Villa Zolitude Resort & Spa - Phuket

Had a wonderful time, high recommend this place. Though the pools are not so private but for a personal pool it is one of the larger ones.

Villa Zolitude was the perfect getaway for us. We spent lazy days in our private pool reading and relaxing surrounded by beautiful lush green scenery. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would most definitely recommend to anyone looking to get away from the beach-side madness in Phuket. The spa was lovely, but a little on the expensive side, although while we were there they had a 40% off treatment deal which made it more reasonable. My husband did the thai cooking class which was a great experience and good value for money. Just returned from 7 nights in a grand pool villa. The hotel was a little too remote and secluded compared to what I was expecting as it took approx 20 mins + taxi ride to go to places of interest. However, the remoteness was equally a plus point as its up in the hills with wonderful green views. The villa itself was very spacious with a generous […] pool. I initially felt the villa didn't match my expectations as the marble style in the decking area gave a dirty look although was actually clean. The pool tiles also didn't give impression of high quality but were fine. Think I was being picky really. The pool is not temperature controlled so was a little on cold side which provided a fun daily challenge to ease ourselves into the pool! Breakfast was ok, expected more as the options weren't great but enough to mix things up each day. Room service food options were better. Staff were fantastic. They were very responsive and efficient. Some staff particularly stood out for politeness. One thing to point out... We were there at a time when there were hundreds if not thousands of Cicadas (type of locust). They didn't really bother us much as they stayed in trees and were actually hard to locate however they were super noisy throughout the day. Apparently they appear every 17 years so possibly not there for much longer! Overall a great hotel and would recommend to those not too fussed about being far from the beach or places of interest. This is a nice hotel which is very isolated. The rooms all have private pools. There are intermittent shuttles to the beach and Phuket town. A decent choice if you want some alone time.

Overall this is a very nice resort but not worth the high price. Breakfast was average and some of the outdoor furniture is tatty. Compared to other resorts we have stayed at in this price range I would say it needs to upgrade.

Wow!what an experience!such a small price for such an amazing place, the villa was continually cleaned and the staff could not do more for us. My partner & I spent 4 nights in Villa Zolitude after 5 nights in patong. Whilst our hotel in patong was also of very high standard, Villa solitude raised the 5 star rating above & beyond anything I have stayed in. The hotel was beautiful and perfect for a couples retreat. Kinda far away from anything exciting so it's only good if you plan to stay at the resort all day. Far away from the beaches but the pool is great. The jungle noises can get pretty intense and even wake you up early in the morning. Beautiful rooms but in a very secluded location.

We stayed here for three nights and it certainly wasn't long enough. Although it's a bit of a trek to get there and around the property, it's well worth it for the seclusion, great service, and relaxation. We had a Deluxe Pool Villa which was nestled in the jungle and didn't have a view. Our only regret is we didn't upgrade to the Grand Pool Villas […] that have a view of the bay. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning. The on-call cabs at the resort will take you anywhere. Chalong bay was close which has boats that go out to all of the islands. And we trained at Tiger Muay Thai every day which was just a mile south. The resort was so accommodating - of the five hotels we stayed at in Thailand this was our favorite. The only negatives were the massive amounts of mosquitoes, but the hotel provided some bug spray, and the fact that we ran out of hot water before we could fill up the jacuzzi tub. I'd recommend this to anyone wanting a more sophisticated vacation away from the hustle and bustle of trashy Patong Beach. Les mer

The staff at Villa Zolitude are beautiful, gracious and efficient. It is a wonderful resort in which to relax and experience the warm Thai hospitality. I can't wait to go back. Do the cooking class, it was great fun and I learnt so much.

Fabulous villa and excellent service. Worth every penny! Love the 3 sided open to above windows with great view! The villa has 2 storeys which IMO is too big for the 2 of us and our 9 month old. But would be perfect if the in law joined us. Didnt realize there were 2 separate washrooms in the villa. Room got cleaned twice a day! Can't really think […] of anything to complain about the service. Everyone was super friendly and professional. The only downside is its quite far from everything else. Closest beach is nai harn beach which cost 500thb to get there. Takes about 20 mins. Perfect place for a relax getaway! Les mer

Loved this resort, and so glad I chose it after shopping around for the perfect place to stay. If you want peace, privacy and quiet this is the place. It's nestled in the hills and has amazing views. I am staying in a grand villa but privacy is compromise as the private pool is not exactly private as some staffs of the hotel tend to come by and peep into the villa at times! Certain location of the villa can be of view to the public eye and couple hv to lookout if their privacy is intruded!

This resort was absolutely fantastic! We could not have been happier and more impressed with the beauty of the resort and the quality of service we received. From the moment we arrived to the last minute we were there the staff did everything they could to make us feel welcome and help us with any request we had. We booked a deluxe pool villa and all […] I can say is wow. The bed was comfortable, everything in the room was luxurious, clean, and chic. The view was breathtaking. The breakfast included with the room was a wonderful buffet with anything you could think of offered. All of the other meals we had there we enjoyed immensely as well. The resort is "off the beaten path" and the only sounds you hear are coming from nature or the splash of your infinity pool. Great place, really great people, great service. The best place to relax far away from town atmosphere. Dinner at the villa was a very good experience and also excursion to Phiphi islands was something to remember. For sure I shall go back there.

It's a brilliant hotel to visit and truly a memorable experience! Not very baby friendly though with lots of steps and potential hot spots. We really wished we had gone there before we had our baby! The hotel staff are extremely friendly and though they have just one restaurant, the food is very good... The location is deep inside the mountain and not easy to get around without calling taxi. But that is the whole idea of this villa. Maybe you need to rest after having crazy nights on the Patong beach, or peaceful time with your family or wife. The staff is well trained and serve you with utmost attention. Very nice and spacious room and facility. I stayed 3 nights at Grand Pool Villa. It looks a bit aged but still nice in overall. The resort locates quite far from the beach - it might be the only drawback of this villa. I would like to recommend this villa to the person who want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Phuket such as Patong beach.

À première vue, le séjour se présentait sous les meilleurs augures .... Mais après 8 jours dans ce petit paradis, nous pouvons dire que la réalité à dépasser nos fantasmes ... Nous avions demandé du calme et nos souhaits furent exhaussés, car nous avons eu une villa en hauteur au beau milieu de la forêts tropicale.... De plus un service de mini voiturettes […] était à notre disposition pour rejoindre la réception. La piscine privée était nettoyée tous les jours et la villa 2 à 3 fois. Étant assez difficiles sur la literie et le confort des salles de bains, nous n'avons rien eu à dire. 二层复式相当于两个套房，东南亚风格的设计，都很大很舒服，主套房很香艳，适合一家子住，夫妻住二楼，小孩在一楼游泳、玩IPAD、在自带酒吧桌搞下午茶，好写意好舒服，我是106房号，景观一般，101-104的景观都比较好，，这类酒店的好处是幽静、房间大景观好，缺点就是很偏僻，1、2公里内都是山路，酒店有2趟的免费班车到巴东和另一点，离大象橡胶园很近约一公里。

We've been to all the major 5 star resorts in Phuket and this one takes the price as being the best by far. The best pool villas with view and most importantly its the best service we've gotten from ANY hotel. If you Campare this hotel to, for example, The Pavillions, this is clearly a more true 5 star experience.

酒店在山上，虽然每天各有一班免费巴士去购物中心和海滩，还是觉得诸多不便。房间设施很好，附带的泳池虽小，可是孩子在里面玩得很开心。酒店还有一个公共泳池。 spa 也非常不错，正在搞促销，性价比很高。 可是除此以外，在酒店就没什么消遣，因为外出不便，所以只能看书看碟，所以适合喜欢安静的朋友。另外，酒店只有一个餐厅，菜单上的选择很有限，pizza的口味很难吃，和酒店水准不符。酒店的服务人员都礼貌周到，面带微笑，只有餐厅的服务人员，对欧美客人殷勤备至，对亚洲面孔木无表情，不只是什么原因。

パトンのホテルに滞在しながら中日くらいに癒しを求めて２４時間滞在して来ました。日本の旅館の露天風呂がついた離れの豪華版という感じで、露天風呂がプールになって食事もレストランに行かなくても、プールサイド　部屋の中　バルコニー　ベットの上どこでも部屋食がレストランと同じメニューでオーダーできます。日本語はたぶん通じないと思いますがスタッフがやさしいので何とかなると思います。スパもよそからのツアーがあるくらいなので大丈夫だと思います、家族も良かったと言ってました。恋人や奥さんの点数稼ぎには最高なホテルだと思います。

住的是2层泳池别墅，1、2层各有大床和洗手间，很宽敞，相当于2个套房，设施很舒适，很适合情侣或一家大小来度假。位于半山，环境很幽静，与海边是截然不同的风格，值得一试。由于规模不大，即使满客，也不多人，很安静很舒适，SPA有优惠，值得一试，要提前预约。据我所看，105、106的私隐不太好，因为与前面的路太近，不能裸泳，101、102、103、104的私隐就好很多了。

Bei der Ankunft erhielten wir als Erstes einen Brief, in welchem uns erklärt wurde, dass das Hauptpool während 3 Tagen für einen Privatanlass geschlossen sei. Da wir ausgerechnet diese 3 Tagen im Hotel eine Villa gebucht hatten, waren wir erstmals sehr enttäuscht. Uns wurde überhaubt keine Entschädigung für diese Unannehmlichkeiten angeboten. Das Hotel […] hat kein Fitnesscenter und auch keine Bar. Das Restaurant war am Abend fast ausgestorben. Da wir vorher im Hotel Ayara Hilltops waren, wo wir viel weniger bezahlt haben und sehr zufrieden waren, haben wir eine Vergleichsmöglichkeit. Wir hatten uns schon aufgrund der Preisdifferenz viel mehr vom Hotel Zolitude erhofft. Leider hat uns das Hotel enttäuscht. Der Service war auch nicht zufriedenstellend: Das Taxi konnte nicht rechtzeitig bestellt werden und auch die Anmeldung für den Gratisfahrdienst (nach Phuket) ging vergessen. Fazit: In Phuket gibt es bessere Hotels für weniger Geld. Wir können das Hotel Ayara Hilltops weiterempfehlen, aber leider nicht die Villa Zolitude. Les mer

10日間あまりを過ごしました。山の中で町にすぐに出て行くという事はできませんが、ゆったりと夫婦で過ごしました。セキュリティーがしっかりしていて、友人が訪ねてきても外でしか会えなかったし、パーキングロットから各ビラまではホテルの車で行かなければならず、それが難点でした。 滞在3日目にとんでもない大雨で天上から雨漏り。早朝にも拘らず対応してくれて、おわびのためか、アップグレードしたビラに替えてくださいました。 ただ蟻が多いのは少し気になりました。スパも静かで値段はそこそこですが、夫婦でゆったりと過ごすには良いところかかなと思います。
