Stayed here while catching a play in Rochester (about 20 minutes to Auditorium Theatre). Good location from highway and easy to get to from the border. We were surprised to find that dinner and breakfast were included, and decent! Free wine and beer (on tap). Important to note, the breakfast was full, not continental, with real eggs. Suite rooms were […] large with full fridge, dishwasher, microwave, 2 burner stove, pots and pans, dishes, etc. We didn't need all that for one night, but it would come in handy for a longer stay. Our family of 4 including a 2.5 year old and a 9 month old needed a 1 bed room suite so that they don't wake each other up during naps and night time. We were pleasantly impressed with the cleanliness, professionalism and quality of service. The kitchen with fridge helps to keep leftovers and baby food. The staff was responsive and change our room promptly […] when we found out the first room was too close to a service elevator. The included morning breakfast buffet was great for a young family. The hotel is new so everything looks good. The location is close to the Eastview mall and just 20 minutes from Rocheater city, so is a convenient and affordable option. great place to stay with family and friends. quiet, and clean, only issue i have is with the bed. a king size bed at the hotel is not the same as a king size bed at home. so not the room you are use too. i wish they had true king size beds we would have slept much better. awsome location and hotel over all.

I stayed here for a week for business. The rooms are very nice, the full kitchen makes it nice to have alternatives to eating out. There is a buffet each night, included in the cost, with the quality of food similar to a chain restaurant such as Chilis. Beer on tap and wine included in the buffet, very much appreciated. The gym is large, nice, with […] new equipment. Overall - excellent quality for a very affordable price (when booking through Hotels.com). I will stay here again when I return to Victor. The room was huge and the full kitchen was a nice surprise. The hotel personnel where very nice and getting extra supplies was a breeze. We will return if ever in the area again...

It was just over nite, a gorgeous place to stay, Top of the line as far as Im concerned. The lady at the front desk was great, lent me a deck of cards, they dont sell them. Amazing service, coffee, breakfast was great. Will come and stay again!!!!! Its a 10

The hotel was tucked away but good signage to follow. It was quiet & safe. The rooms were comfortable & clean. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed a nice breakfast before departing. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff are cheerful and friendly. Breakfast food assortment is great. Nice to dine on china plates and use stainless flatware instead of plastic like other hotels. Better for the environment too. Hotel is close to highway and shopping in area is great. Easy access to outlet mall as well.

The biggest issue is finding this place! They have signs indicating where to turn, but we came close to evening time and didn't realize the small signs until we turned around at least 3 times. The hotel is located on a street close to the Holiday Inn, they really should get a big, lit sign. But once we found this place we were very pleased. We were […] a party of four and had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment we entered the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, even guiding us to the best place to park our car so we would be close to our room. The hotel is incredibly clean and well maintained. The rooms were spotless and the bed is very comfortable. We had a very long day so it was nice to come in and have a good night's rest. The kitchenette and living room area are well stocked, it's like having your own apartment for the weekend. The hotel also has an indoor pool and a small, but good enough gym. The breakfast in the morning was excellent, I was expecting a typical continental breakfast of bagels and muffins but they had such a great variety and even a waffle maker! The room we had, a kingbed suite was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The fresh clean smell of the bed linen was very conducive to a good night sleep. I used the gym every day of my 3-day stay, because it was well equipped. Only remark one day the towels had run out! The staff was very courteous and helpful, in my case especially, because I needed […] to print a very important document in colour and the girl at front desk let me use the one in the hotel office. It was my third stay at Homewood Suites. The rooms are nicely decorated and they have a fully equipped kitchen. I do not cook during my stays but it is very convenient to have a fridge where you can store your soda or water. They have plenty of outlets which is important to me since I always travel with a lot of gadgets. Their breakfast is good with […] cold and hot items...and it is complimentary. Parking is easy and after you know where your room is, you can always park close to a secondary entrance (you need to use your room keys). This time I used the fitness room. The equipment is new and everything was working perfectly. Their elliptical machines even have individual TV monitors. I only wish it was a little cheaper. Les mer

This was as satisfactory as the 4 star we stayed at while at Niagara Falls. Very good stay, and when we travel from North of Boston again we will make your hotel in Victor N.Y. our choice again.

It was our second stay at this Hotel. We really like the size of the room. This time we did not reserve the studio but the room was more than enough for our needs. My only concern is about the price. I know... it is a very nice hotel but for a place like Victor this hotel is a bit expensive.

We used the Suites as a one night convenient stop-over on our way to Pennsylvania from Niagara Falls. The hotel was ideally situated just off the Freeway, but not at all noisy. Our suite was excellent - very spacious and comfortable and suited our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. It was fully equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, […] etc and tea & coffee were also provided. Convenient for local supermarkets and restaurants and a complimentary breakfast was included which was ideal. The hotel had laundry facilities on the 2nd floor, which we didn't use, but I always feel this is a bonus, particularly for families travelling around. The hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend this hotel. Les mer

This was a good location for day trip passing thru Rochester region. There are closer hotels to the city center, this was close to the highways. Breakfast was nice. Having meals during the weekdays can be a great savings for family travel.

The only thing I notice was, as I was watching other people checking in, I saw they were givin bottle water and a snack, and I was left out, other than that, Most of the staff was excellent.

We stayed here as a jumping off point to Rochester, and found it quite nice. Comfortable beds, very nice personnel, good food provided on complimentary meals.

This hotel is located close to the Eastview mall (5 minutes drive). It is close to the highway but we could not hear any noise. The breakfast is good but the food area seems small considering the size of the hotel. When we were there the hotel was not full and there were a lot of people waiting in line (around 9:00am).

This hotel is great for business travelers. The room is VERY spacious, and having a separate kitchen and desk area is wonderful. The internet is consistent and fast. The rooms are clean and new. I also like having a separate dvd player. The pool is a bit utilitarian, but very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I did not have dinner there, […] but it is a nice option to have. Breakfast was extensive. It is convenient that these meals are included. The only thing i don't like is the location. It is on a side street that is hard to find, and difficult to see in the dark. The hotel was awesome! The whole staff was Great, freindly and accomadating. The entire hotel was spotless and well maintained. The fact that they served an excellent breakfast and dinner (including wine!) during the week was a fantastic feature. The room was more than I could have asked for; with the full kitchen, sitting room and 2 TV's it was great. […] We had a great time and would like to always stay at a Homewood Suites whenever we travel. Very nice suite, with friendly, helpful staff. Very much enjoyed the stay. Pool had too much chlorine in it, so swimming wasn't very enjoyable. Otherwise, I would highly recommend it.

Who thousands of miles from home, and we still right at home. I LOVE Homewood Suites. I will always choose this hotel over others. Good-Hot breakfast with something new everyday. Clean and Comfortable beds. Love all the pillows! We really save money, especially when traveling with children, having access to a full kitchen.
