Veldig greit motell til rimelig pris nær DFW International. Egen bil som bringer til og fra flyplass gratis ca hvær 45 min. Bare lett frokost, men god og rimelig døgnåpen restaurang like over gata. Kan anbefales.

Svært fornøyd med prisen på hotellrommet som var stort nok for oss med to store barn; studio med 2 queenbeds. Særlig godt med egen "forstue" med kjøkkenkrok. pluss sovesofa. Daglig renhold med håndkleskift. Innendørs basseng fikk vi ikke benyttet. Kort gangavstand til bl.a.History district samt stilige skyskrapere. Flott utgangspunkt for en snartur til Dallas.

"What not to do in hotel management"
The hotel was clean and well maintained. However, sitting in the lobby, the maintenance man, housekeeper supervisor, and two other employees decided to have a lively discussion on how vaccuum cleaners needed to be reported how the "girls" in housekeeping need to follow the process, and how "maintenance" is not going to bring them down. Management also […] booked a teen party that lasted until 1AM with extremely loud music. I was on the 5th floor, party on the 1st floor and I could hear it clearly over my TV. Reported the noise 4 times, apology given, but no remedy. Had to call and get room cleaned on first day and basically I was blamed for it not getting it cleaned. (still dont understand that one) It takes more than a nice building to have a good hotel. Overall management lacking while other personnel lack professionalism. Les mer
"One Problem"
Upon arrival we were given our room and it turned out not to be the room I had reserved. Instead of one king bed it had 2 twins. We decided not to complain but the staff should have told us the room was different than the one reserved prior to us taking keys and moving luggage to the 4th floor.

"Nice Hotel, Lousy Breakfast"
This is a relatively expensive hotel. The breakfast they served was truly mediocre. No hot entrees and a poor selection of cold ones.
"Mostly Good"
Over all it was a very nice place. We had a room with two queen beds. The room had a sitting area and a desk to do business work. The square footage was good. The weird thing was how they had the TV. There is only one .. which is fine but there is a half wall between the beds and the sittting areea and the tv is inbetween and you have to turn it in […] either area and you don't get a good veiw. If you sleep in and leave your room after 10 you will need to call the front desk to get your room cleaned. One day they skipped us, we left the DND sign on till 10:30. The staff was very nice and friendly. I would also recommend asking for a room on the back side if you have good hearing because of the highway, but it is not overly too bad. "Great Looks, Poor Service"
The hotel is pretty new and very good looking. The room was nice with a little "living room" area with a sofa and TV. However, the first night the bed sheets and pillowcases had evidently NOT been changed. Gross. Plus, the carpet had little debris all over the place. We told the front desk clerk about our room the following morning and she merely […] replied: "ok" No apology whatsoever. "Hyatt Dallas"
Front desk staff was a bit abrupt. Arrived after check-in time and was told that they're sold out for the weekend - explained that we already had a reservation. They said because the hotel was full they were running behind on getting rooms ready. Asked if we could come back in about an hour and offered to let us leave our baggage in a storage room. […] Parking lots were completely full - I think we got one of the very last spots. The guest room itself was nice - comfy bed and nice TV & couch - but very low water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was limited and very little seating available in/near the breakfast area; we opted for Ihop instead. Not a terrible experience but not exactly what I would expect from Hyatt either.. "Hyatt Place - Dallas/Garland TX"
My families and I stayed at the Hyatt Place for a weekend trip to Dallas/Garland area and the hotel services were superior as everyone were friendly & very helpfully. I travelled alot for my business across the nation & world and have stayed at many larger hotel chain but this Hyatt Place services were far superior than those other hotels.

"Very modern, very nice!"
My family was very satisfied with this 2 year old hotel. We would definitely stay here again & recommend to others. We visited Hawaiian Falls Water Park which is literally a walk away & had a blast. The only thing that was missing in our room was a microwave. Other than that, our stay was quiet, clean & enjoyable there.

"Nice area!"
If your not sure about Dallas safety, stay here. It is a real nice area and easy to get around even avoiding the toll roads. You can be in downtown Dallas in about 20 min's and Fort Worth in about 40 min's. The hotel staff is very friendly and the hotel it self was clean & comfortable.

A very nice and clean hotel, was very satisfied, Pool is very tiny and only three feet tall. The breakfast was not good at all, you will have to eat breakfast else where.

This was a great discovery on hotels.com. Rates were a steal on hotels.com vs booking directly w hotel. This is virtually a brand new hotel, so design and maintenance is at its peak. Also, they seem to try hard to provide great service. Not sure if the rates were part of a strategy to fill up a new hotel. Only downside was that their meal service was […] slow (you have to order from the front desk or via a kiosk). These folks have to man the bar, take food orders, check people in, answer phones, etc.. I think they are overburdening them. Items were good, but pricey...you'll probably eat out with the choices available nearby vs order in. I have been traveling weekly for 10 years and this is one of the best for the money you can find, even at Hyatt's own website regular prices. Les mer

The hotel is lovely, the sleeping room comfortable, (loved the TV), but the front desk was either overscheduled or underscheduled. There were four people to check me in when I arrived, but when other service was needed, only one person was available to check in guests, sell food items, tend the bar and service the kitchen.

Overall an excellent 3-star hotel at a 2-21/2 star price. Very high quality facilities, comfortable and spotless clean. Big, comfy, suite-like rooms, good continental breakfast and an "order at the lobby" a la carte restaurant. "Breakfast offerings sub par"
This was nice and clean for the price. The last night our floor turned in to the party floor, which woke us up from a sound sleep. Amenities that are usually complimentary at other motels were only available at an added charge. Nothing hot for breakfast except oatmeal. The Hyatt could take lessons from the Drury.

"Beware of activities @ convention cntr next door"
The hotel is beautiful, rooms are pretty and comfortable as well. The problem is the people that stay at the hotel. The weekend we were there, this was our second stay, a cheerleading competition was being held at the convention center next door. Kids were running up and down the hallways, slamming doors, knocking then running before you were able to […] answer the door. That evening once the older kids were back from their activities the language was disgusting! Where were the parents?! Ooops, maybe that was the parents talking like that! Anyway, quite disappointed. "Great Room, Great Brand"
My wife and I recently stayed here during a weekend get away and as always with the Hyatt Place hotels were pleased with the service, cleanliness, comfort, of the property. This is a great value when you consider complimentary parking and continental breakfast, free Wi-Fi.
"Loved the room layout!"
This room was exactly as pictured and was perfect for our needs. Everything appeared very clean. The only thing I missed was a microwave in the room. I didn't like that there was no ice machine on the 1st floor and none available in the Galley. We had requested 2nd or 3rd floor weeks before our arrival. I called to confirm this 2 days before check in […] and was told we could have the 1st or 6th floor, somewhat disappointing but no big deal really. We left our room late on our second day (around 1:00) there so we got NO housekeeping attention to our room-maybe this in normal? By the time we got back to the room it was too late to request any housekeeping. Overall, we enjoyed out stay and would stay there again. So far, the best we have found in that immediate area. Friendly staff and nice hotel. It was a very good location - close to the mall and hawaiian falls water park. Very pleased and will stay there again.
The hotel is very bright and comfortable and the staff did everything possible to make our stay pleasant. Great value for such a nice hotel.
"convenient to my son's home"
Everything was great - convenient to my son's home. The only negative thing and this is truly nothing that would prevent our return but there was a prom the night we were there causing some excess noice with someone knocking on our door in the middle of the night startling us, but apparently not extremely, since we fell readily back to sleep.

"Great Place, Just don't eat there"
Very nice hotel. Modern ammenities. Wish they had room service. You have to go to the check in desk to order food. Food was simply awful. Had the burger, wife had the ham sandwhich....both tasted strange. Overall a great experience.
