Staff is excellent. Breakfasts were good. Quiet rooms. Internet a bit slow and resets quite often. It's easy to miss the entrance into the hotel. Overall it is good value for the cost.

The hotel wasn't easy to spot travelling north on highway 95 as the BW sign is hidden by trees, hotel located right next to the La Quinta hotel. Front desk guy very helpful, excellent Steakhouse restaurant recommendation in nearby Porter. Access to Internet wasn't that fast but ok for flight check in. Comfy bed. Noise minimal despite being next to the […] freeway, the trees helped block out traffic noise and this highway isn't as busy as the I45. Breakfast buffet was available until 9am, basic hot and cold options available, although we ate out. Hotel very good value for money, and not too far from the airport. Gym and outdoor pool looked ok but didn't partake. Les mer

booking was time consuming. when I was checking in they had the reservation but it took 45min to check in with a broke foot standing on crutches.!!

Can't say too much. Got there in the dark, left after the sun came up. Clean place. Breakfast was a nice plus. If you get after hours, don't waste your time pushing th buzzer, aparently it does not work, just beat on the window.

The hotel was a wonderful experience it look like it was recently remodeled. A little hard to find but just remember its right next to the Laquinta Inn. I never would of thought the best western hotel would have been this comfortable and nice. Would definitely recommend to anyone and when returning to houston I will stay again.

My husband and I stayed here for one night while we were looking for houses. The hotel is close to Valley Ranch and several of the New Caney schools. We slept in a room with a king sized bed and both my husband and I commented on how comfortable the bed was and how well we slept. The air conditioning works very well because my husband cranked it down […] and I froze (until I snuck over to uncrank it). We slept in and missed the breakfast, so I can't comment on it. I would definitely chose this hotel again if I needed one in the area, either for myself or my family. Les mer

Other than the awkward location (tucked back behind the LaQunita) it was a nice clean little hotel. Could have used a better breakfast buffet, though. The Room was very clean, and everything was close by. I would probably stay here again when I'm in New Caney.

A really great stay and service at a very affordable price, the overall experience was faultless (with the exception of a computer glitch), Royce and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure our break went well.

The staff was wonderful. The room was excellent except for noise outside of the room...not people noise, but banging. I was by the vending area and elevator, so that may have had something to do with it. Still, a great place to stay.

Stayed there for a week while attending a conference in Houston. A quiet hotel excellent situated on the 59NB to Houston and the Intl. Airport, within twenty minutes in Down Town Houston. Nice spacious room, good breakfast.

The hotel was spectacular with 12 foot ceilings in the rooms and plenty of room. Hotel was in a quiet area with no extra noise. Breakfast was plentiful with eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles, bagels, muffins, toast, oatmeal , assorted dry cereals, orange juice and apples and bananas. It is right next to the La Quinta and you must go through the La Quinta parking lot to get to the hotel. No signage on the street. Google maps was not a help in getting to the hotel.

It is very difficult to find the hotel, especially from Hwy 59. It shares a parking lot with LaQuinta Inn, which really stands out. Other than that, all was good with the hotel.

I was coming in and it was dark and almost missed the hotel. The place is located to another holel and it covers the sign. OTHERWISE...the place is clean and very nice. I will be staying there again. Staff was friendly and helpful finding a place to get a something to eat. Room was clean and very comfortable.

This particular hotel was clean and well maintained. The water pressure was lacking and the A/C proved to be very loud and did disrupt our normal sleeping pattern. Overall though, for the purpose of a quick, overnight stay, the New Caney Inn is quite adequate.

I depend a lot on user ratings and this hotel had the best user ratings for any hotel in the price range and I know why. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is quiet. A very good expetience. Easy access to the airport.

We only stayed here because i was at Sankey Rodeo school near by we had a choice of two hotels, there are motels near by but not advertised online. The price was good, breakfast was decent, we could order pizza/chinese food to the pool and there was a store near by. Not having a bar or resturaunt was no problem. This hotel has a 2.5 star rating... if you look at the size of the Lobby.... maybe a 3 star but it is clean. The only imperfect issue is the wireless internet connection. It's not strong/ stable when it is at it's peak usage. Staffs are so polite and helpful that I thought I was at the Four Seasons. The room is so big that I could easily fit my 4 children […] and my wife if I was traveling with them. No smoking facility yet smokers has an outdoor smoking zone. My organization is negotiating a deal with the hotel due to the advantage of location, safety, quality and a very low rate. It is a gem and I would certainly come back again. T Les mer

This is a really nice hotel but it's hidden behind trees and a La Quinta Inn. I found it odd that I had to cross a La Quinta parking lot to get to this hotel. Otherwise, this place is a thumbs-up.

I truly recommend this hotel. Its very close to IAH airport and about 25miles(when there isn't any traffic) from downtown Houston, and close to two huge Malls!!! The room was huge and very clean. I chose New Caney Inn & Suites to get away and finish a chapter (writer) and man was I surprised. The guy at the front desk has never met a stranger and seems to go out of his way to make sure you will be comfortable BEFORE you even get to the room. The room was clean and the housekeeping stafff was accomodating and nice. I got very little work done […] because I decided to write while in bed which was not a good idea from the start. Several of my family members live in New Caney, so the location is perfect for me. I have stayed here before, and it was just as nice and comfortable as on previous visits. I was in a large room with a king size bed, which was very comfortable. Everything in the room worked. There was no problem with any devices in the room or in the bathroom.
