Location was great. However we found a pair of underpants from previous occupants under the one of the beds which was kinda gross! Had to ask for a dish cloth to wipe the bench which disappeared the next day. One of the beds in one of the rooms was made up during a service but the other 2 weren't made up- not sure why. The 2 bedroom deluxe apartment […] was a lot smaller than in the pictures on the internet. Overall I wouldn't choose to stay here again. Les mer

Convenient location a few minutes walk to the main shopping area and central attractions of Auckland. The standard of the accommodation is excellant, very clean, well equipped and comfortable. I would stay again if I visited Auckland.

love the concept of serviced apartments - had everything needed, including our own washer and dryer, nice complimentary continental breakfast delivered to our room each day, separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Only concern was couch was not very comfortable.

We liked the "serviced apartment" idea in Aust/NZ and this one was very nice. The staff was helpful and the complementary breakfast was in the "kitchen" where we could take advantage even though we had to leave for the airport at 4 am. Ask about their special taxi rates for the airport.

location is calm environment, have complete kitchen appliances, washing machine, dryer, clean, not bad at all. the minus is they charged you for car parking NZD20/night and no wifi service at your room

Easy access to airport bus and bonus being a few blocks out of the main CDB blocks. 200 meters off Queen St. = no noise. Staff couldnt be more helpful and the 24 hour desk/security arrangement works well. Spacious one bedroom apartment with balcony prolly less than 2 years old. Several convenience stores less than 3 minutes away. Went for walk along […] "K" road - far more representative of Auckland.. Walk to Viaduct and Britomart is very pleasant & less than 15 minutes. Warning for those that collect the Hotels.com 'free nights' - if you book with 10% off voucher, you are not eligable to 'free nights' deal. Les mer

Well located, walking distance to downtown. Clean, spacious and well priced. Free internet (50) which is a rarety for New Zealand and Autralian hotels. Washer dryer, separate bedroom all makes this property attractive. Quiet and well maintained prperty. A great place to start or finish your New Zealanf visit!

The staff on arrival, asked me for my license and credit card, I said I had already paid, and he snapped back at me telling me settle down I'm just going to photocopy it. You get given a card wich is very annoying, you need to use it to use the lift. We got told to park the car in their parking area, was not told til after we parked that there was a […] 20$ charge per night to have the car there. I used reverse charge calls to my family back in Australia using the phone in the room. On leaving the apartment they gave me a bill for my calls of 400$. I said I was not paying it, because they don't need the money since they will not be paying for it, my parents are. I had to give the man the number so he could call to find out information on it to make sure he wasn't paying anything. Very rude. Les mer

Good location to be near the city centre. Everything in walking distance. Comfortable but not flash accommodation. Only negative was the TV reception in the lounge was poor.

I booked this for my husband and 3 friends. They rang me when they got to the apartment to say thanks so much for booking us into such a great place. It is close to EVERYTHING and very reasonably priced. We will definately use this place again, plus recommend it to all our mates. Cheers to a great stay, Bianco!!

A conveniently located place with lots of ameneties. We particularly liked having the mini-kitchen and washer/dryer available to us. The "continental breakfast" could be greatly improved -- packaged pastries provided, no fresh fruit or juice. The only other negative was even though we gave advance notice of our early 8 a.m. arrival from the cruise, […] there was no provision for a room. All of the luggage of the cruise passengers were disorderly piled helter /skelter in the "manager's office" -- They were obviously overwhelmed. Les mer

This is a nice hotel in the best location possible, near all the shopping and the wharf! It was a perfect place to arrive in NZ for the first time, and figure out where to go next during our road trip. Very nice breakfast available in our room.

This is a 2 tower apartments building. Our apartment was excellent, spacious, cozy and with fully equiped kitchen. Internet is not free and is expensive. Breakfast is provided everyday, depending on your rate plan. Ours was included. Washing machine and drier available inside the apartment. Really a findind. However, there was a girl in front desk that […] was not friendly. We do not remember her name, but she made us wait to get our room more than needed. Other staff people were nice and friendly. Impressed by the apartment with washing machine and dish washer and microwave. Very new and clean. The service was a bit lacking and the breakfast is not really a breakfast, but the location right off the main street is very good. Would stay again.

Wonderful to have a washing machine & dryer in spacious apartment--as well as continental breakfast in room.

The Hotel is quite well located and only a 15 min walk from the waterfront and a 5 min walk to K Road. The free breakfast package was great and consisted of a banana, yoghurt, muesli bar, fruit juice and wholegrain bread roll per person. We made full use of it and found it perfect. The couch in the lounge area was rather uncomfortable though but a minor […] detail possibly when compared to the price we paid. However, there was no air con which I think is a biggie. We did have cooking facilites within the room of an oven, cook top and a microwave which is very handy. The surrounding area was quiet but had a more industrial feel but we felt safe walking around at night. I was a little concerned about where they store your luggage for you if you arrive before check in. It's in an office but you can just wander in and grab what you like really. No-one escorts you in or out and there are no tags put on the bads either. I would stay there again but posisbility not in the heat of summer due to the lack of air con. Les mer

I read a lot of reviews about Blanco from various website and what i gathered was 70% of dissatisfactions and 30% of satisfied feedbacks. I proceed to book 1 superior 2 bedroom apartment + 1 superior room as i was left with not much choice in view of strategic location. The chinese reception lady was indeed very helpful and informative. Room was clean […] and breakfast was ready on the table when we enter. My family was so impressed with the service and apartment condition. For the price i paid for, it's definitely worth it. Les mer

we stayed here over the rugby world cup, so difficult to take into account the price, as most hotels increased their rates. rooms were large and well equipped, but although not old, the hotel was getting tatty - worn carpets, chipped paintwork. staff were polite and brought a huge continental breakfast to the room (cereal, fruit, cereal bars, bread, […] loads of juice and milk) Les mer

This Hotel is very good but be warned if you dont like walking up hills dont stay there, also either of the two side streets that take you to the hotel are not nice for walking at night or if you are oldies like us....not nice for walking anytime.

This hotel is good value for money if you want location and facilities. It is not a hotel to stay at if you want atmosphere, lobby, bar etc. It is plain, but very well equipped. The staff were friendly and efficient, the rooms were clean and quite spacious, and very self-contained.

The front desk was EXCELLENT and extremely helpful. You asked for something and it was done promptly and with a smile. The housekeeping service was spotty and unpredictable altho' fresh towels were always in place as well as the breakie food that was provided. Our beds were seldom made up and I don't think that the linen was ever changed. The room was […] only vacuumed once and that was because I asked to have it done on the fifth day day! Food preparation facilities were adequate It was a short walk to the CBD as well as close to a free transit service that permitted you to ride up the hill to the hotel rather than walk it. I would recommend it to others with the housekeeping caveat other wise the hotel was first rate for the price. We stayed 7 nites and we'd use it again should we return to Auckland. Les mer

Bit hard to find, but used Super shuttle and they took us straight to the door which was handy at 1am in the morning. 24 hour reception was great as some one was at the desk when we arrived. We had a delux apartment on the 11 th floor so it was quiet. Short walk to catch the free inner circle bus to get down to the harbour area.

As before had to ask for basics like a coffee plunger and a tea towel but obviously very busy and cleaning staff don't have time, need a clip sheet to ensure what is offered in advertisement is actually located in room. Parking brilliant.

On arrival to White Street at 7pm, finding parking was very difficult - so much so that we were forced to buy secure underground parking, also parking the car in the street felt very unsafe, as did walking to Queen street through poorly lit back streets. The hotel itself was secure. While the room was clean, modern and comfortable, basic cleaning […] had to be requested after the first night. Staff were impolite, abrupt and unhelpful. If the room was in a different hotel with different staff it'd be sweet. Les mer

we stayed (3 friends) in 2 BR Super Saver. beautiful apartment with balcony that wraps around from lounge area to bedroom. came with washer and dryer and full kitchenette. absolutely enjoyed our time here and the location could not be any better, it is right off of Queen Street, the main street and K Rd. Lots of eateries and things to do. staff were […] very helpful and responsive when we needed something. our room also came with free breakfast every morning which was great for our budget! would definitely stay here again. we stayed here for one week in July. our stay at Bianco off Queen was OK. the apartment 's location is handy. a block from queen st and is walking distance to the almost everything in the city and to major bus routes. staff are nice, courteous and helpful. apartment itself is clean but can do better with a change of carpet. it can be noisy... windows are not double glazed. you can hear […] everything outside even if we are already on the 6th floor. it will also be better if they can give us extra set of keys so as not to disturb your sleeping room mate to pick you up from the reception. carpark is tight but secure. i think carparking should be free or at least discounted especially if your staying with them for weeks. would recommend putting up wi-fi. Aside from the parking issues, the room was fantastic, well appointed with all necessary ammenities. The room had a slight odour, could not place where it was coming from, but was modern and convenient, breakfast was delivered to our room and was delicious! Excellent choice!

I stayed in a studio apartment with a kitchenette. The dryer would blow a fuse when I tried to use it. But things dried overnight just hanging in the room. The staff is friendly and helpful. Close to most things. Have alreeady recommended this to many Aussie friends who travel there often. Great Place for any traveler.

No heater, had to ask twice, no batteries in tv remote, no kitchen sink plug, no dishliquid, what appeared to be a flood in bathroom overhead. To cap it off white powdery water leaking onto car. staff lovely but no attention to detail. Breakfast good.

Excellent accommodation. Staff friendly and very helpful. Hill from the Airbus stop in Symonds St a bit of a problem for the elderly with luggage (hence the 'location' rating) - but worth the effort.

This was absolutely the best hotel I've stayed at. For an extremely low price, I received high quality apartment with modern appliances - washer and dryer, oven and stove, dishwasher and free breakfast. We were upgraded so very happy- good facilities- but sofa very uncomfortable and not enough soft chairs for 3 people to watch TV at same time- but location excellent, very clean, the breakfast provisions are satisfactory and enough to start the day. 1 hour free internet was good- but not wireless and seemed to block other internet use (e.g using a T […] stick). great to have the parking. Quite cramped but fine as a base to explore- lots of pillows, warm and quiet- were were ground floor but didn't hear anyone. Would definitely stay again when visiting Auckland Les mer

was nice as got upgraded to room with Air could of used extra room, parking extra which new ahead of time Aukland is very Hilly and this hotel requires uphill walking if go out to explore

The hotel was not easy to find. The bed was very uncomfortable. The off site gym was marginal. Not a 4 star property by North American standards. Staff was great. In room kitchen was practical and new. Price was good for the quality of the room. Satisfactory room but not exceptional.

The services and room is very nice to stay just the noise you get if you leave the doors or window was something i didnt like but that control is not in the hands of the management as this is due to other building in the area. Overall nice place to stay and few min walk to heart of Queen Street.

Great modern apartments, clean and comfortable.Friendly and helpfull staff. We liked staying there.
