Prince Inn - Roma

Rommet vi fikk var uten vindu og med bråk fra smijernsheisen i oppgangen. Vi følte at vi var på besøk hjemme hos noen; ubehagelig. Bodde der i ca 30 min før vi tok med oss tingene igjen og fant et annet sted å bo.

This is NOT i repeat NOT a hotel, its a few rooms in a families apartment, the place is not too bad, if your looking for budget accom. Its more a hostel, but defineately NOT a hotel. The rooms are what you pay for. The only problem we had was the family has young babies and they would cry a lot, when staying in a "hotel" thats not what you expect. When my friend and I showed up we were welcomed with some tea and a room that was clean and homey. The breakfast was great and i loved the cleaning lady. she was extremely nice and wanted to ensure we had everything we needed.

This is literally just a room in someones house, she has two kids, a boy that whinges, yells, screams and generally just throws tantrums, then plays video games with really loud music, and a baby that whinges and fusses all afternoon. The bathrooms constantly smell like dirty diaper and baby wipes and they obviously haven't taught the older boy to lift […] the seat when he uses the toilet. Oh and if you have been walking round all day then come back and want an early night well good luck, the kid doesn't go to bed until 10.30pm!!! Pay the extra 5 euro and stay in a hotel!!!!!! Les mer

This is not a "Hotel". This is more like a filthy Condo was converting to make a “Hotel” and charge as a regular hotel. Is there a way for a customer like me find out "before" booking? I would not recommend for anybody to stay there. Please remove the “Hotel” like this from your website! Please do not these kind of people to rip off your customer.

"The prince inn" is not an hotel as stayated. it is an apartment in which you are renting a room. the family (+ a noisey child and a baby, live in the apartment). we were looking for a budget b&b (which we got) but the toiletes dont work properly (you flush with a bucket). the shower is so tight that my back still hurts.... if we had known of the hosting […] conditions we would rather find a diferent place to stay. The "Prince Inn"... Where do I start?? First off... I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS... Honestly i'm just too lazy to write them for all the hotels I stay in throughout the years. So for me to actually sit down and type one out means something. I'm the type of guy who can sleep anywhere...nothing bothers me. Until I came across this "hotel". The taxi driver […] dropped us off at the address listed. He didn't speak English but laughter is a universal language when he pulls the bags from his trunk. There we are, on a poorly lit side street with no hotel, just large warehouse doors with graffiti everywhere. After 15 minutes we find the correct door, and are buzzed in by some dude wearing pajamas. We're led to a bedroom inside an Asian lady's apartment. Inside, the room smells like a grandmother's house. There is no heat, no air conditioning, no television (even though advertised), and one small flourescent light for the entire room. Billed as a king bed, it was actually 2 old twin beds pushed together to suffice as a larger bed. Since it was still summer in rome with no a/c, I had to leave the one window open. Unfortunately the window led to the stairwell for the entire apartment building (people yelling and stomping all night). Since it was late we went to bed and figured we'd try to rough it for the next 4 nights. The following morning we used the shared bathroom for the apartment. After moving her used towels hanging there, her personal soaps, shampoos, etc we could take a shower. Unfortunately there was no hot water. The water was lukewarm (85 degrees) for approx 3 minutes... Then turned freezing. Afterwards I had to move all the used toothbrushes from the sink so I could use it to brush my teeth. Next was the "complimentary breakfast" which consisted of 6 oz of warm juice and a prepackaged 25 cent tart. We sat in the kitchen and were only served this breakfast on the first day. We travelled as a young couple and stayed for 3 nights. The place was very old and poorly maintained. The whole house was very dark and gloomy inside and the room was old and with very old furniture. The water pressure in the shower was pathetic and the hot water was not consistent so rinsing your hair always took 10mins. The bed was old and had a cavity […] in the middle and it was not comfortable to sleep on. The photos they used on the website were definitely not how the place looked like. The kitchen looked very dirty and run-down and honestly I didn't dare to eat there thou they offered free breakfast. The neighbourhood was also pretty dodgy and returning late at night always made us a little nervous. There is a park near the prince inn and there would be lots of men hanging around in the night. I definitely wouldn't walk alone as a girl at night. We constantly looked around and held our belongings extra close to us. Even in the day when we walked from Termini to prince inn, we saw lots of men loitering around in groups, pairs and also alone. The only redeeming factor was that it was close to the metro and only a few stops away from the major sights. However the cleaner was very nice and made our beds and cleaned the bathroom everyday. She also offered us some bread even thou it was outside of the stipulated breakfast time (8am-10pm). But I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you're not too concerned on comfort. Also not recommended for lone female travellers, actually not even a pair of female travellers. To stay in this neighbourhood make sure you have at least one man with you. Big, clean rooms with internet access but no ac. An issue in August when it is really hot! Otherwise fine for a couple of nights.

I booked this hotel for my stay in Rome, it was just what we needed and that was a room to rest are heads after long days out exploring Rome, the staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcomed into their home, having the computer in room was very useful for researching certain parts of the city. All in all it was a very good place to stay with […] a very good location for the main train station and lots of other sights. If you are after a nice cool room to relax in after a long hot day out in Rome this is the place to be, but if you enjoy the comforts of hotel rooms and spend a long time in watching tv and drinking from the mini bar then maybe not the right place to stay. I was skeptical about Prince Inn after reading some mixed reviews on other websites! But, once we reached there, it was great. I needed a place where we could cook something once in a while and this place offered that to us. Giulia, the hostess was not only kind and helpful, she was very warm. The moment we entered the house from the heat outside, she […] offered us juice and chocolate to my nephew. Her aides also were equally warm. The place was very clean (except for one bathtub in which the water exited a bit slowly), internet in our room to plan the day and make bookings etc., supermarkets and the metro close by (3min walk), 15 minutes walk to Roma termini, the neighbourhood having countless Indian, Asian stores/restaurants, supermarkets and gelataria. L'impression d'avoir son appartement dans Rome, personnel serviable et agréable, possibilité de faire enormement de chose à pied, grand parc au pied de l'immeuble, bref, le jour ou je retourne à Rome, je sais ou j'irai dormir.

Da sich die Besitzer bei der Planung vertan hatten wurden wir (erfreulicherweise) in ein anderes Bed and Breakfast im Nebenhaus gebracht. Frühstück bekamen wir weiterhin im Prince Inn. Die Leute im Prince Inn waren freundlich, die Zimmer haben wir gar nicht gesehen, können die daher auch nicht beurteilen. Ich glaube, die Familie wohnt in der selben […] Wohnung wo sie die Zimmer vermieten und es war mäßig sauber. Das andere Bed and Breakfast war sehr schön und sehr sauber. Wenn man nichts erwartet, dann ist das Prince Inn in Ordnung, zumal die Lage sehr zentral ist. Allerdings ist das Viertel angeblich nicht das sicherste. Les mer

Huone sijaitsee neljän huoneen asunnossa. Kylpytilat ja keittiö yhteinen. Sijainti oli melko hyvä,lähellä metroasemaa.Luvattu aamiainen oli illalla keittiön pöydälle laitettuja valmispakkauksia croissanteja ja voileipäkeksejä.Aamulla keittiöön mentäessä nukkui lattialla mies! Kova meteli muista huoneista.Selkeästi ylihinnoiteltu.

"das hotel", was nur eine Hinterhofwohnung mit Zimmervermietung ist, hat eine super Lage und ein unschlagbaren Preis!!! Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und versuchen alles recht zu machen, aber es ist alles sehr primitiv. Nur zum Schlafen: sehr empfehlenswert! Hotelkomfort: keiner! Frühstück: Keks mit Kaffee(muß man selber machen)

Det är viktigt att påpeka att Prince Inn är ett b&b och inte ett hotell. Man bor i ett sovrum i en lägenhet hos en familj. Rummet är av hotellkvalitet och familjen synnerligen trevlig och hjälpsam. Frukost och fika intas i köket. Det bästa med det här stället är priset.

accueil très chaleureux mais il faut parler chinois ou italien. salle de bain bof par contre l'hotel est calme même si les clients peuvent arriver à minuit donc un peu de bruit mais l'avantage est que les hotesses sont très souples pour votre heure d'arrivée. Il suffit de téléphoner la veille ou quelques jours avant pour confirmer votre arrivée. En […] fait on dort dans un appartement avec les propriétaires et vous prenez le petit déjeuner avec eux cela s'apparente plus à une chambre d'hôte mais c'est fréquent à Rome. Les mer

How can this be called a hotel? It is NOT a hotel, but a private flat on 2nd floor which have 4 rooms, 1 shared kitchen and 2 shared bathrooms. Showers did not work properly, the kitchen had 2 chairs so you have to wait for breakfast while other guest sit there. Of course there was only 4 room. At the same time there was an employee standing a cleaning […] behind you. It was hard to communicate with international language. First night the light in our room were turned on which waked us up. This, because other guest were trying to find light-switch for kitchen in the entry. 3rd and last night, there was a social meeting in kitchen included administrators which keep us awake until we had enough. Reception is none-existing and we couldn't find hotel the evening we arrived. Since the port to street was closed and it was dark, and there is no sign with Hotel, it is almost impossible for tourists to find. We were lucky that some young boys helped us finding the door-bell. The good things was, address in walking-distance to the Termini station, free wi-fi internet access which worked properly. Les mer

Procuramos uma acomodação perto da estação de trem Roma Termini para facilitar a nossa ida para o próximo destino, pois o trem sairia muito cedo. Da estação até o B&B é uma caminhada de 15 a 20 min com mala. Parece muito, mas foi rápido. Para um B&B com banheiro compartilhado, atendeu as expectativas. Cama de casal espaçosa, computador com acesso a […] internet dentro do quarto, armário e quarto espaçoso. A luminosidade dentro do quarto não era das melhores. O banheiro estava sempre limpinho e o quarto foi arrumado todos os dias. Um bom café da manhã (café latte, suco, água, croissant, biscoitos, uma fruta, pão, geléia etc.), porém o espaço era pequeno e um dia tivemos que esperar desocupar para comer. A pessoa que servia o café da manhã não falava inglês, porém a dona falava. Fomos muito bem atendidos. Pagamos com cartão de crédito. O bairro é comercial e à noite não há muitas pessoas na rua. O B&B fica um pouco longe das principais atrações de Roma, porém fica ao lado de uma estação de metrô (1 min. caminhando). Considerando nossas intenções de localização e simplicidade, o B&B atendeu nossas expectativas. Les mer

CERCA DE LA ESTACION DEL TREN (TERMINI), Y DEL METRO, MUY LIMPIO TODO, MUY AMABLE LA GENTE QUE ATIENDE

Hotel très agréable, par contre, il faut savoir que vous êtes logés dans un grand appartement contenant 4 grands chambres et 2 salles de bains communes. Le logement est propre et bie ntenu mais il faut savoir ce détail. La situation de l'hotel est parfaite pour découvrir tout Rome à pied (15 min de colisée), en train ou bus

Un albergo in luogo perfetto per quelli che vogliono essere vicino a Termini. Io ho solo dormito una notte la, e mi e' piaciuto. Non e' proprio un albergo, piu qualche camera in una casa con una proprietaria Cinese che non sa parlare italiano. Lei invece era veramente simpatica, percio niente di male da dire.

Номер небольшой, но чистенький. Хозяйка приветливая и улыбчивая. Самое главное неудобство - санузел расположен в коридоре, он на несколько номеров. Но там были и номера с санузлом. видимо этот вопрос нужно уточнять при заказе. Есть интернет, правда работает медленно. Вид из окна был во двор. Todellinen pettymys, tämä "hotelli" on kerrostaloasunto, jonka kaksi huonetta on muutettu majoitukseksi. Nainen joka vuokraa huoneita, asuu itse tässä asunnossa ja ei puhu sanaakaan englantia (naisen rintaliivit roikkuivat naulakossa). Ei tietoakaan ravintolasta, josta on maininta hotellin tiedoissa. Todella epämiellyttävä paikka.

En lägenhet med rum som ligger bra. Rummet var fint, men bara ett rum man sov i. Dom som hade det var trevliga. Frukosten var inget vidare, men är väl som dom flesta i Italien. Jag kan rekommendera det om man tänker vara där några nätter, men inte för en vecka.

Très Propre, bon accueil, proche métro et gare centrale. Seul bémol négligeable, il n'y a qu'une seule petite table pour petit déjeuner, il faut attendre son tour vu qu'il y a 4 chambres. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Prisen i betragtning er det i orden. Ligger i Chinatown og lige ved Little India. Breakfast er incl., men det er meget simpelt. Alt ialt ok, hvis det bare er for et par nætter.

Très déçus par l'hôtel vu que ce n'était pas le prix d'entrée de gamme: chambre très spartiate, au goût très incertain, une minuscule salle de bains avec des relents d'égoûts le soir au retour de la journée de tourisme, très bruyant si les autres "pensionnaires" ne respectent pas des règles minimales de politesse, et surtout toute petite cuisine qui […] ne permet que d'accueillir 4 pers pour le petit déj: résultat, certains matins, on vous dit de retourner dans votre chambre en attendant que la place se libère! Literie sommaire. Correct si on n'attend pas un confort particulier, à éviter pour les amoureux qui veulent passer du temps tranquilles à l'hôtel!! Les mer

Det låg i ett bra område där man kände sig trygg om nätterna och en kvarts gångavstång till Colluseum som ligger hyfstat centralt i Rom. Man hade tillgång till egen dator på rummet vilket var bra dock var inte frukosten överdrivit gått, lite för mycket bakelser. Det som var mindre bra var att det tillkommer skatt men det stod det iofs att det kunde […] göra så var bereedd på det. Les mer
