Extremely friendly service. Very good continental breakfast. Great value.

The room was small, it smelled old and old. The bed was hard & pillows were flat & Old as was the spread. I found an extra flat pillow and a thin blanket up in closet that I used, but froze every night. I stayed because I had already planned my 3 day stay from that location.Nice pool and Bar-B-Q area's, but had lots of Bugs & not well maintained though. […] My Niece is from area and told me a big company had bought this place so I expected it to be nice. I travel a lot. Will not stay there again & wouln't recomend you do either. I've stayed in a hotel in area that was less expensive and nicer. Computer in lobby was not working well either. On the up side; Breakfast was good and there till 10:00. Most of the staff were nice. LOL Les mer

Thehotel had a lovely garden setting with plenty of beautiful plants and flowers. Pool was good although the jacuzzi had been removed. Enjoyed the chairs and tables outside our room and also the bbq facillities. The breakfast room was a good way of getting to know fellow guests. Staff was courteous and professional. We had a late check-in and she still treated us with a welcoming smile. The resort, though old, was like walking into a bit of "old florida". We traveled with our 3 teenage boys and I felt safe enough for them to go travel to the beach from the property on their own (and I'm a way too overprotective parent). Traveled alone, the room was clean but small even with the kitchenette. Room and grounds were kept very clean, nicely landscaped. Friendly staff and other fellow travelers seemed content and friendly. Breakfast was very basic, cold cereal, yogurt, basic bagels and pastry, and cold boiled eggs, juice and coffee. Felt like a safe neighborhood.

Property was just as advertised, Old Florida. Clean, nestled into a residential neighborhood, gaily color decorated exterior, remodeled as best as could with such a dated building arrangement and style, a one night stay was enough. Return? Doubtful.

This is a throwback to the 60's. Good value.

My wife and I had a fine stay at the Fairways Resort. I would recommend it to all my friends

Maria was amazing. My main problem was that I was guest speaker in the area and I only had a certain amount of time to get into my room and get some rest after driving .. I asked for and was guaranteed being able to check in by 10am.. as I wanted to nap before the big meeting.. I wasn't able to get into the room till 11.30.. I rescheduled my speaking […] time for later in the afternoon, just got to sleep and someone came banging on the door to work on the remote for the tv.. I sent them away. And finally got back to sleep. The room was great, tho.. and so was Maria, who went out of her way to help the cleaning lady get my room ready.. apparently the previous renters had left a horrible mess for it to take nearly 2 hours to re-clean. thanks so much! This is the second time I've stayed at the Fairways resort and both times it's been very pleasant. The rooms are clean, the people who work there are friendly and accommodating (letting me check in several hours early, for example), and it's quiet. I plan on staying there again.

The room was fine, newly re done but the pool area, was the best part. A huge canopy of shade from the old palms and other landscaping make this a relaxing mini vacation. there are several places to grill out. Just a wonder piece of Fla history. I hope to go back some day.

A small resort very well landscaped. Closed to beach, shopping, resturants. The empolyees very friendly.Room was clean. A chickee hut in the courtyard is were you go for the continental breakfast which was different but nice. We would stay there again,an would recommend it to others.

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Fairways Resort. It's an older hotel, but they've renovated it completely. We booked a room with a kitchen and had all the conveniences of home. The beds were so very comfortable and since I was with my daughter we were given a room with twin beds. The pool was clean and the breakfast served in the common area was […] very nice. Fruit, yogurt, cereal, sweet rolls, orange juice, coffee, and many other things greeted us every morning. The other guests at the hotel were so nice and the management takes great care in maintaining the beautiful tropical gardens that surround the place.. If you're looking for a comfortable, clean place to stay this is a great choice. It's not a 5 star hotel, but it's more than adequate and quite a bargain. This hotel is cute in an old Florida way. We enjoyed our stay but were dismayed by the very high pet fee which is in small print at the very end of the website - no where near the note that the hotel allows pets. Very easy to miss! 50$ for one night is extreme. I won't go with a pet again.

We travel to Naples at least 7 to 8 times a year just to get away from the hustle of Miami. After spending huge $ amounts at various hotels up and down 41 this hotel had it all for the best dollar value. It is an older property, however very clean, gas grills, full kitchens in selected rooms,supermarkets and bars with in a15min walking distance, very […] close and very easy to access the beach (short drive), refreshing pool, friendly and very helpful staff. The rooms with the full kitchens were huge. The little side wall Air Conditioner kept our room comfortably cool on very hot days. The showers are short, it was under my chin and I am 5'10, but water pressure was still better than your leading brand of hotel. The beds were very soft and comfortable. The area around the resort was very quiet. The only thing I would like to see improved upon was the free breakfast. But hey, if you didnn't get the full kitchen efficent with everything you basically need, there are the gas grills, very clean. One other thing that happened that we would have liked to be done differently is on the weekdays the landscaping was done early in the morning... and it was very loud. No chance for sleeping in. Overall, I highly recommend this resort, especially if you are trying to get real value for your hard earned $s. Also, all sorts of entertainment that is very close, cheap taxi or a nice night stroll. You won't be disappointed. Les mer

I was expecting a modest hotel with a modest service but from the minute we arrived the friendliness and the relaxed feeling of the hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff professionalism and overall attitude was superb! And for the price you'll get several times what you pay for at this property.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The price was right for me given that it is a pet-friendly hotel. It is very close to the Naples watr park, close to the beaches and practically anywhere else I needed to go during our stay. The garden area is a nice place to take your pets to which was a bonus. The beds are comfortable and soft. The breakfast food […] isn't the greatest, the shower heads came up to my shoulder and I'm only 6'1". There are a few minor maintenance items that could be fixed, but otherwise was a great place to stay and one that I'd recommend going back to. The people there are very nice. Les mer

for the money the best value going for itself. Found Hotel to be be clean beyand anything you would expect. Maria was the very best with her help during check in and during the visit. Anything that was asked was answered with that big smile. Really wish I could stay again soon, but will be moving to the area real soon.

The bed was hard and the pillows were pathetic. The shower was so loud I thought I needed ear plugs. The common area is very cute and you can't beat the price.

The setting of the Fairways Resort being nestled among palms and flowers was just what we were looking for. My husband and I live in a secluded area and love our privacy so when we go to hotels on trips we always cringe at the idea of the Big BOX hotels with the long corridors and cold settings. The moment we pulled up to the Fairways we knew that we […] would feel relaxed during our stay. Each night before we'd go to dinner we would sit out hear the fountain in the shade of palms and fragrance of sweet flowers to unwind from the day. Having a beautiful beach just down the street to go to and watch a sunset was an added bonus that we stumbled onto as well. THANK YOU for a relaxing stay! it was everything that i expeted and more, it was very clean,very roomy, just like they desribed it online. the lounge area was so nice my wife and i always go down there to relax after dinner. one thing they didnt say was that the breakfast omelet was the best omelet i ve ever had, i will stay there again anytime i travel to anywhere in the ountry. […] i had made a reservation at the fairway resort than 2 days later i changed it to the embassy suites,well i m glad i did change d it to embassy suites cause it was an experience for us Les mer

Good choice if you need to be in the northern part of Naples. Nothing fancy but for a budget motel, it worked just fine for me and was very convenient to the Ritz-Carlton where my meetings were. Nice pool and the gardens make the place look spiffier than it probably is. My only complaint was the fact that the pool and spa shut down at 8pm, relatively […] early for someone on West Coast time, but other than that, everything was pleasant. I rented a room with a kitchenette for a couple bucks more and it was nice to have a fridge and microwave for reheating leftovers. Surrounding neighborhood is a bland commercial stretch of highway, with malls, chain restaurants, and little character but it's all very safe and convenient. It's a very quick drive to the beach, about 25 minutes from the airport, and about 15 minutes to downtown Naples. Would definitely return. Les mer

Visiting friends in the area The motel is very old Florida built in 1966.(the "new" addition was completed in 1983) Which is exactly the way I wanted it. The amenities listed stated all rooms include among other things, plasma television, sleep number by select comfort mattress. Not true, and old tube type TV, and a worn out innerspring mattress., was what we had. The shower head mounted on wall at about chest high made it difficult for a tall person to shower, also the shower control was stiff and very […] difficult to work. The bathroom exhaust fan was nonworking. The tile floors were sticky and the carpet appeared to be dirty. Breakfast was very skimpy. Detta hotell är bättre än våra förväntningar! Trädgården och omgivningarna är mycket vackra med mängder av träd, blommor och palmer. Mycket fin frukost matsal i den vackra trädgården. Bra frukost! Bra och rymliga rum med kyl, micro och matbord. Utemöbler. Fin trädgård och ok poolområde. Trevlig personal. Lugnt och stilla trots närhet till stor väg. Behövde använda bilen för att ta sig till närliggande restauranger. Frukosten var ok men matsalen var inte tilltalande men eftersom det fanns matplats i rummet gick det bra att äta där!

une chambre tres simple avec des lits qui "grincent" un petit dejeuner sans service tout est à disposion ce qui rend l'endroit juste limite en propreté. demander en priorité des chambres coté jardin tres agréable avec sa piscine et une belle vegetation

Zimmer sehr sauber. Hotel liegt aber 30 min Fahrzeit von Naples entfernt. Strand etwa 10 min Fahrzeit.

Tjejen i receptionen var så trevlig samt att rummet inte hade heltäckningsmattor så rummet kändes extra rent. Badrummet helt ok men däremot var sängarna urusla.

Wir waren zum Glück nur! 3 Nächte in diesem Hotel wir hatten es mit Frühstück gebucht. Der 1. Eindruck war auch ganz gut, bis wir dann die armeisenautobahn bemerkten die sich durch das zimmer zog... Na gut dachten wir sind 3 nächte also wollten wir "schnell" etwas essen gehen... Wir brauchten allerdings mit dem Auto erst einmal 20 Minuten bis zum nächsten […] Restaurant... Zum Strand sogar 35 min mit dem Auto. Das Frühstück ist in einer poolcabana in der es vermodert und nach Schimmel roch. Kaffe gab es nicht Eier lagen im Eiwasser und auch sonst sah keine der speisen so vertrauenswürdig aus sie zu essen. Mein persönliches Highlight war allerdings das aufwachen in dem durchgelegenem Bett neben einem gecco.... Unser Fazit NIE WIEDER!!!!!! Les mer

Ein Motel mit wunderschönem tropischen Garten, mit Pool und kleiner Terasse vor dem Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Urlaub braucht.
