The Hyatt Regency is in a great location, conveniently attached to the K 11 mall and surrounded by great trendy and local eateries, so you get the benefit of both. Everyone was welcoming and genuinely warm and hospitable. Rooms were nice, modern and comfortable. Gym facility was excellent.

Overall a really good quality hotel, service excellent and food great. Only complaints would be that harbour views are restricted compared to other hotels as quite far back from the waterfront and has strange lift system meaning you have to ride two just to get from the room to the street. Room size is not great but more than made up for by service […] and food, we paid for a club room upgrade. Les mer

Convenient location and good staff service. Not breath taking harbour views but still adequate harbour views with some obstructions from buildings. Large rooms and hot strong showers.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location, good room size for Hong Kong. The room was stylish and although the hotel was an international franchise, the room felt more like a room in a boutique hotel. Staff were pleasant and efficient. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the metro stations. The excellent coffee machine in the Regency room was a nice touch.

The bed in the hotel was like sleeping on a futon--very hard. I had a back ache every morning. There were very few drawers in the room. We were taking a 5 day vacation so we would have liked to be able to unpack all our clothes. Instead we lived partially out of a suitcase. Also, the maid service was not prompt. They usually didn't come to our room […] until after 3 PM each day. So when we came back for an early afternoon break, they would frequently be cleaning the room. Overall, the hotel was just ok. Other than the maids, the service was fine. We got a relatively good rate on the room so for the price, I guess we got what we deserved. I wouldn't stay there again. Les mer

Everything was great. My only complaint is that the lobby is very stark and unwelcoming.The location was so awesome. We could walk almost everywhere and the subway was steps away.

We stayed here on the end of our honeymoon in Malaysia before traveling home for 3 nights. Very modern rooms and bathroom was great! Got the harborview rooms and the views are fantastic (we were on 19th floor). There is window ledge with padding to sit and look out. I love the bathroom and the optional open windown to see through from the room (but […] also a mirror and can be closed if you want privacy). Room and bathroom are pretty good sized for Hong Kong. Had happy hour at the Chin Chin bar, and the 2 for 1 was a bit weird as each person much buy both drink and cannot be shared, and the second drink has to be the same drink as the first, but minor inconvenience. They also brought our second glass of wine up to the room when requested, which was great. The metro is underground from the hotel and very convenient to go everywhere, without even stepping outside. There is also a bit mall connected to the hotel with supermarket, restaurants, yogurt bars. The surrounding neighborhood had tons of local eateries and it's an short walk to the Ferry, Harbor, other hotels, mall, everything. Great stay overall. Internet cost money even in the lobby, but the mall adjacent had wifi so can just use that for free. Les mer

Situated very close to mtr and subway for short cuts under the city. Chin chin bar is great including entertainment. Very friendly service.

Very good central location, staff were excellent, would have liked to have tried the breakfast buffet but was not prepared to pay HK$215 each for the privilege.

Room was nice and location OK. Going swimming was a problem. Elevaters issues when going and coming back from the pool. Overall Hotel was OK. Room was very nice.

I lucked out and checked in late in the morning instead of 3 in the afternoon and was upgraded to a harbourview room.Room was clean and large for Hong Kong and the view was outstanding clear through to the harbour was able to watch laser show from room.I had one person meet me at the bus,one to take my bags and another to open the door for me all in […] the basement of hotel.Check in was quick and painless and all my questions were answered.People have found the use of 2 seperate elevators to be unusual but I can see the purpose for this now.Every person at the hotel was helpful and friendly and professional and were cheerful as well.I would stay at this hotel on my return to hong kong no questions asked,location being a block and half from nathan road and entrances to the mtr are in the basement and across the street and you can walk anywhere nearby in the subway if you want to avoid the touts at every corner. Nice hotel but duvet and pillows were damp, hotel exchanged them quickly. Internet wall plug did work but wireless did.....

This is our third stay at the Hyatt Regency in Kowloon and this stay was again excellent. We love the location and easy access to the MTR, shopping and dinning. Rooms are modern and fairly new and good sized for Hong Kong. There is a very nice lounge on the 3rd floor with live entertainment nightly. We didn't dine at the hotel as there are so many options […] close by. One quirk is that the hotel occupies a section of a high rise retail shopping and residential building. I believe the hotel is from floor 3 to 24 so you need to take two elevators one from ground level to the lobby to get to the elevators that go to the room floors. Didn't bother us as we knew what to expect. Staff are excellent and very service oriented. Highly recommended. Les mer

Overall a great hotel,clean,new & safe. Buffet breakfast quite disappointing,the wantan noddles & dim sum bland and limited selection. Located right beside TST station, with its own exit, attached shopping mall, nice Agnes cafe down the block and many new eateries. Fitting and fixtures is completely what you would expect of a hyatt regency, above average. Great view of victoria harbour if you can get a high floor.

The room is pretty good but service is not. I ask for the yellow book of HongKong. They said they will send to my room. Ending up, nothing showed up. Bad service. If they do not have the yellow book, they just need to inform me but they did not need to lie to me. The slippers were used!

beautiful and extremely clean room, very good service, conveniently located. The lobby looks a bit like an airport business lounge, impersonal, as well as the restaurant. But overall an excellent experience.

Good hotel, good food, excellent staff, fab location, but...... it would appear the hotel is primarily for business people staying only a couple of nights. We stayed for 12 nights and the storage facilities for clothing were pathetic i.e. one smallish wardrobe and only 2 miniscule drawers. If you use the hotel pool there is no line in the bathroom […] to hang swimsuits to dry and you have to take bathroom towels to the pool as the hotel do not appear to own the pool. Also the hotel has no lounge and the bar is in the shopping mall several floors below the hotel lobby. There is no free wi fi access but there is in the mall. Hugo's restaurant in hotel as good as you will get. Les mer

The location of this hotel was excellent, close to the subway and plenty of cafes, bars etc. All staff were really professional and the harbour view room we stayed in first class. Would recommend to anyone.

The entrances to the hotel are almost hidden. One is inside a shopping mall and the another is in a side street. In the basement is the entrance for when you arrive by taxi. None of these have a welcoming appearance. You could be entering an office building or residential building. Also you do not have the feeling of being in a hotel, because indication […] of the different levels is missing and other levels not part of the hotel seem to intertwine. Top class hotel in downtown Kowloon. Room was exactly as specified in the description, and paying the extra for the harbour view was certainly worthwhile. From the 20th floor you have almost uninterupted views across all of Victoria Harbour to Hong Kong island. Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Kowloon next to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, and is also only 10 minutes walk from the Star Ferry, waterfront and massive Harbour City shopping complex. I stayed with my parents. As this hotel is close to MTR station and tourist spots, it was really convenient. In addition, our room was more spacious than we expected before, and also clean and comfortable. We would chose to stay here again when we have chances to go to HK.
