I found the staff was exceptional. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. One of the housekeepers even helped me get on the elevator with my luggage. I will be recommending this hotel to everyone I know.

The room was nice but the machine named "Crack" outside our window was annoying and obstructed our view. I don't think the hotel was booked , therefore another room could have been chosen.This room should be for last resort!!!

This review is long overdue. We stayed at the Hilton Garden Labor Day weekend. The location is perfect. Close to all the good shopping. We could not ask for better. We stayed in a Accessible one king evolution room as I'm disabled. The room met my every need. The only downfall is the parking lot. For a wheelchair there was a lot of uneven sidewalks. The […] hotel and room were very clean and well maintained. On our last night we had a few drinks and food at the bar. The drinks were great plus the bartender was very charming and knew what we was doing with a shaker!! The food was great! The best thick cut fries!!! We will definitely be returning. :) Les mer

"Easy Carefree Stay"
The hotel was very clean and looked pretty new. Staff was very friendly and personable. We only stayed one night but, I'll definitely come again the next time I'm in town!! The only negative thing I can say is there isn't much to look at in that area. Looks like they are doing some new construction. But overall I give it a 9.5!

"Hilton in Bangor, ME"
Our stay in this hotel made us feel like royalty. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are extremely spacious, the beds feel like you are sleeping on clouds, and the bathroom is like a room itself, it is so big. The staff are extremely friendly and courteous. We hated to leave. Would stay here again in a second.

The first hotel I have ever stayedat with a night light in the bathroom. It was nice to move around without needing to turn on a light.

We so enjoyed our stay after a return drive from PEI. The hotel provided everything we needed, including a wonderful breakfast. It was one of the best places we have stayed. Recommend it highly! I booked the hotel from a website review and was thrilled when we arrived.

Just wanted to say, we were very, very happy with the hotel...very nice for the price, clean and friendly staff.. my only complaint would be trying to sleep when other guests were noisy in the halls...soundproofing.. other than that terrific

This hotel was very nice - clean and comfortable. I was hoping that breakfast was included with the room, but only for an additional price. There were cookies at the desk in the evening which my son enjoyed. The swimming pool was on the small side and filled with salt water which was different, but the water temp was comfortable. This hotel was close to the highway and you could not hear it. It was a comfy stay and close to the mall. Great access to the highway. I will book hear again when staying in Bangor Maine.
we left a couple items in the hotel that i would have liked returned. I know for a fact that they were left my son thought that i had them an i thought he had them, that was the last place we were at. I ask the hotel for the help to send them back an all i got was a run around i had to call 3 times no one could help me they were going to call me back […] an never did so someone there has my stuff all i wanted for for them to be returned. The hotel was a little far away from the event we were attending in town and the taxi ride to the event ended up being a ittle expensive. The "neighborhood" is under construction so the scenery was a little drab - overall, the room was outstanding, the bed was comfortable - I just wish the hot tub/pool was open a little later.

New and clean. Need to ensure that if you pick the rate with breakfast included that you have written verification of this (which is really an issue of hotel.com). Pool ok but heavily chlorinated to the point that it burned our eyes. I would stay here again.

"Enjoyable stay"
The only drawback about our stay was the lack of a continental breakfast. However, we appreciated the refrigerator and microwave in our room. Our toddler and infant girls loved the pool, but the pool itself is rather small. The hotel was clean, with comfortable beds. There was a strange waxy (like crayons) odor in the hall way. Stayed in several hotels on our vacation and this hotel was the best by far. Will stay there again next time and even try other hiltons to see if they are as good.

"Very Nice, but a little pricey"
We we only staying one night and really just needed a place convenient to the Bangor Civic Center. Our room was very nice..bed was very comfortable..pillows were a little hard for me although they did have 2 different kinds. Coffe pot, micro and frig in our room although we only used the coffee pot...We really do like that feature. The only problem […] was that they only offered a buffet breakfast for $10.00 a piece..Think that for the price of the room we should have had that included. We were very pleased with our stay at the Hilton, in Bangor. The staff was friendly, warm and courteous. The warm cookies and hot coffee in the lobby was very welcoming. Our room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. I was unsure if the breakfast buffet was included in my online booking, so I called the hotel to check, the clerk was very accommodating […] and said that although she could not tell from my online reservation if breakfast was included, she would add it to my room or no charge. (We later found out that it would not have been included) This saved us over $40 since there were 4 of us. The breakfast was awesome, with an omelet chef on hand to cook to order. It was MORE than expected. The site's picture of this hotel does NOT render it justice. Friendly staff, extra clean everywhere, food fantastic (hot & cold breakfast) fridge & microwave in rooms, super bedding, close to everything...can't wait to go back!
