Rommene trenger oppussing - sotflekker rundt ventilasjonsåpninger. Ellers greit og bra valuta for pengene. Flott lobby, lobbybar og toppbar i 21. etg.

Utrolig bra som et overnattingssted som ligger omtrent på Shin-Osaka stasjonen. Herfra når man hele Japan med Shinkansen og har direkte tog til Kansai flyplassen og alle forbindelser til sentrale deler av Osaka. Lite rom. lite bad, men har sjelden fått mer igjen for pengene enn her. Ikke forvent noen luksus, det er det heller ikke markedsført som. Helt grei frokost, veldig hyggelig betjening. Vill edefinitivt bruke dette igjen.

Veldig bra som siste stopp før hjemreise. Togstasjon og flyplassterminal er bare et par minutters gange fra hotellet.

På nordsiden av byen ligger dette, Osakas senter for moderne butikker. I tillegg til atskillige kjøpesentre, finner du her Umeda himmelbygning. A 3-star hotel in a good location. Bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. Gave me a neck ache after 2 nights. Carpets and furniture old but room and bathroom were generally clean. Very convenient to get to and from the airport as the airport bus is just about 5 mins walk away.

"Good value for money"
This hotel is 5 minutes walk from Osaka Station and a break from the bustle of busy Umeda. Clean and relatively big toilet. I will rate it over other hotels of the same price in the area. GOOD value for money but of course you wont expect 5 stars.
"Great location, great price"
Really close to the train station, shops, and restaurants. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Wifi is not available in the room however, and we had to use the wifi in the lobby.

It is really nice to have a hotel which located near the subway station. Along the way, there are cheap eateries which are pleasant to us as restaurants are especially expensive in many parts of japan. Rooms might be small to some people, but the overall experience is still satisfying.

I stayed at Hearton Hotel Nishiumeda in March 2012 and found it to be fantastic value for money. I stayed in a triple room, and while there wasn't a lot of space, it was a clean and comfortable room. The location is perfect for seeing the sights of Osaka - we could get everywhere we wanted to go from the nearby Umeda subway and Osaka JR station. "Super convenient to downtown Osaka"
1 minute walk to Osaka station and tremendous amount of underground shopping nearby, also very convenient for connecting trains to Kobe, Kyoto, Nara and other attractions via Osaka-Umeda station. Hotel room is clean although a bit old. My price paid was 40% off regular price so it was a good deal.

Really enjoyed this hotel and its location. The rooms are kinda small but as a couple it was fine for us who only needed a place to sleep and decent internet. It is next to Osaka station- about a 2 min walk. directions are a bit confusing so make sure you google map before you leave as we walked around for an hour to find it and then it was right next […] to the station we came into. The location ended up being the best part about this hotel as this gave us easy access to anywhere we wanted to travel. The room itself was fine, again it was small but it served its purpose well. "Hearton Hotel Nishiumeda"
This is an above average hotel--good location to Osaka station and the airport limousine bus stop. Room was on the small side and is a bit tight for two persons although the bathroom was of satisfactory size. Front office staff had some English language deficiencies but they went out of their way to help. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate […] and had western and Japanese cuisine. Our big grouse was that we were given a smoking room despite the fact that we had booked our room in late November 2011 and had requested for a non-smoking room. Front office claimed that there were no non-smoking rooms available when we checked in. This is a matter which hotel.com should take up with the management. Les mer
"Very Convenient"
The hotel is very close to JR Osaka, only less than 5 min walk. Very convenient to travel. The room is fine but quite small, and the mattress is bad for back. Overall, reasonable price with convenient location.

The only negative about this hotel is just that the rooms are incredibly small. Even the bathroom seems large compared to the room itself. If you are two people with large bags....well, good luck. However, the room is clean and the bed is comfortable and the location is very central. Take note: if you are coming out of Umeda Station, take the Sakurabashi […] Exit and walk through the restaurant Arcade and the hotel is right on the other side. The hotel is in a great location, right next to a central train station. The gripes would be the size of the room and facilities provided in the room. The room is really small, but once on the bed, that's not so bad. Another irritating thing was the poor kettle that was provided. It was a really tiny model, the sort that makes a cup of hot water, which […] takes ages anyway. With that, you can forget instant noodles at night. To get to the hotel, take the Sakurabashi exit from JR Osaka station, cross the road and pass through a mall lined with restaurants. The hotel is just across the road at the end of this mall. Staff are friendly and helpful. The recommendations they gave us for the restuarants were great. Totally enjoyed the food in Osaka. "Convenience for a cost"
This particular hotel is located in an extremely convenient location. It is within easy walking distance of the bustling Namba area and transportation links via the city's subway, bus and rail lines is easily available. While the furnishing was somewhat dated, it was in a decent condition and perfectly usable. I did find the room to be somewhat smaller […] than the usual Japanese business hotel room. By the fourth and final night of my stay, I was beginning to find the room to be rather confining. I would certainly recommend considering this place if you are alone or will not be spending a considerable amount of time in the room. I checked out the lunch buffet available at the hotel and felt it offered a decent variety for the price and the quality of the food was acceptable. I would recommend that you check out the surrounding areas and consider having your meals there. For those who prefer late nights, there is an exceedingly friendly takoyaki man who operates out of the back of a van just outside the hotel at late hours. Excellent location, just a minute walk from airport limonusine terminal & JR Osaka Station (Sakurabashi Exit). English speaking is OK in front desk as well. Comfort Room though its small, bathroom is relatively big compare with the room. Cozy & warm feeling in Garden Cafe. Coin laundry is another surprise to me for its efficent & convenience !!

The hotel sited in Umeda, Osaka. JR train and airport bus station are both within 5 - 10 minutes walking distance. The hotel room is clean, tidy and modern. Very attractive rates for room may be offered from time to time.

Good location but for a triple room it is basically a twin bedroom adding on extra bed condition. So it will be cramp. If twin or single bedroom, it would be ok.

Hotel is located near Osaka station which is convenience for traveling. Besides, there is a mini malls right next to the hotel (on the right hand side, before entering the Osaka station) where many restaurants are available for your dining selection. Especially, hotel staff are able to speak English more fluently and understandable than other hotel […] where i used to stay in Osaka. If i have a chance to go Osaka, i will stay there again! Her rate is good. Although the room space is a lttle small. Others are pretty good. I recommand it for short travel.
Excellent for one person but a bit small for 2. On the whole, very agreeable accommodation. One great help is staff do speak reasonable English. Will come again.

Small compact and clean room on a superb location next to osaka main station in umeda. Together with affordable room prices, it is one of the best value hotels to stay in osaka.
The hotel is right next to the train tracks, you will hear slight noises generated from train movement even though the windows are almost sound proof . This does not bother me as i slept late . A short walk to the subway and major shopping area. The airport bus station is also within 5min walk from the hotel. Good tourist & business hotel.

We found it extremely hard to find the hotel at first as the Osaka train station is so big and have many exits. We realised after we walked around that we should have taken the Sakurabashi Exit , walk across the pedestrians crossing then keep going straight through the big corridor with cafes, restaurants and Sofmap store. After you reach the end of […] the corridor, the hotel is right infront of you. Loads of great eats around the place. Plus there is wifi in the lobby so it was great for us to connect the iPad. Everything great, except for the lack of smoke-free dining facilities. Having stayed at the hotel for 11 nights and with 2 young children we would definitely have dined there but for the smokers.
"A little inconvenient at night"
Not the fault of the hotel, but at 11PM the shopping street that provides a shortcut from the JR station (and cover from the rain) closes down. Also, it was hard to find a convenience store nearby.

We had 3 great nights at Hearton Hotel Nishiumeda. It is very much newer (large bright lobby for Internet) than the more expensive Daichi Hotel which we stayed 1 night earlier on. The location is fantastic - just 3 mins walk to the Airport Limousine Station and a 5-min walk to the Osaka Station. For first timers though, it may be a little difficult […] to locate the hotel initially as it is tucked away from the main road. It is practically next to the Umeda Station, which makes it convienent to travel in or out of Osaka. The room was pretty small but for Japanes Hotel, it was reasonable cos we book the twin, rather than the semi-double which is just a single small room but change the single bed to a double bed, which makes the room cramp. Staff speaks little english. […] Bed ok, not too hard. Setting the room air-con is confusing cos it is only in Japanese, so may need to get the guy who show u the room to set it the way you want it first before u let him go. You have a Lot of Food shops And shopping malls Very Close. it is located at the West Side of The osaka Station building. I had to go to A conference And from the West Side you can Take the free Shuttle to the rhiga Royal Hotel Whitch is right Nest the osaka Konvention Center. So that was very convenient.
