Generelt dårlig service. frokosten var ikke klar nær den skulle om morgenen og det var lite utvalg hvis en kom en halv time før frokosten var ferdig. rommene var ikke rene.

The hotel is a bit old and need renovation or maintenance. The service of the staff is ok. Short walk about 8-15 mins to the BTS station.

Big gap between advertisements of the hotel (3 stars) for reservation and the reality : breakfast for customer included but there is no breakfast, maintenance and comfort of the room under average, some lights are out of order in the room, complementary cafe/tea in fact these items are chargeable, safe in a cupboard but no light to read instructions, […] swimming pool without any equipment not even a scale to get out from the water, staff is not well trained with little knowledge of foreign languages except the supervisor who can speak English. Hotel seemed to not change aircon filters. My wife got stuffed up as soon as we turned on the air. We had to sleepm with the air off so that she could breathe. The fact that they also had a price list for everything in the room should a person feel the need to take something didn't feel right. i guess they don't trust the guests very much.

I would not recommend this hotel to any one because of the service we got at this hotel. Showers are in a very bad condition, elevators some time stuck on the way and most of all breakfast is very limited. What I mean by limited is when you want to get something to eat you never find at that time. You will have to wait for 5 to 10 minutes until they […] cook and bring it. Then a lot people are already on the line to get breakfast. As soon as food comes people who are waiting will have it and the new people again will have to wait. That continues until end of the breakfast period. Also the BOSS isn't very friendly with customers and stuff. Simply didn't have a good experience from this hotel... Les mer

The room I stayed was not cleaned up. The was a water pet bottle which someone drank in the room. When I ran a shower, the stained red water with rust came out. In addition, when I flush the toilet, the tank was broken as a result bathroom floor became wet. I complained the manager, he said there was no more room and no fee deduction. I liked this place. It is older and patched up, but my room was clean and the staff was very nice and attentive. It is a very good budget option, as the price is lower than most hotels in the Sukhumvit area. It is pretty much on the same street at the BTS transit system stop at Nana, so that is terrific. I booked the twin rooms with 2 single beds in each room & it was confirmed but on arrival at we found all 3 rooms with single large bed.We were simply cheated reciponist said they have no rooms of our requirement is empty. We had to change rooms 4 times as something or the other was dysfunctional in each room either air conditioner or hot water etc finally we gave up. At breakfast service was so slow, empty plates were replaced after ages and repeated requests, people just left without eating. To refill a thing like bread took forever. Old hotel, looks like from the seventies. Found a cockroach in the room and the air conditioning didn't work without special instructions from the maintenance guy. The air conditioning also dropped water to the bed all night long, which wasn't so nice. In addition the breakfast was bad. My husband got stomach problems and I didn't even dare to taste […] it. near Nana's area one of the major entertainment areas of Bkk. U will need to walk 5-10 to hotel from bts metro station though hotel has minibus shuttle for costumers so you might be lucky if you catch it on time

The reception can not speak English well, what's more, with bad attitude, no smile，can not answer question upon request. the water heater in the bathroom is totally out of work. the outside unit of A/C is just close to the window ,the noise is so horrible

Great hotel, great value, great room, great beer prices and front porch but far down Soi 8. When leaving the hotel they'll drive you down to Sukhumvit for free but they are hard to find to bring you back. The hotel would have been great if they do not allow people to smoke in the corridors. The effect of the smoking is such that the corridors and most importantly the room was filled with the lingering tobacco odour. Great if you smoke but a nightmare for a non smoker. The hotel is not fancy but they offer a nice room at a reasonable price. Free tuk-tuk from the hotel to the skytrain station is a huge plus. My air conditioner went out the last day which made the last evening like living in a steam bath but they were working on getting it back online when I checked out.

The phrase "you get what you pay for" only applies to the Royal Asia Lodge if you are staying here for free.

The location is convenient. The rooms are spacious but poorly lit. The street outside is fairly loud at night due to local bars/restaurants despite the fact the hotel is not on a main street. With the breakfast included, it does represent a fair value, especially the larger suites with multiple beds. It is basic, not fancy.

I have stayed in many guesthouses and budget hotels throughout Thailand (several times in Bangkok), Laos, Cambodia, and Vietnam. Rooms: Clean, but very poorly maintained, if at all. The bathroom drain drained exceptionally slowly--the floor would be covered in 2-3cm of water. The fridge leaked a lot of water on the floor one night. The A/C was extremely […] noisy, old, and had one temperature: frigid. Service: Overall--poor. The housekeeping service was good and proactive in fixing the A/C machine from not-working back to frigid. The front desk, however was not particularly helpful. Needing to extend our stay by an extra day, they had us re-book a new reservation on Expedia rather than accommodating us at the front desk. Breakfast: Consistently running out of food with very slow service. Quality was not particularly great either. Location: about 5-7 minutes walk from the Nana BTS station and very convenient. Overall, the hotel quality is what I have paid for at guesthouses elsewhere, at half the price, and much more accommodating service. For future travelers, recommend finding a service apartment that offers the per day rates instead. Les mer

This hotel was a big disappointment. It deserves one star, instead of three. There were four of us, my two adult kids, my son's girlfriend, and myself, sharing the "Presidents Suite." This is the 2nd time we stay in this hotel... All ok... I guess you pay $27 USD or so and that is exactly what you get... Hotel is safe and in a safe area... a bit of a walk from the Sky Train but nothing too major... For a quick cheap stay in BKK this place would be ideal...

The hotel reception area was nice, but the room was in dire need of updating. The walls needed paint, the bathroom needed mildew removal and the TV was an old 19 inch tube with very poor reception. Decent but aged rooms. TV's from '70s? Service is friendly and efficient. Red Tuk Tuk (older than the TVs) provides service to/from Nana BTS station. Biggest negative: Breakfast is one of the poorest spreads I have had at any hotel in Thailand. It is now back to a buffet (for several months it was only a minimal breakfast set).

We chose Royal Asia Lodge for the excellent location and because we had stayed here before. Although the price is reasonable, the hotel rooms are in serious need of a facelift. I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. The property seems a bit run down and neglected now. My 1st room had no hot water. After changing rooms - TV inoperative.... it took three promptings, over a six day span, to get them to respond and replace it. The pool is out of order - a large gash in the liner. Breakfast is included with the […] room, but don't arrive near the end of service as the food on the buffet is not automatically stocked; you must ask them to resupply.... a management decision I am sure as the staff (other than the front desk) is very helpful and responsive. This Hotel is disgraceful. I booked the presidential suite thinking that it would be adequate for my needs however when i arrived there they put me in a different building. Nothing worked. TV had one channel, Hot water did not work, light was flickeriing in toilet. I changed rooms four times to try and find adequate amenities but i was unable to. If […] i hadn't already paid i would have found another hotel. Room came with free buffet breakfast..... I dont think management know what a buffet is. Every morning i stayed there i had to wait 10 mins for a single egg to be put on the table. when they did arrive they would bring out 1 or 2 only. Disgraceful. BTSプロンポン駅のすぐ近くにあるので、アクセスは最高に良い。また隣には日本人御用達のワットポー（マッサージ）があるので、疲れた身体を癒してくれる。ロビーでは無料でインターネットも使えるし、朝食（軽食）が付いているのも嬉しい。ただ、近くで大掛かりな工事（ホテル？，ショッピングモール？）をしているので、昼間は寝苦しいかも。なによりも、一泊約900バーツは魅力的。宿泊費を抑えたい方にはお勧めである。

カード式の鍵でしたが、なかなか認証されず困りました。深夜到着でしたので15分もボーイさんと一緒に出し入れ。うんざりしました。エレベーターもフロアとずれたところに止まりコケそうになりました。室内に謎の扉があり、鍵がかかっていました。早朝、その扉から大きな話し声が。隣の部屋と室内でドア1枚で繋がっておりました。鍵がかかっていても、プライバシーも何もという感じでした。チェックアウトの際も、部屋の確認で30分待たされ（先ほどの鍵の問題で部屋に入れなかったようです）、あげくにビールが一本ないなど身に覚えのない難癖をつけられる。危うく帰りの飛行機に乗り遅れるところでした。古いが清潔でいいのですが、スタッフの対応が好感もてませんでした。

今回3泊しました！NANA駅を降りてまっすぐ歩くと着く立地のよさに感動しました！また、国際色豊かな通りに面しておりすごく刺激的な毎日を過ごせました！値段の割にはサービスなどがよく当初1泊のつもりが気づいてみると3泊していました（笑）BTS沿いのホテルに泊まることをオススメします！SIAM駅までも電車で一本で行くことができますよ！今回貧乏一人旅のホテルに最適でした！

Et hotel som absolut ikke er pengene værd da jeg ankom til hotellet og blev booket ind var der ikke noget varmt vand i hannen da jeg gerne ville ha et bad kortet til at komme ind af døren med virkede ikke ordentligt spa badet ved poolen var i stykker og så ud til at ha været det længe og beskrivelsen af hotellet på hotels.com stemte ikke overens med […] hotellet men det lå godt centralt det er også det eneste positive jeg kan finde ved det hotel. BTSナナ駅からＳｏｉ ８まではすぐだが、Ｓｏｉの奥なので徒歩だとつらい。古いホテルなので、設備はそれなり。部屋にセーフティボックスは無し。冷蔵庫は普通サイズの物があって、スペースは十分。ドリンキングウォーターは無料が2本。それ以外は有料。インスタントコーヒーも有料であった。部屋に空きコンセントがないので、分配用にタップが必要だった。無料のＷｉＦｉは、少しおそめではあるが安定していた。朝食付プランだったので一応たべに行ったが、9時の時点で、品切れで補充されていない品物が2，3点。コーヒーを飲みに行ったと思えばいいかも。

１）ホテルの説明書がなく、レイアウトとか今の位置がどこだか全然わからない。せめて英語でもホテルの説明、部屋の装備の使い方を明記して欲しい。 ２）夜中到着したのですが、受付の人が全く英語も通じずチェックインがとても大変だった。 ３）朝食が早い（ＡＭ7：00）時間だと準備ができておらず飲み物とトーストしかなかった、次の日（ＡＭ8：00）でやっと3分の２の料理が出ていた。タイ人は朝が苦手と言っていたがとういう問題ではないと思う、これではツアーできたら観光の前には食事はできないと思う。 ４）格安のせいか、周りの部屋の音がとてもうるさい。

Ikke som ses på billederne, hotelet er meget gammelt og er lige ved at falde sammen. Karkkalaker i værelserne, gammel møbler og gammel senge betræk. Efter første dags ophold gik vi til recptionen for at skifte værelse, de var meget flinke og gav os en anden værelse, men det var lige så dårligt. De ansætter var meget flinke men stedet er for gammelt

This hotel may have had it's hey days but the staff is friendly and very service minded. The breakfast is not worth mentioning. The hotel is situated in a very quiet dead end street not far from the sky train. OK hotel for staying in for a day or two.

Absolut sämsta bemötande jag någonsin fått på ett hotell. Totalt ointresserad nattportier. Rökfria rummet luktade rök, märken av cigaretter i borden. Dåligt städat.
