There was a deep air freshener smell in the room that really became annoying. The bed/covers gathered a ton of static as well. Overall, not a very comfortable stay. However, the service and breakfast were great, and the price was the best I could find when I booked my last-minute room.

Beds were comfortable. Front desk was very helpful. Workout room met our needs. Wifi always worked. Location was convenient for us.

I was very pleased with this hotel. Best value for cost hotel I've experienced in a long time. Would highly recommend for those who need to stay in Calgary's SE area (it is a bit of a hike to Downtown or to the airport though)

We stayed with our children (8yrs and 18 months) in a family suite. The children had two beds in their room and a separate television which was convenient. The kitchenette (with plates, cups and cutlery) was a great thing to have in the room, as was the dining seating. The hot breakfast in the morning was great and staff was friendly. We appreciated […] the fresh fruit and muffins the children were encouraged to take for the rest of our journey. We would definitely stay there again. The only negative is that the immediate area doesn't offer much in terms of things to do for the family. Les mer

I was very pleased with everything. The room was great, we had a fridge without asking for it. The convenience to our sport venue couldn't be beat.. As well, the hot breakfast was one of the best I have seen! And the breakfast room was constantly being cleaned while we were there. I will go back again.

We would stay here again. Nice room, comfy bed. Had some trouble controlling the temp in the room. It seeme a little too hot. Overall, lovely hotel.

Great rate through hotels.com. Very accomodating staff. The only thing missing was a microwave in room.

Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. My kids really enjoyed the waterslide/pool area. Staff was friendly & helpful. Looking forward to staying again, though next time we'll get a suite so we can have microwave & some more space.

excelent staff, comfy beds warm rooms, the Kingsize bed has a huge down quilt, nice touch and the cookies are good with your insuite coffee.

This place isn't fancy but the service is fantastic, it's always super clean, well maintained and we've never had an unhappy stay. Kids loved their stocking full of treats and the clean pool.

Hotel was nice. Room was nice. Bed and blankets very staticy got shocked lots and could see the sparks everywhere with lights off. All my hair was standing up cause of it. Need to use bounce sheets or fabric softener. Lol

Kudos to teh team at Service Inns and Suites. We had a Birthday Staycation for our son, and his friends, and it went very well. Great rooms, very clean, close to the casino (with shuttle if required) and decent waterslide for the kids. Hot tub was a treat for the big kids. The continental breakfast was solid. Overall, very great experience.

A little frustrated they advertise a free shuttle to the casino, then when I call to order it I was told they didn't have anyone to drive it. Saturday night -20 and we had to walk.

Hotel is very clean but we were a bit dissapointed with the bedding. The hotel also lacks soundproofing. We were continuously disrupted by ceiling noise from children bouncing around and the walls were seemed so thin that we could hear conversation from the hallways etc. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and the location was excellent for our purp […] ose. I liked the hotel, just that the parking lot is not well managed that's all it's a bit too tight in between cars and when it's full it's hard to park... loved the inside though.

The service we had there was excellent, others have said the breakfast wasn't that great. However we found it awesome. I only just wish they had a babysitter that parents could use while they served the beer and wings.

Nice hotel, never heard of it before checked with Expedia. Area is a bit industrial but quiet which is great for overnighters. Room card gets you 10% off a meal at its sister hotel the Deerfoot Inn and Casino, a short (2 minute walk away). Great breakfast, highly recommended.

Was pleased with the hotel in general, very small pool, noisy air conditioner, complimentary rides to/from casino not always available, no coffee supplied in the room for day two of our stay and dirty cups not replaced. Breakfast was good and the poor staff did have to put up with some rude/ignorant guests ... the staff was very helpful and pleasant. […] If all you are looking for is a good clean place to sleep - perfect place to stay. Well-priced for a family stay, with nice waterslide-pool and breakfast included - essentials for travellers with young children. Not near Calgary's main attractions, but the location suited our needs.

This was a combined birthday present for my wife and I.We stayed here for 4 nights so we could visit the Stampede. A lttle far out of the city centre but great facilities and suited us just fine. Good breakfast,great size room with full micro, 'fridge,cutlery, coffee making, everything you could want for a comfortable stay. We would stay here again […] . Les mer

My stay was brief as my friend and I were in Calgary to volunteer for the weekend. The room was nice, beds comfortable but seeing that we had to be up at 4:45 am our wake up call was very important. We set alarm clocks thank goodness because our wake up call came in almost 25 minutes late as we were going out the door! if i needed a room again i would […] probably stay but just make sure to use the alarm clock! During this stay the hotel was filled with parents and there children for some kind od sport venue (Hockey) both boys and girls during the off hours they crowded the pool area and we were unable to use the pool and later in the evening they would run up and down the halls and playing in the elevators. i think that parents should be in control of there […] children and that may be there should be document like the pet policy. An extra free to the parents if they can not control there children. I bet they will take better control if they new that there would be an extre fee. There is no reasion why the hotel staff should have to put up with that kind of abuse. Parents should have more respect to the hotel staff. Les mer

We got a jacuzzi suite for a quick one night stay in Calgary on our way to ski.... What a great little hotel... About a block from the deer foot casino... Pool and hot tub are great... The jacuzzi tub in the room was a great little romantic touch... Our pet was welcome .. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful ... The breakfast is ok, nothing spectacular […] but it was hot and free... The free wifi was great, no hassles and it worked flawlessly ... I would definately stay again and recommend it! Les mer

The hotel was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good as well. Customer service from Angela was exceptional and she was more than accomodating for some of our requests. Will stay again.

Hotel was excellent. Full size slide in pool great. Complimentary breakfast had lots of variety. Only problem was way down south, but has quick access to main artery and you can be in the north in 15 minutes. Hotel was worth the drive we'll make it our hotel of choice when visiting city.

This was a great place to stay in Calgary! It was better than most of the Holiday Inns, Marriots, etc that I usually stay in. I didnt use the pool, but it looked fun. I would stay their again.

Had a great time. The hotel was close to our activities at Spruce Meadows, and perfect for the kids. Would definately stay there again.

We travel with an child and dog so look for certain things. The pool is small but the waterslide made it alot of fun. The greenspace around the hotel not bad if you are a walker. You could walk many blocks with green boulevards and trees so the dog had somewhere to go. Breakfast was great - lots of selection and everything was hot - even the plates. […] Just off Deerfoot so you could get anywhere fast. Les mer
