My wife and I came for anniversary trip and to be able to sleep in (4 kids at home). We were put into a room that is next to the breakfast work station. We were awakened at 6am by banging on the wall. When I complained to the Sunday employee (Matt, I think)...after being very short, rude, and frowning...he agreed to change our room. The hotel staff (front desk) let us know from the beginning that we had booked from an "outside source" and therefore would not be eligible for Marriot members rewards. We were given the only room without any view(Behind the hotel sign), and were treated as a bother not as a welcome guest. However, the breakfast staff was very nice and hospitable. The hotel was really nice, I didn't get to check in until really late at night and there was no fee. The employees there were a great help and even told us about the trolleys and got a shuttle to pick us up from the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean. It was very enjoyable, i would stay there again.

It was bike week and spring break, needless to say the area hotels were packed! This hotel was clean and comfortable. Even though the hotel was very full, we never were disturbed by the voices or activity of other guests. The hotel is located right off I-95, so it was easy to access for travel.

The hotel room was very clean-- the breakfast was ok-- the only thing missing possibly was a micro wave in the room -- but this is not critical. Overall this is a very clean hotel. I was pleased.

Very nice, comfortable, and clean. Close to all attractions and great morning continental breakfast included! This is not an upscale 4 star hotel, but it meets and exceeds the needs of typical tourists looking for a nice place to stay at a reasonable cost.

the only suggestion is to have a better selection for breakfast, such as scambled eggs with a side. otherwise stay was very accomodating

Great. Especially if you want to be near outlet malls.

Comfortable stay at a chain with a good reputation. Room was clean, but a little small compared to other sites. Close to interstate, but not too far from historic district of St. Augustine.

We went for our wedding anniversary. Nice room, great comp breakfast, & nice facility. A bit remote from downtown but that worked okay.

The room was lovely and very comfortable. We were on the road and appreciated a choice of restaurants nearby. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Was new condition, conveniently situated for the outlet stores and not far from the downtown area, the room was nice and the breakfast was good. We would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Although we did not go to the Oulets as there is so much to see in St. Augustine, we had wonderful time. I recommend the Trolleys as they are the best way to go and learn about hte history. We did not enjoy the Ghost Tram for the Trolley that evening, just a little too cheesey, but the carriage ride was awesome. The beach was not too far away. The parking […] was free if you bought a trolly pass and they even took you to the beach (although we did not take advantage of that, we drove to it ourselves). Les mer

The hotel is newer hotel right off the expressway. The hotel was nicely decorated and very clean. The room was nice sized and the bed was comfortable. It is not as convenient as some of the hotels in town and you need to drive to the tourist attractions. Plan on $7 to $10 per day for parking near St. George or the fort.

Hotel was newer and very contemporary and with clean lines and color schemes as far as decor. Only a few issues, in the room (king suite) the 2 TV's in the different sections were the same brands and the remote for one controlled the other. Made it difficult to watch 2 different programs when one was changing the other constantly. Front desk just said […] it was the remote and there was nothing they could do! Room great. Spacious, comfortable, clean, neat. Fridge, Microwave, decent breakfast.

all the tables were dirty and whe n you asked for the table to be clened she was to busy talking to other staff.

So close to every attraction and the most comfortable rooms and beds. Super great breakfast - better than the B&B we stayed at in Key West! It worked well for adults and kids! Pool and jacuzi were great fun. Everything was in super working order and the overall cleanliness was superb - even the carpet and bedspreads. Hotel staff went above and beyond […] to make all very comfy - from keeping the b-fast buffett open longer to holding onto my dtr's laptop during the day so we could enjoy various excursions with peace of mind! Thanks to one and all - one of the best Hotels we've ever stayed in - it still had that "new" smell to it! Les mer

Excellent room, bed was very comfortable, clean, quiet, and about a ten minute drive to downtown St. Augustine. The Wife and I could not have asked for more for the price.

Location: convenient, 11-7 a.m. front desk clerk needs customer service skills Thurs-Fri. Breakfast buffet attendant outstanding service. Sheets and bed very uncomfortable for a fairly new hotel. Everything else was clean and new for the age of the hotel.(Under 1 year)
