Beliggende i et hyggelig og rolig nabolag, og et fint sted å trekke seg tilbake etter en hektisk dag i Paris. Som vanlig er i Paris er rommene relativt små, men Eiffel suiten som vi hadde er et herlig rom. God plass til to voksne og to barn, med flott utsikt. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbake til vår "leilighet" i Paris

"Acte V nær Latinerkvarteret"
Fin beliggenhet i Rue Monge, bare et par minutter fra Metrostasjonen Place Monge. 10 minutters gange til Latinerkvartereret, et kvarter til Notre Dame. Hotellet ligger litt utenfor de sentrale turistområdene, dermed ganske stille og rolig. Vårt rom lå i 6. etasje med lite støy fra gaten, men det er ganske lytt, og man hører godt lyder fra hotellet. […] Vårt dobbeltrom var lite, men badet virket nyoppusset og var rent, sengen var god å ligge i, og det er vel egentlig det viktigste. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening i resepsjonen. Det eneste vi vil trekke for var en knøttliten heis - såvidt plass til to kofferter og én person. Vi prøvde ikke frokostbuffeten (ikke inkludert i romprisen), det er mange små caféer i området som serverer "petit déjeuner" frem til kl 12, for 8-10 euro. Det er også en Carrefour i samme gate, greit å vite hvis man skal supplere barskapet med vann, brus, øl og vin. Hotellet kan dermed anbefales, og er alt i alt et godt utgangspunkt for gode opplevelser i Paris. Les mer

"Koselig hotell nær Quarter Latin"
Koselig og enkelt hotell. Fine rom, rent og pent. Hotellet er sentralt og lett å benytte som utgangspunkt. Frokost restauranten er litt liten men det fungerte fint for oss. Vi var 3 voksne. Vi kommer jerne igjen

Helt OK hotell i Paris, lite og sjarmerende med grei beliggenhet. Gangavstand til Notre Dame og andre attraksjoner. Metrostasjon like ved. Det eneste jeg har å utsette på dette hotellet er at det var veldig dyr frokost hvor man fikk lite for pengene. Hodeputene var harde og flate. Vil anbefale dette hotellet, men det kan være noe lite for en stor familie. liten heis , men for par så er dette et kjempe romantisk sted eller kanskje venner som skal på tur , anbefaler virkelig dette !
"Fint hotell i Paris."
Acte V var et fint hotell for oss da vi var 4 dager i Paris. Rommet var passe stort med greit bad. Nye håndklær og rengjøring hver dag. Det var en enkel bar og resepsjon med hyggelig og hjelsom betjening. Frokosten var enkel, men helt ok. Hotellet lå like ved en metro som gikk rett inn til sentrum. I området rundt hotellet var det mange restautanter, […] barer og butikker. Supert å gå der å rusle om kvelden. særlig i området litt oppenfor hotellet. Vi anbefaler gjerne dette enkel og greie hotellet. Ingen stor luksus, men helt fint for oss i hvert fall. Les mer
"Acta V - Perfectly placed but small room"
The hotel and room is nice and clean and perfectly placed within walking distance from Jardin des Plantes and Nôtre Dame. Staff is friendly. The only complaint is that the room is very small. I had a hard time unfolding my suitcase (admittedly a big one) on the floor (it is possible, but then you block the exit). I ended up unpacking everything and […] putting it in the cupboard, so that I would not have to open the suitcase all the time. The shower is also very small. The rrom was also quiet, even if the window was facing Rue Monge (at least with the windows closed). There is also a very quiet working climate system. The back of the hotel faces the Forum Lutece an old Roman theatre and garden, a nice place to play boule or relax. We didn't try the breakfast. Les mer

Acte V Hotel offers close proximity to 2 metro stations and a staff willing to give directions to all the major sites. It is nearby one of the oldest streets in Paris (rue mouffletardt) which offers a variety of ethnic restaurants and cafes. Nice hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms were a bit small, but big enough for a couple. We also spent most of our time outside the hotel. Simple and ok breakfast. Location was good, quiet and nice neighbourhood in the Latin Quarter. Near two Metro stations, local restaurants and cafes. "Great service and nicely French!"
In the Latin Quarter and a very nice, quaint Paris hotel. Our room was small as expected but well kept and serviced and everything worked fine. Hotel staff all were exceptionally helpful and luckily for us spoke much better English than we did French. Walking distance to Notre Dame and close to 2 metro lines. Also, don't miss Rue Mouffetard which is […] close by. A very cool street to hang out in. Would cerrtainly go back again. Les mer
"Big up and downsides"
The neighborhood and location are very good. However, there were some big negatives. After staying at maybe 10 different European hotels I understand the difference between American and European hotels. The shower is beyond small (30 in x 30 in) and the bed/pillows are extremely uncomfortable. We had a very nice stay at Acte5. The staff was very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was perfected located near the Latin Quarter, but far enough away that we didn't have to hear the lively noise. We had a great stay and will rebook if we ever return to Paris.

We got in from the airport later than expected so we were exhausted. We get to the hotel and I tell the gentleman my name. He hands me my room key and I'm off to bed. The rooms are charming and clean with big windows that open up to the street. This hotel was perfect and had an amazing location in the Quartier Latin. This hotel was located in a convenient location to underground transportation and to restaurants. Room was small but we understood most hotels in Paris have smaller size rooms. For the price point, this was a good choice. Staff were very friendly and accomodating.

"Good accomodation for the price"
The hotel is situated in a good neighborhood, 15 minutes walk to the Notre Dame Cathedral, zone 1, very close to two metro stations. The place is very small (at least for the American standards) but it is clean, and the personnel is friendly and efficient. Also, they speak English. Internet in the room was really convenient. As the cons for this hotel, […] we booked a room in advance and payed extra for a double twin beds room and we got two beds put together, and they were anything but twin beds (very small). Also, the elevator was really small, could barely fit two people and a suitcase, but it's cute in a way. I found it a little weird that the bath tub did not have a curtain. Room was small but we were there just at nighttime so we didn't mind that at all. If you're in Paris to visit and explore the city, this is a great place to crash at night. All in all, it was a good experience for the price we paid and will definitely like to come back. Les mer
"Good Quiet Location"
Great location about 100 yards from a Metro Interchange. Quiet part of Paris with a lovely square full of bars and Restaurants just around the corner. Perfect for a few days away. Rooms were small but more than adequate, reception is open 24 hours and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
"Very good location for a night out"
We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the Paradis Latin cabaret. We had 2 nights and found it to be very close to many bars and restaurants on Mouffetard. However, the hotel was very peaceful without disturbance from the nightlife just around the corner. The tube is one minute away. The staff are friendly and very helpful. "Good location in the Latin Quarter"
Pretty conveniently located, a short walk from Luxembourg which is great for the RER for the Eurostar. Hotel room was quite generous for Paris. Only gripes were the smell of the air freshener in the room (a bit over-powering) and the shower wasn't mounted on the wall, it was just a hose attached to one of the bath taps -not at all convenient especially […] if you are planning on washing your hair! First visit to Paris so unsure what the standard is. It was certainly a smaller room than similar priced rooms in London. However, we spent most of our time outside of the room so it wasn't really a problem. My girlfriend did dislike the omission of a bathtub. Room was clean, well decorated and bed comfortable. No noise from the street either. (The […] hotel backs onto a large two hundred year old open air amphitheatre.) Location is great, a 10-15 minute walk to the Louvre, d'Orsay and Notre Dame Cathedral. 5 minutes to a whole bunch of restaurants in the Latin Quarter. Around the hotel there are some lovely patisseries and a great market just around the corner. "Price accurately reflects what you will get"
My boyfriend and I chose this hotel based on cost and location and we're happily surprised to find we got exactly what we needed. The room was cozy with a small balcony overlooking the street. The staff quickly resolved a leak in the bathroom on the first night. The walls are a bit then so you do hear others coming and going but overall a very comfortable […] stay. "5th arrondissement gem"
Great location, literally walking out of the metro into the lobby. Great staff, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. Located near universities (Jussieu, Sorbonne), Jardin des Plantes; rue Monge is a through road, but fairly quiet at night. Decent size rooms, comfortable bed. Excellent value for your money.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I loved it . Yes the elevator is so small and the rooms and the shower but the location and the price is the best. The train station is so close ,it is like 3 min of walking. We used the train to go all over Paris. Hotel was in a great location - walking distance to metro - little further walk (like 1/2 mile) and you can walk to Notre Dame on one side or Jardin de Luxemburg and the Pantheon on the other. Only negative was that the bed was a bit firm and the shower was very very small even by European hotel standards. But overall these were not issues for us really […] and everything worked out great. The hotel was great, the room wasn't too big but great for our needs, the location is great, the staff was very very nice and helpful with every question or request (and with good English..). All in all it was really nice and a great value for our money.

I stayed at the Acte V for 2 nights on a recent business trip to Paris and it was great. Location was good for me to get to my office or to Gare de Lyon quickly. Can't beat the neighborhood although my time for hanging out there was limited. I will definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for 3 nights, it was great. The room was not big but perfect for us, it was so clean and the bedding was changed and room perfectly cleaned each day. Hotel staff were frendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again - only downsides were that the shower was a little awkward with a small cubicle and a curtain rather than a door meaning […] the shower sprayed onto the floor / toilet. Breakfast was 12 euro per person but it was a good buffet choices and you could eat as much as you liked so probably worth the money if that's what you like. Les mer

Great staff that bend over backward to help. Great location; close to two main metro routes, a couple blocks off the main drag so it's comparatively quiet. If I return to Paris, I'll stay there again.
"Neighborhood Convenient to Metro & Restaurants"
We like the location of this hotel as it is close to two Metro stops and very convenient to a good number of restaurants. It is also within walking distance to Notre Dame and the Cluny Museum. The only downside is the bathroom has a tub only. No shower.
Great, friendly service and the location really is wonderful: a 5 min walk from the Pantheon, a further 5 min from the Sorbonne, 15 min from Notre Dame. One tip: although Place Monge is indeed the nearest Metro station (take the Rue des Arenes exit), Cardinal Lemoine is also very close and metro line 10 is more convenient for connecting with the RER […] lines. The only real negatives were the size of the shower cubicle and the lift - both tiny. The latter is just about big enough for 2 people, although with luggage it could be a squeeze. So for single travellers or even couples, great - but not really for families. On the plus side, though, they have a great phone deal: €2.50 per day, which is very useful if you're going to make international phone calls. Les mer

Fiine little hotel. The staff really shown--came outside and helped us in dispute with taxi driver, gave us all kinds of directions. One cleaning lady showed me how to work the elevator, then went down2 floors to meet me and take out my suitcase. Small but attractive lobby; generous breakfast in the small bar. Shower worked well, bed was comfortable, […] room size was adaquate. Hair dryer and small toiitries provided. Location was great--safe feel to neighborhood, 7 minutes to Notre Dame and to the international train station. We felt we were in Paris, not in some chain hotel. One funny thing happened: I moved the dresser to reach an outlet and moving it caused 3 legs to fall off the dresser! They were not attached, just plastic cylinders. It gave us a good laugh. Les mer
