Ada Palace - Madrid

Staff was outstandingly helpful. Close to everything that a tourist would want to see. Walking distance to Prado and Thyssen Museums. Excellent buffet breakfast. Easy walk from Airport Bus (a 2 Euro bargain ride) stop at Banco de Espana. Try the Bazaar restaurant, but be there by 8:30 pm. Excellent quality for price.

I think this is the perfect hotel, very clean,cozy, not to much expensive. I am really happy about my week end in ada palace Madrid.

The location is perfect. The staff was extremely accommodating and cordial. My room had a wonderful little balcony from which I could view a slice of the vibrant street life of Madrid. The hotel has a terrific rooftop bar and restaurant. It is well worth a visit.

Having stayed in many hotels in Madrid while on business, this was the best alround so far. The rooms were bright and larger than normal with 2 queen size beds. The location is perfect for the metro and all major sites such as the museums and Retiro. Friendly staff and lots of really nice places to eat and drink in close proximity. no complaints staff were friendly breakfast good and rooms were large and very light(big windows) close to all attractions if you like walking only takes about 10/15 mins. to reach prado, palace and all major attractions

The Ada Palace Hotel is a perfect place to stay the location is prime. The area is very upscale and beautiful. The rooms are clean,comfortable,and well apointed. The bar resturaunt is worth seeing and their prices are fair.

Great location,only problem was hotel entrance didnt have a normal entrance had to carry our suitcases up a dozen steps,no hotel staff to help.Lifts were very small,so had to wait long periods.Room was a good size,shower a great size.

This was our 2nd visit to this hotel as we consider it to be a good hotel in a great locationn. It's close to metro station and all the main museums, retiro Park as well as Sol and Plaza Mayor. As a party of six we were pleased with two of our rooms but the one on the 6th floor was right next to the kitchen and waiter's servery so therefore very noisy […] during dining hours!!! Also absoloutly no view--concrete wall!! Fortunately we stayed out late so didn't experience too much noise .... Seems a bit unfair thay we paid the same price and the others ahd a lovely quiet view of Garn Via. Otherwise very good hotel. Les mer

After reading lots of bad reviews about this hotel I was bracing myself for the worst but surprisingly it was not that bad. First night they transferred us to the nearby hotel because apparently the hotel does not have electricity, so that was a bit of a hassle. But saying that, the hotel is in a really good location, hotel room was beautiful we got […] the one with balcony which was spectacular. The biggest flaw of this hotel was the reception area, It was so tiny and has marble stairs that was so slippery, our taxi driver actually slipped and was knocked out and had to be brought to the hospital. The Ada Palace is exquisite! Staff couldn't be nicer, more professional & more polite. The place is immaculate. Room was standard 'European size' but comfortable and the decor is classy & inviting. Minor maintenance issue w/restroom sink stopper was taken care of immediately. The rooftop terrace bar has a fabulous view, even if it could be a little […] chilly in October; still great for a warm 'cafe con leche'. Location is in the heart of busy intersection but our 5th fl. room was quiet even with the window cracked. I would definitely recommend staying there to anyone. While the location of this hotel is great, just off the Grand Via, the staff and service were terrible. There are two very small elevators, no front desk staff, very unfriendly staff when they finally do show up, not able to give any recommendations. They charge 5 euros per half hour of use on very slow computer. Our room had a terrible smell and in […] general, not a good experience. With all the other good hotels in Madrid in this price range, this would not be my first choice and I would not stay here again. Les mer

My husband and I spent 3 nights at this hotel and found it to be very convenient for most of the major sights of Madrid. General strike on when we were there and all the Metros were closed but we were able to reach most things on foot . The hotel is very claose to Banco Espana and Cibeles. It also only takes about 10mins to walk to the Prado museum. […] The old town is also well within walking distance with lots of interesting bars etc. A bit dissapointed that the bathroom in the hotel had no bidet as described in the room facilities. Also our "balcony" was only a large window with an iron fence outside. This suited us but maybe some people may be expecting a balcony that they can sit out on! Some rooms did have proper balconies. On the plus side the rooftop bar and terrace were wonderful, amazing views and a great way to start or finish your evening with a large gin served by attentive staff. Also although the hoel is situatred on a very busy street - Gran Via - our room was very quiet at night as it was on the side street. Underbart kan tänkas att vi åker dit igen. Frukost och middag var väldigt god. Nära till sevärdheter och museer. Balkongen på 6 vån var skön när solen sken på oss och vår Sangria som var perfekt.

Симпотичный отель с уютными номерами в центре Мадрида, удобно расположен.

Perfectamente situado, cerca de la zona y entorno a visitar, tanto lugares famosos como bares, restaurante y sitios de interes. La habitacion es muy chula y las instalaciones nuevas, la unica pega que pongo en mi caso es que no me la dieron con terracita....en los impresos no sale reflejado. El resto muy bien!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. However we pre- paid for a superior room for 3 days, but did not get a superior room but a double room.

清算時に国際電話代金と延朝食数を誤認されたまま請求された。説明で理解は得たものの従業員の態度はとても容認されるものではなかった。 又部屋のシャワールームの水漏れがひどいのに、タオルをロール状にして隙間に充填して使用してくださいとの事であった。
