit til for hovedaktivitetene, men ønsker du å se et annet miljø eller å spise et annet sted enn på hotellet, må du kjøre 10-12 minutter. At man må betale 10 dollar om dagen for internettilgang er uhørt og gammeldags; i dag er denne tilgangen en hygienefaktor - den skal rett og slett være der!

Et herlig hotel, midt i sentrum av Naples. Det mange fine muligheter til utflukter i nærområde. Du må selvsagt ha leiebil. Vi leide en suite med 2 soverom og fult kjøkken etc. Kjempebra. 2 timer kjøring fra Miami. God tur...

The hotel had a large comfortable room, yummy breakfast, and VERY quiet. Everyone slept great. The kids basically had the pool to themselves!

The hotel is well situated within the Ccocnut Point Shopping complex with easy access to Tamiami Trail. The staff were friendly and accomodating. We did not use the small heated pool area. "All the right touches"
Stayed over long weekend for local wedding. Really great staff and service, even when the hotel had a two-hour power outage on Sunday morning. Excellent breakfast with fresh fruit, yogurt, low fat breakfast sandwiches---no rubbery scrambled eggs here! Only negative was the empty "wipe down" cloth dispenser in the fitness room. While the hotel is located […] on the perimeter of an upscale shopping center, it is far enough away that you don't really notice. Plus, you can walk to many different restaurants,shops and a movie theater. Great value with all the right touches. "Great hotel"
This hotel was very nice. The room was spacious and very modern. Huge TV! Also, the breakfast was good and the location was very convenient. Across from a huge outdoor mall that had stores like Target, Ross, Best Buy etc. A good mixture. Overall thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The only reason it didn't get a 5 is because for some reason the lobby area always […] seemed to have a funny smell like a sewer. So that was a bit unpleasant. My only complaint with this hotel is they left a very nice card on the desk that says fresh food 24/7 please contact a gallery host to place your order, so I contacted a gallery host who told me the only place that was open at 10:00 p.m. was tgi fridays. the card dosn't say go to a restaurant I could do that on my own I don't need a card to tell me, […] The other thing I was unhappy with since I could not get late dinner at the hotel is there are no phone books in the room to find a restaurant or anything at all, I did not bring my lap top on this trip so I had to go to the front desk which found one after about 10 minutes??? "Could not be happier"
This hotel should have 5 stars. The staff went the extra mile to accommodate our family by giving us a corner room for our baby. I will without a doubt stay at this hotel again.

Very nice hotel. I had a pleasantexperience staying there 2 nights and will definitely stay again. My only complaint is on the food from the hotel kitchen. There's a neat automated kiosk ordering system but the food itself was terrible. The quesadilla was ok but I got a pizza one night and it was still raw dough when I bit into it. This hotel has fabulous rooms, friendly staff and conveniently located near the Coconut Point shopping center with upscale stores and restaurants. The rooms are well appointed and spacious and have everything that is needed for the comfort of your stay. Close to Gulf Coast beaches. Have stayed there before and will stay there again!

We had a 3 night stay as locals on a mini-break, close to many restaurants, high-end shops, and a cinema. We left the car parked at the hotel- it was all right there. Hotel staff was extremely courteous and housekeeping very thorough and friendly- even left us a note telling us to "Have a nice day!" The room was gorgeous, had a separate sitting area […] with a huge flat screen TV that swiveled to face no matter where you were in the room. The continental breakfast was a bit sparse and could use a few more options, but it was free and could be supplemented with hot food you could order at a cost. "Hyatt Place Coconut Pointe - a wonderful hotel"
Our party of four is so very pleased about the hotel and its location. We were within walking distance of several restaurants, plus a ten-plex cinema, a Starbucks, and many stores and shops. In addition, we could get some great walking exercise in an area that was not only safe but beautiful, as well.

The hotel was nice but the AC didn't work well. The AC appeared as a new AC unit but it never really cooled the room. The pool overlooks the parking lot of a drive thru for a bank.
