Great hotel for those with little kids that take naps or go to bed early. The Suite room is perfect to be in while the kids are sleeping, and are well insulated so loud TV's can't be heard. The Hotel is was very clean, had a clean smell and an elegant feel. The Pool and hot tub, and the area around them were clean and well kept. Our 4 y/o kept telling […] us that our hotel was Beautiful. The ENTIRE Staff (maids, clerks, kitchen, bartenders) were VERY professional, personable and courteous from check-in to check-out, constantly asking us if we needed something else to make our stay better. There was inclement weather one night and we had to come to the main lobby for safety reasons, the staff was very calm and kept us informed of the situation at all times. With 2 small kids who are scared of storms, we never felt stressed, panicked or in danger. Big Thumbs up there. Good Location for Easton/ Polaris, COSI and the Downtown area & Arena district. The only draw backs were 1) we had to pay for Internet if we wanted it (other Embassy's it was free) and 2) we could hear people in the room on top of us running around and flush toilets, but not that it wakes you up, but makes it hard to go to sleep. You can get those problems standard at any place, so this does not play a negative in our book Overall, we really enjoying staying here. We will be staying there again, and will look for Embassy Suites when we travel as our hotel of choice. Les mer

Everything was nice about the hotel but the pool was freezing and the hottub was broken.

Great location quiet, and very clean. The Fitness facility and pool are great. Breakfast is excellent also.

It was snowing and ice everywhere...we were checking out that morning. I went out to my car and someone in the hotel had scraped my windows...what a nice surprise. Everyone was very friendly and nice and helpful.

We found the suite particularly suitable for a four plus hour business meeting with a consultant. The desk/table was perfect to allow the three of us to work with our papers spread out. First of all, I'd like to say that this is a very nice hotel and was an almost perfect stay. The rooms were very nice and had all of the modern conveniences. However, I had to get up pretty early (around 6am) to catch a flight, and there was no hot water in the shower. I let it run for a good 10 minutes hoping it would heat up and still nothing. I […] mentioned it to the front desk as I was leaving and the woman just said that you have to run it for a long time when it's that early in the morning. That would have been good info to have the night before so I could have planned. I would not stay there again and would pick one of the other hotels right next door just because of that inconvenience. Les mer

It was an enjoyable experience dealing with Hotels.com and my stay at the Embassy Suites. The booking was easy and I had no troubles when I got to the hotel. All went very smooth.

I had to work in Columbus for over a week. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me. Kristen, Rachel and Said made this stay very rewarding. When I had to fax over 100 sheets late one night, Kristen and Rachel took over the task when the Business Center's fax wouldn't operate properly. Kristen had the restaurant open up and prepare a sandwich. […] On the weekend when I was too far from home, Said the shuttle driver drove me to the Museum of Art and picked me up 3 hours later. My time at the hotel was perfect. I booked another stay in Albuquerque based on my time at the Columbus property. Les mer

Conveniently located near Port Columbus Airport. Quick access to freeway. One of the more contemporary Embassy Suites.

Good breakfast and happy hour service. The suites are nice, but they don't have any suites that connect. The frig in my room didn't get very cold and internet in the room costs almost $10 per day (not per stay), with a wired connection that is slow. The pool area is attractive, with nice pool chairs and towels, but the tiles around the pool edge are […] very slick and the pool floor is stainless steel ...very slippery. Their key cards get de-activated easily if they are carried anywhere near your cell phone. The large flat screen TVs have many cable channels, but no on-screen guide of the TV schedule. Les mer

This was our second stay at this hotel and we have been generally very satisfied both times. Two small concerns were that the housekeeping department was rather slow in getting the room cleaned during our stay and at breakfast, the kitchen seemed unable to keep on top of the food demand which kept people standing and waiting too often. However, the […] food at the hotel was very fresh and nicely prepared, especially the salads at lunch and dinner. The service was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the free shuttle to and from the airport, as well as to and from the mall area. If we come to this area again, we will plan to stay at this hotel. It is a good deal for the price. Les mer

Arrived at airport after 11pm due to flight delays, (no fault of mine). Had to catch a cab to hotel due to no available shuttle service after 11pm (other hotels their were providing services till 12am). Thought cab fare should have been deducted from my bill.

Nice location! The hotel had convenient access to the highway in order to do some sightseeing (like the Columbus Zoo and COSI). Nice decor, clean. One drawback was that the water in the pool was SO cold. Otherwise we had a very nice experience. Would visit there again!

The staff could not have been more genuienly friendly & helpful. If I am in Columbus I'll be staying at the Embassy again.

this is the 2nd year in a row our baseball team has stayed at the embassy suites airport for the state baseball tournament. this year we had 2 other teams stay with us too. we all had a great time once again. the only thing i found a little disappointing this time around was the appetizers at the managers reception. last year there were 2 hot and 2 […] cold appetizers each evening, and always different from day to day, this year however it was always fruit, cheese, chips, salsa and pretzels. i was really looking forward to the great food we had last year,and the kids were really looking forward to the mini tacos, that's all they have talked about since our stay last year. This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. The handicap accessible room was great. There was a track team staying the one night, in the "living room' you could hear the kids up and down the halls, but in the 'bedroom' it was perfectly quiet. The staff was always helpful. Would absolutely stay there again.

As usual the Embassy doesn't disappoint. We were there for 5 days and the service was top notch. Breakfast was delicious and there were many things to choose from. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The shuttle to Easton mall was great and the driver was a pleasure to talk to. The kids were happy that the pool stayed open late. And […] the fitness center was nice. This hotel would be my first choice next time I am in town. Thanks Embassy for making our stay great! This very new hotel is very close to the Airport and very convenient. The rooms are Suite style, large with 2 flat screen TV and very nice. The lobby is great and offers nightly appetizers. The lobby has a nice bar and a nice coffee shop which offers Starbucks and sandwiches. Exercise Room and pool are very upscale. A great experience and I have stayed […] there twice. Les mer

This hotel was fantastic. I will stay again upon my return visits to Columbus. Property was clean inside and out. Service was wonderful. I truly enjoyed!

I took 4 high schoolers with me for an over night. It was aweosme. The managers receiption was really great and the breakfast the next morning was way more then expected. We had a great time it was a really positive experience.

Great hotel, very clean. Bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was great!

I would recommend this hotel to anyone, it is very clean and has a modern decor. The hotel rooms are beautiful and the beds were very comfortable-just like sleeping in your own bed. Love the fact that the bedroom is separate from the main sitting area, which has a mini fridge, sink and eating area. The suite had two 42 inch T.V's, a large couch with […] chaise attached and ottoman, the bathroom is spacious and extremely clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed the free shuttle to and from the Easton Mall. I also drove my car and felt very safe leaving it in the parking lot and was happy to see security constantly checking the grounds. Les mer

The rooms were nice, the restaurant was less than what I expected though. I was hoping for more of a dining experience and more of an enclosed bar and dining area. It was a really weird setting. We ended up going to the Marriott to eat at their restaurant and hang at their bar and lounge. Everything else about the Embassy was pleasant.
