I stayed at this hotel again for business and once again, no complaints during my stay. The room was clean and staff was very nice. Always my number one choice when staying in Port Arthur.

Hotel was everything promised and breakfast was AWESOME.

I really have nothing bad to say about this hotel and only good things. Breakfasts were great, front desk was very prompt and hospitable. Fresh baked cookies for the guests was a very nice touch when coming in late from the plant. Newly built so everything is fresh and clean. Loved the showers with very hot water and good solid flow. Internet was very […] dependable with full bars and never a drop... AWESOME. Stayed once before with similar results and therefore would not hesitate staying there again if I am ever to go back to Port Arthur. Les mer

I really enjoyed my stay at the La Quinta hotel. The building is brand new and the rooms were great. The shower was consistently hot with great water pressure. Spacious rooms with a very nice desk to work at. Decent sized flat screen tv with a fridge and microwave in the room. Their breakfast had a great assortment to choose from and even had some hot […] food. Even though my internet connection was consistently 4 bars it was a tad slow at times but I never dropped which was great for hotels these days. Location was a bit poor in relationship to other places (eg restaurants). Only issue I had was that the chair for the desk was very uncomfortable, but after adding a pillow to sit on it was acceptable. Minor in the scheme of things and I plan on staying there during my next trip. Les mer

I enjoyed the stay at the LaQuinta in Port Arthur, Tx. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. Only two things that I feel that is important. 1. At least two extra hand towels. The reason is we took a shower at night then another in the morning and we had to use the larger towels to wash. 2. Maybe supply some type of plastic bag to put dirty […] clothes in, just in case people forget or don't have anything. Overall we were completely satisfied and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Nicest place in Port Arthur for the price. Big clean room, fast reliable internet connection and very quite.

This hotel was brand new and had very nice ameneties, like the large showerhead and very comfortable bed with nice sheets and bedspread. It was safe and the staff were accomodating, but there was only the Waffle House within walking distance for eateries. I booked it specifically because it had a nice fitness room from the pictures. The equipment was […] ill-placed and crooked, so I mentioned it to the front desk staff and they were on top of it immediately. Definitely a nice home away from home. Les mer

We got lost several times on our trip to Port Arthur. The directions we had from a map website were not correct. Check-in and check-out took less than 5 minutes. On the weekend, breakfast bar should stay open until 10:30. Everyone was very nice. We would stay there again..

great stay we wernt suppost to enter hotel till check in time at 12:00. we drove from orlando 15 hours to our destination me and my fiance were so tirerd. i called la quinta at 7 in the morning and asked if we can early check in they said yes we hen i got there at 7:30 they evan let us have breakfast. people r great and very pleasnt.

The hotel staff was very nice and they accomodated us and answered all of our questions. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good.
